Great. On time installation. Took 2.5 hours vs estimate 3 hours. They did a great professional job. Extremely satisfied. They put a backwash PVC line thru the garage into the sewer service line, very impressed.

They were on time. Everything was working fine on the water softener, which they had installed a few years ago. They helped us figure out the source of a leak and discussed possible fixes.

I use them all the time. They are the best, efficient, honest, and trustworthy.

It was alright. It was just okay. It didn't work for me because I think what I was trying to get, he couldn't provide. He said to replace the unit, which I was not looking to do. I'm not really sure I would recommend him. The price was fine.

The two gentlemen who came out were prompt, and they did a professional job when hooking up the system. The system they installed works great. Even hauled away the old water softener.

Was told the water softener needed to be replaced because it is too old and softners made for home use typically last about 7 years at most. I called a plumber off Angie's list the machine was serviced and works just fine. This company's goal is out to misinform you and sell you an entire new system. Again my water softener works fine and did not require me to purchase a new system from this company.

The system was very old and needed to be replaced. It was replaced and everything is working fine (more than the original $39.00 tune up). Everyone was very professional and very polite. I am very happy with this company. They have been out for a follow up check-up and everything is working well.

I've battled the water here since buying the house. After four years of frustration with the Kinetico unit that was in the house when I bought it, I tossed it into the side yard. After that, it was fifteen years of DIY or professional help that wasn't much better than DIY. I had a water softener, sediment filters, and a UV purification system, and the water was fine some of the time, but not most of the time. Even engineers give up eventually and ask for help. Techs were on time, install went well, and we've been enjoying good water since.

It went okay, but the guy did was not able to clean it without replacing the whole unit. He did something which caused our water pressure to almost fail, and we received a $1500 water bill after the visit. We had absolutely no other changes except this and have never had a bill over $400.

They were very professional. Showed up on time for the free estimate and installation. So far no problems. I just added more salt.

My system is working just fine. They tried to sell me a new system to gain MORE soft water, but overall it was a painless process.

Excellent. FWT installed our softener a year ago and got great deal on service. Their service people are excellent.

The technician came on time, performed the maintenance check ans explained how to bypass the softener if I needed at my request. He also showed me how to turn the water off. . After a short time he was finished and left. I normally have trouble hearing people because of a hearing impairment. This gentleman is very easy to hear.

The system was inspected and told that resin in valve showed up and not worth to repair. I was suggested to turn it off since it was not working. I had to call another company to come and they fixed with a $40 value piston replacement which was even covered under Waterboss warranty. I ended up paying a service fee of $85 to get it fixed and resume it back to normal.

They arrived 15 mins early and were waiting in the truck for the assigned time, but I invited them to get started. They got to work right away. The whole process took about an hour. The two technicians were personable, informative, and professional. I now have soft water again. I would recommend this company.
