The initial salesman was excellent, punctual and was not pushy one bit. Upon completing the contract the company was quick to schedule the installation and arrived on time. Upon initial inspection everything seemed to be working well. About 2.5 months after the installation I noticed the main water supply line was not buried into the ground as required. This supply being exposed created as substantial risk for damage were someone to step on this line and crack it. Typically the main water supply line is buried inches if not feet into the ground to prevent line damages. The line here was literally running along side my house and was only covered by a few pieces of mulch. I notified the company promptly about my concern and they scheduled a service appointment about 2 weeks out to have my issues addressed. During that time frame our area did sustain a severe tropical storm and many were left without power. That being said the next part of my concern could partially be blamed on inclement weather. The storm we experienced came thru on Sunday evening and lasted into Monday. My follow up appointment with Florida Water was supposed to take place that upcoming Wednesday in the morning. After waiting at home Wednesday and not having anyone arrive I called Florida Water and left a message with the receptionist for status of their service call. Later the same day a scheduler from the company called me and explained that power was out in their main building today due to the storm. I requested that the rep send out someone same day to arrive for an evening appointment instead since I would be home still. I was advised there was not a rep in my area today and they would need to reschedule for a different day. I then requested that they come out and fix the issue this upcoming Saturday or Sunday. The rep advised they do not work on the weekends. At this point I just told the rep to come out and fix the issue asap as I just wanted it to be resolved. The rep let let me know they would have someone out by Friday to have the issue resolved. Being that this storm took place earlier in the week the company should have been able to notify me in advance that they wouldn't be able to arrive for their appt. I understand the power outage is out of their hands but a responsible and courteous business would have called to let me know rather than just not showing up. In addition, the rep stated they had agents available the day of my scheduled appointment but not "in my area" to respond. I feel that their excuse not to dispatch the day of their appointment is irrelevant whether or not there is a person already in my area. My request should be no less important than a potential new customer and was scheduled almost 2 weeks in advance. If there is not an agent in my area then they should have simply just dispatched one to me. This company was quick and accommodating to arrange and schedule the initial installation but simply lacks the same urgency for service follow up.

Work completed efficiently and professionally. The inspection and cleaning revealed extensive amount of bacterial iron in the filter system as the cause of the taste and discoloration of our water. Used this company to install updated/upgraded water system 2 weeks later.

Excellent. First visit to evaluate situation, plan replacement and provide cost. Service team showed up on time, removed old softener, installed new, & explained controls in just over one hour. Removed all old equipment and reset pavers moved during the install. Great to work with FWT!

I needed a new unit. I spoke directly with the owner, which I appreciated. They came out, had it done in a couple of hours, which was quicker than they said they thought it would be.They were out of here. So, we had soft water.

I actually bought two of them. I had one in my house and then when I saw your ad, I thought that was in August also, I had two units put in, one for my daughter and one for myself, for one of my units.

It was a great experience to have a contractor show up on time and do the job promised. He took the entire system apart and showed me where it was failing.

The technician determined that the system was leaking and offered to install a new one for approximately $1,800. They didn't provide the two bags of salt that were supposed to be included in the deal.

On time installation. My only concern is if I received the initial I purchased.

They do our water softener and our drinking water. We had to change some stuff, so it was quite expensive. It was about $400 because we had to have some major things changed. I was shocked because I called them to change the filters. The water was coming through like in a little dribble, so I knew something had to be done. It was several little things that had to be changed and then the tank had to be changed. So, it was more than I expected because but that was because I wasn't expecting that particular thing having to be replaced. They came out as soon as they could. We have them come out once a year to change the filters. They've done their best to not use up a lot of the under sink space. They're very conscientious of that. They completed the installation within an hour. They were excellent on clean up excellent! It was great and they were professional. The service charge was quite reasonable. The water taste fine, it was clear and looks like it's fine.

I had a water softener installed last June. After they left, I no longer had water to my home. When they arrived back to check it, they were unable to fix and I therefore had to call another contractor to fix a valve on my water heater that had mysteriously stopped working. Now, a year later, I find myself in the same situation. They came out for annual service and same thing - I am without water on a weekend. The technician isn't taking any responsibility. He also told me that the annual service that I paid $99 for is the same service I do myself every month.

It was excellent. They were very professional and very knowledgeable. The gears are not working on my water softener, so I am purchasing a new one. I am using the provider again, they are coming out Thursday to install the new water softener.

I wasent home for the tuneup but the service tech called me and let me know his recommendation and what he had done. They were on time and easy to work with. I would use them again.

Installed Rainbow Elite Plus water softener and treatment system in our third floor condominium. Prompt and professional serve by very efficient and polite technicians, Jeremy and Matt. Owner, Mathew, explained everything and answered all out questions in his initial visit. Wonderful to have soft water in a condominium where several other water softener companies said it couldn't be done.
