the first service call was done on jan 25th,to see what was wrong with my old softner,because it was leaking somewhere and eating the block wall up in my garage.The 1st thing that impressed me was the owner came out (Matt) and I could tell right away he knew his business.He explained to me where the leak was and what would need to be done to fix it.Then he tested the water and showed me where it was not up to par. He went on to tell me that the company who install the one I had, put one in that was way to big for my house and because of it would not work effciently and there would be times where the water would become stale. It was a unit for a 5000 sq ft house and I only have a 1000 sq ft house.To get it up to par,would have cost 2 thirds the cost of the unit that needed to be in my house so I told him to put in a new one. They came out the following week and installed it with the proper tubing, that the other guy did not use,thats why I had a leak,and explained everything to me and it works fine.And its because of Angies List I found him.Thank You

The gentleman came out but I don’t want to say anything derogatory about him on Angie’s List. The system we have is only 4 years and I bought it through Lowe’s. I wanted to get it checked and to me it was working okay but it’s probably not up to the full potential. The gentleman came out and said that it is a throwaway unit. I realized that they sell units and he really emphasized purchasing units from them. I don’t know if what he said was accurate or not and in fact, I was going to have somebody else who just services and doesn’t sell come out to have a look on it. I wouldn’t rate them very highly because of the simple fact that he was more interested in me buying a unit from his company versus having the existing one repaired

Provider determined that my water heater would need to be replaced. No service performed.

FWT did a fantastic job. I very satisfied with the system provided and the great tasting water.

Came as scheduled. Finished within three (3) hours. Equipment simple to use and maintain. Good (5 year) warranty. Could have left more initial salt and chlorine for the initial charge.

There were some issues with our well-system that were not the fault of FWT, but they worked to resolve the matters.The owner, Matt, came to our home prior to the installation, made his recommendations, and answered our many questions. There were hiccups along the way because of the house matters, but again, not the fault of FWT. I feel that they were concerned about providing us with great customer service and came out Saturday afternoon to complete the project. They were excellent, and I would recommend them to others.

It's hard to put into words what a difference this product makes in our lives. As a newcomer to Tampa, I could just never get over how bad the water tasted and was using bottled water or water from a Brita type pitcher. Matt (company representative) told me that I would be able to drink it out of tap and it would be better than bottled water. I have to say, he was not exaggerating!!! The water is awesome!! Back to my experience - the installation went quick and the gentleman installing the unit showed us how to work it and answered all of our questions. It was very simple and he was very nice. They even have a program you can sign up for ($134 a year, I believe) and they deliver and refill your salt. The water is fantastic and I don't have to lug heavy bags around. I am just thrilled.

Matt came out to our home prior to closing and tested the water and was very straightforward with what his company had to offer. Compared to other quotes I got for similar services, FWT was very reasonable and offered a year of no service charges if needed. They also offer a five-year warranty on their whole house filters. I was able to schedule the install the following week and everything went great. Despite a small hiccup with the water meter reading a leak somewhere in the house, even though the house was a new construction, there were no complaints. Matt personally came out and switched out the meter and made himself available via cellphone if we had any other problems in the future. It's been a month and we can notice the difference in water quality compared to our old home. Gone is the residue that built up in the shower and on the dishes from the dishwasher. All in all it was one of the better purchases we have made and had a great experience with Florida Water Treatment.

They found that my old water softener was no longer usable and they recommended the installation of a new water softener , which they did on a subsequent visit.

The service was excellent. Not only was the service technician timely, he was very courteous and professional. He also was very informative and told us what was necessary for us to do to solve the problem. I would recommend them.

I was very impressed with them. I have an old water softener that was attached and it wasn't working and when he came out you know he was just going to get up the $39 treatment and he said that one is not working, the company that put that in from a previous owner of the house was out of business, so he said I can fix it, but it is just not working properly, so he worked out a deal with me where he put in a new one removed the old one for a nice price and stretched out the payments over six months interest free, so it was very nice. They did come on time because when they set up the appointment it was like he came on a Saturday and it was going to be nine days in the future and they did come on the same day. I haven't had any problems with the work. They are close by me here in Dunedin so I want to pay the second months bill and he remembered me. I would use them again in the future.

The installers were punctual and professional. The system was installed neatly as promised. We did have a slight problem with the unit a couple of weeks after install but the company responded in a timely fashion and corrected the minor issue quickly and without additional cost. Our water is great and we are even recommending this company to our immediate neighbors. The owner seemed very honest and the price we were charged was adequate based on the current market.

The big deal I purchased was for an inspection of my old water softener and 2 bags of salt. The inspection was successful in that the technician discovered that my old unit was full of loose matter floating around and going through my homes plumbing. |He gave me a price for a new unit that would suit my needs and with no pressure to buy. After researching the prices of similar units I did call him back for an install of a new unit which was done neatly. I had a setting issue within the first day and the company came out right away to reset the unit to the proper settings. Not sure what caused the issue but they are very responsive.

Checked over our water softener and fixed a leak in the system and repaired it. Very nice service man and very efficent. Also delivered a bag of salt later, as mentioned they would.

The owner himself came out to do the initial measure and estimate. He was extremely professional and explained what was to be done with the system placement and piping installation. He answered all questions and provided an estimate which was well under any of the other estimates I received. Usually I do not necessarily use the lowest estimate, but in this case I factored in that all other Angie's list clients rated him consistently as Excellent, so I decided to use him. I am glad I did. The work was exactly as I wanted and was neatly and professionally done. The workers were polite and really knew what they were doing. They came on time, did the work in a reasonable time, did a thorough clean up, and the cost was exactly as quoted.

Another business installed our first unit and made a lot of mistakes. This business however, was very knowledgeable and explained everything from start to finish. The price was reasonable. They were friendly, professional and prompt.

The technician was prompt, knowledgable and very personable. And the special for the water softener was very reasonable. Thank you for an excellent referral .

Ok, but it didn't seem like the service tech did much when compared to what the invoice said he did.
