It turned out wonderfully, they came out in the first week of July and I spent roughly $1300 with them

The service guy showed up on time and quickly diagnosed and resolved and issue with power at no additional cost. He tuned up the system and had it running like day one. I got my two bags of and some good advice before he left. I felt good enough about the experience to have a new salt-water/carbon filter system put in at my rental property out on the beach. They're putting it in on Friday.

I talked to a sales person and bought a new system from the company. Very happy with the new system. The crew that installed the new system were on time, explained what they were doing and how to save money by using a less expensive salt. They cleaned up and I was very satisfied .

They recommended a new system and gave me an estimate. They also made sure my current system was functional and gave me two bags of salt.

The company owner came out the same day I called and provided information and proposal on a new water softening system. There was no up selling at all which I value. The pricing was the best I had received after an exhaustive search of other suppliers. Value was also a primary concern mine and Florida Water Treatment has delivered. The installer was on time the day of installation. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. The quality of work was high and the training provided after the installation was also excellent. I couldn't be happier with the product, installation, warranty and service personnel at Florida Water Treatment.

Great. They showed up on time. There was a plumbing problem, so they put me in touch with a plumber who was able to come right out and the job got done very quickly.

Just as advertised. I first used this company 18 years ago. It was time for a new system. Used Angie's deal offer. No salesman involved.

We had just moved into our house and contacted this company via Angie's List. The sent someone out promptly, this person did do an inspection of the unit but informed us that it needed replacement and attempted to sell us a New water softener on the spot. His explanation how his companies was superior to all others, anywhere, was not necessarily a hard sell, but... We never move that quickly on a major decision unless the tide is rising or the flames are a-licking. Basically we paid the fee for $10.00 worth of salt and a consultation (that should have been n/c).

The older unit was demoed and the new, modern, sleek unit was installed in my garage and will no longer suffer of heat stroke or sunburns ever again. Ha! Ha! The staff from the estimator to the installer were professional, caring and provided excellent customer service.

Their work was great and at a very fair price. They service is excellent. Best thing, no more salt!

From my initial contact, I found the company helpful, informative, professional and courteous.. Once I decided on Florida Watero do the installation of my water softener, I made an appointment and things went off without a hitch. They were in contact as to their arrival time on installation day and the job was done quickly and neatly. I was very pleased with both the product and the service.

I was very impressed by the professionalism, courtesy, and quality of work. They took my softener apart to determine the problems, reassembled it, and show me step by step where my problems were. No high pressure sales to purchase one of their units, although, when the time presents itself, I fully intend to purchase from them. A+

The service went well. The cost for the service was whatever we paid for the deal. We did not pay anything extra. They just checked everything. I have no idea what they checked. On price, I am sorry, I really don't know. I don't have anybody to compare them to anything else so I just don't know and it was a deal I bought so I don't think it's relevant. The quality was fine. It was good. There wasn't really a set time for them to come; they came whenever they were available.

It went well. The price for the service was whatever we paid for the deal. We did not pay additional. They checked everything. I have no idea what they checked, I just purchased them. On price, I am sorry I just don't know. I really can't compare them to anything thing else so I just don't know and it was a deal that I bought so I don't think it's relevant. The quality was fine, it was good. Responsiveness, they didn't really do a time, they came whenever we were available.

On time, professional and overall excellent job

I found them on Angie's List. I called to set up a service call using one of their coupons offered on the site. Matt (the owner) came out the next morning and took apart our existing unit, showed us the problems and gave us the option to rebuild the old one (with a very limited warranty due to its age), or replace with a new one. We decided a new one was the best option. Plus, it offered a 5-year warranty. They manufacture their own equipment and I would make one call if I had any future problems. They did not try to sell us a bigger unit. There's only 2 of us, so our usage is pretty low and the smallest capacity unit was perfect for us. Matt scheduled the installation date for 7/16/13. The day before, Hillary called and told us the technician would be there between 9:00 and 9:30. He arrived at 9:15. Our cleaning lady was coming on the same day, so the technician finished quickly (a little over an hour) and we had soft water immediately. He then explained the entire function of the unit, how to set the time if we had a power outage, how much salt to use and when to refill. He even located the unit to a more convenient location near a corner instead of in the middle of the wall where the old unit was located. The system is working perfectly. We are so happy. Sunday night we had a 5 hour power outage and I figured I would have to set the clock on the unit. I was very surprised and pleased that the time had kept working even without power. We are very happy and highly recommend this company. They are all very professional, prompt and thorough.

At first he was prompt and came out right away. He looked at the water softener and said that I needed a new one verses the tune up. He still did a tune up but became standoffish when I told he I couldn't purchase a water softener right away. I felt I needed another opinion but he didn't leave a card and due to his demeanor I would not use this company.

Professional and didn't pressure to buy anything even though current system old and probably needed to be replaced.

Well it wasn't pleasant for my wife when the tech tested the water my wife asked "what does it show" he replied it tells me what I need to do, he told us we had the "Cadillac of water treatment systems" and we both felt that was an insult even though we're sure that probably isn't how he meant it. We were told we needed to replace our carbon filter but no other information was given on why. I will say I call on Saturday and the lady on the phone said he was off but she would tell Chris I called, he called me back just a few minutes later to answer my questions which I thought was very good customer service, he did ask how much we paid for our system and when I told him he said he could have gotten us a system for half that again this felt like an insult. Just for the record we purchased the system 5 years ago and we had no idea what we were doing but our neighbors told us the Culligan system was the best and the system was priced about the same as the others so I don't feel like we purchased the most expensive system around.

They came out a month a good and they were good. This is my first time to use this company and they were good. They came out once and check it out and it was pretty messed up so we decided to put a new one in so we put a new one in and that was that. It comes with annual check-up every year for 5 years.

The technician arrived on time and performed the service as indicated. Very thorough and professional. Thanks it was a very good value!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. They expected that they were gonna sell us something and they did try to sell us something. It wasn't too much of a hard sell. It was okay, it was about what we expected considering that we didn't really know how the system truly operated. They called relatively soon after I purchased it and I scheduled it at a time that was convenient for me. The technician was very pleasant and nice. He came right on time, he had a uniform on, and drove a marked vehicle.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were good. They came out right away. The service was good. We love Angie's List. They seem very knowledgeable. They were courteous and friendly and they did their job, cleaned up behind themselves. It was all good. The work met my expectations.
