FWT arrived on time. Completed job, were professional, answered all my questions. Cleaned up when job was done. So far the system is working great. For the first time since we have lived here we can drink the water.

We went ahead & got them to replace it with a new one. The cost of the new one was $2000. We were very happy with it, it uses less salt & does not regenerate every day. We did have a issue with the brine tank overflowing. They were very good & came back & sorted it out for us. I would certainly recommend them

I suppose i shouldn't be surprised, but he tested the water and said our chlorine was very high, and that our current unit may end up failing and shooting its bedding into our plumbing lines. I did some research and verified that this was a possibility (albeit a low probability one). In any case, I took him at his word and scheduled the FWT to come out and replace the until with one that had a carbon filter to remove the chlorine. I have my fingers crossed that I made an intelligent decision.

The technician showed up on time and was very professional. He serviced my water softener and I had also requested service to my RO system. He replaced two filters in that system. He worked quickly and the service call was very pleasant.

Everything went great. I purchased the deal on Angie's list, and they called me the same day to schedule. We scheduled it for about another week out. The guys came and installed it, showed me how to work everything, and left no mess whatsoever. It couldn't have gone better!

Everything went great. They were neat with their installation and professional.

Very professional. Turns out they recommended we not use the water softener system due to deterioration. Would cost more to rehab than replace.

Our water softener was not producing soft water. The tech show us that the resin inside the system had gone bad. Told us the cost to replace the resin would be almost as much as a new system since we had a Culligan. He quoted us $1300 for a brand new softner. They did not quote us a price to fix our water softner. Since a new system was not in our budget, we called Culligan. The Culligan tech agreed that the Resin had gone bad. Culligan replaced the resin and replaced all seals and worn parts for $500.

It was our first water softener we received when we purchased a home. The technician was very knowlegable and did a great job.

Thus for it has gone great. I am just hoping that when they do the installation everything should be fine. They are great and very good.

Quick to sell you a system. I should have gotten another estimate since after I had installed saw for cheaper.

Chris came at the scheduled time and did a thorough job in analyzing the current water softener system I have. He also clearly explained my options and things to look at in the future. Very professional and friendly!

Florida water treatment came and inspected my 10 year old softener. they pointed out some things so I decided to install a new one. I had to wait one week while they built me a softener for my usage. they came at the scheduled time they said they would. even gave me a hint to save money on my softener by purchasing crystal salt instead of salt made with rust remover in it. I know I will be using less salt than before. that is a saver also I would definitely hire them to service my softener. in fact I am thinking about just using their delivery system.

.We had to buy a new system. The old system was 6 years old. They installed the new one on 06/12/13. I was a little surprised at the price $1500.00 . It does have a 5 yr. warranty The installers were very nice,professional & quick. . They explained everything to me . We were pleased with the service.

The annual maintenance went just fine. Very professionally done and scheduled followup in another yet. Interesting to note I learned from the Tech although we had purchased "the top of the line" Rainsoft water softener 2 yrs. ago the memory board was not completed sealed to protect the computer chips etc.., which was quite alarming knowing how sensitive those parts can be. Insects, such as wasps, hornets, ants etc... building nests or carry trash can easily access the "memory board" of the water softener. This deeply troubles us as not only a serious design flaw by RainSoft, but a potential and expensive maintenance problem that could occur in the foreseeable future.

They came out and looked at the house size and asked questions about how many people lived there to determine the size of the unit that we needed. I have always had water softeners from the local home improvement store but always seem to replace them every five years. Very professional and arrived on time. The day of installation we were in the middle of a Tropical Storm and expected them to reschedule the installation, but they did not. They came out and installed the unit with the rain blowing sideways! My unit is outside so they really took a beating. I have been using the system for a week now and could not be happier. This is a much better system than what we have ever had in our house. A real improvement. If you are shopping for a company to help you with your water needs, no need to look any further. This is the right company for you!

I found Florida Water Treatment on Angie's List. I think they had the highest number of ratings (78 when I began looking) and they were an A rated company. So I went to their website to see if they had a solution for us. On the Florida Water Treatment web site, there is a customer quote that flashes up occasionally: "I have well water that I thought would be impossible to treat. We had orange staining and it smelled of sulfur, it was terrible! After we had the Florida Water Treatment well equipment installed my water is crystal clear! We can even drink it straight from the faucet. A+ company and A+ product! Thank you!!" I read that quote and thought, "that is EXACTLY what's wrong with our well water". I too was skeptical, but just like the reference on the website, we had complete success. These guys really do know how to turn nasty, horribly smelly, brown water into clean, clear, drinkable water. Wow. We couldn't be happier. The owner, Matt, came for the first visit. He was the opposite of pushy. He answered all kinds of questions and seemed to know all about our local well water challenges. When it came to price, I found FWT's price more than reasonable. The installation was terrific too. FWT was incredibly neat, sweeping up all dirt/debris when they were done. Apart from the new gear and awesome water, you couldn't tell they'd been there. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

I came to know FWT via of Angie List "Big Deal" to have my water softener system "tuned-up." The FWT technician that came out diagnosed problems with my system that required significant work and suggested shutting the system down until we decided what to do. When I attempted to turn the system on the bypass valve failed shooting water about our garage; causing me to have to plumb around the softener so we had water for the weekend. Happy I was not!! As a result Matt, the owner of FWT, contacted me directly to "make things right." I'd done my homework and had a good idea what was wrong with the system. We had a frank discussion and I found Matt to be a knowledgeable, professional who definitely knows water softeners inside and out. He carefully and in great detail explained what was wrong with our system and how he wanted to "make it right." As agreed Matt had one of his technicians pick up our system and take it to his shop to be rebuilt. Two days later they were back with our rebuilt system that included a rebuilt FLECK 5600 and 10% crosslink resin and carbon in the tank to deal with high levels of chlorine in our water. They did a clean, neat, professional job installing our system and cleaning up. When we had a minor water leak FWT was quick to have a technician dispatched to resolve it. These people know water softeners!!!

My water softener is just over 4 years old and recently it's performance didn't seem as efficient as it used to be. I decided to take advantage of Angie's List Big Deal for Soft Water System Tune Up and 2 Bags of Salt. One week ago, I phoned the provider, Florida Water Treatment, Inc. and left a voice mail message. I received a call shortly thereafter and set an appointment for the next available date. I was notified by phone that the technician would call me on the appointment day with arrival time. He certainly did and arrived promptly within the two hour window he specified. He was very professional and courteous. He answered all my questions and showed me important concerns with my existing system. He explained the type of company he represents and what they offer if I should ever want to consider another, longer life water system with a very good warranty. There was no pressure or hard sell only information given. He brought in my two complimentary bags of salt and asked for a cloth to dust them off before leaving them in my garage. I wish all service providers could take a tip from this company in providing good , prompt , knowledgeable and professional service, courteously.

From start to finish this was one of the best experiences I've had in working with a local small business. I found FWT on Angie's List when looking to install a water softener at my investment property. The water quality seemed poor and there was a strong, almost nauseating, odor coming from all fixtures. I had been told it was a neighborhood issue, but decided to look into it further. I initially spoke with Hillary at FWT, who was friendly and professional, and, most importantly, well informed. After discussing my concerns and answering my numerous questions over several phone calls, FWT appeared to be the best company for my needs. So I decided to inquire about installing a system in my primary residence as well. We discussed my concerns and after learning about the potential issues with the water in my area, I decided to have systems installed in both homes and suggested my brother-in-law do the same. I scheduled an appointment to have Matt visit my primary residence, investment home and my brother-in-law's home up the street, evaluate the water and determine the best set-up for all locations. He arrived on time, was very informative and explained the systems and options in layman's terms. Once he finished we contracted to have three systems installed. And he suggested that we 'blast' the lines at the investment property to eliminate the odor. The installation went smoothly. The two worker's kept us advised on what needed to be done, completed the work in a timely matter, and cleaned up once they were done. They even dealt with a sticky issue at the investment home and went above expectations to resolve it. I am very happy with the outcome and have already felt the difference in the past few days. Now I wonder why I didn't do this years ago. I highly recommend Matt, Hillary and the folks at FWT to anyone concerned about their water quality and/or interested in installing a water softner/treatment system. As a small business owner myself, and fellow Angie's List member, I will highlight FWT to all my clients (most being new home buyers.) Great job.

Purchased a Big deal for Florida Water Treatment Inc. Had to have new water softener. They came out and removed the old water softener and installed a new one. They were very Courteous and professional.

Fla Water had been here around 6 months ago to check our RO system. They let us know it was still giving good quality water and did not need changing at that time. I was impressed because any Company I had called to change the filters had always just come out and changed our filters without checking the quality of our water first, let alone tell us that we did not need their service at that time.

They determined that our softener was not working and recommended that we purchase their new unit. Not pushy though. If we decide to do that, we would consider calling them.

Very professional, The water softener is a much better system than the original, and will need considerably less maintenance. The reverse osmosis system is working well and is very convenient for quality drinking water. The two installation people were efficient and organized.
