Matt and his staff were prompt, responsive, professional, and even did some additional work for us while they were out there. In fact, they went above and beyond and came back to do some repair of work that they did not cause or create. They were great to work with and we would absolutely use them again. It is obvious that this company takes a lot of pride in being a family owned business and understands and demonstrates very good customer service and keeping customers long term. They were a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend them.

They were efficient and did the work promptly. They did everything they promised to do. They filled it with salt before they left.

They were very responsive, didn't oversell what was needed for my well water (in Mulberry FL with all the phosphate deposits) and did a very nice job of installation. Went over the system with my wife, and explained what to watch for. I would highly recommend the product (5 year warranty) and the people were wonderful to work with.

Chris the salesman came to our home and provided all the information I required in order to make an informed decision. He was very knowledgable and professional. One week later, the installers came and installed our water softner. I am very sorry, but I can't remember their names, but they were very professional and courteous. They kept the mess to a minimum and cleaned up after they were completed. I am very satisfied with the equipment and with their service. I will definitely use FWT in the future.

I had researched water conditioner/softeners and different companies for a few months and had spoken to people who had different types installed, including some who were rentals. I use Angie's list to find reputable companies for most everything. Florida Water Treatment was the company who had excellent reviews for many years. I read most every review written for the past year and liked the way people spoke about the owner Matt and the company in general. When I called FWT, Matt called me within 15 min. I told him I wanted a water system installed and we talked about where I live and the type water we have. He explained about a couple different systems he offers and I decided to go with the Rainbow 4. He asked if I wanted them to come out and do a water sample test and I declined due to the fact I knew we needed a new system installed. The day of the install, the two installers Jason and Jeremy came and got right to work. They removed all of the old and quickly installed the new one. The new one has a smaller footprint than the old one, so there was a fairly large hole at one side of the system. I asked Jeremy if he would pour in 2 bags of soil I already had and he did that easily. (I would've still been dragging the bags around...lol) The 2 guys explained how the system operates and, when I asked, explained their salt replacement plans which I will probably call them later to set up. Jason and Jeremy were very efficient, quiet workers who knew exactly what they were doing. I was super impressed they were done so quickly and had cleaned up every morsel of the old. I highly recommend FWT for anyone considering a new system or maintenance on their existing one.

Told that entire system was non-functional and needed to be replaced at a cost of $800-$1300. Got a 2nd opinion and our water tested with current system and found to be perfectly balanced with no need for a whole-system replacement.

After a little more research, I discovered that with moderate plumbing skills you can purchase and install a water softener yourself for considerably less money than they were quoting me.

Came to do the $39.00 tune up and indicated I needed a new water softener, which they came back to install. I spoke with the owner to make sure that I did need it and he convinced me that I did and it wasn't a scam, and I believed him. The unit was installed very professionally. Any questions I've had I just contact the company and get prompt answers, and courteous service.

The company is very customer service oriented and helped me find the best product with in my budget. I am very happy with them and will recommend them to my friends and family.

It worked out well. They were very punctual. They came out at the right time and all the good stuff. We were very happy with the way they put it in and all of that. However, we went on vacation the next day and somebody who was working on our house while we were gone, turned the water off so he could do the work in the house. When he did, apparently the guy had not used the right glue and it popped off and water went everywhere and our neighbors ran around until they could figure out how to turn the water off, the main off. Anyway, we weren't here, so we were okay. They finally called the company after they got the water turned off. The company came back out and re-glued it and it was just that they didn't use the right glue on it. Other than that, I was very happy. The price was right and they got it fixed. So it's not the end of the world. My interaction with the provider was very nice. They were very good to us. It is working out fine now, we're very happy with it. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. It was all-inclusive and that was very good. They came out probably within a week after the deal was purchased.

They provided an education on my water system and the quality of the water. There was no pressure.

Yes we did purchase a big deal and we did use them. We have them last week before last because they came out and did the initial assessment and then we did do a whole new water treatment system from them so they came out last week and put that in. The approximate cost of their service $17000 for the whole existing system had to be replaced. It was excellent. They did an awesome job, did everything we wanted, relocated the new system and dug up the old one. They did a great job.

The person who came seemed knowledgeable and was friendly. I had purchaed an inspection and two bags of salt deal for $39. He said our resin was bad and that we needed a new system but I insisted I was unable to afford at the time. He offered to change the seals and add some sort of chemical cleaner. He also taught me a bit about how the system works, which was very helpful. The system is running great now, five months later. Maybe the resin had a bit of fight left in it. I'll probably go back to them when the system fails.

It was wonderful. We called Matthew to schedule a free estimate to install a water softener. He came out and was very friendly, professional, truck was clearly marked and he was on time. We were in a difficult situation and needed installation the same week because we had to leave and go back to Ohio for a couple of weeks before returning for good. Matthew was extremely accommodating and actually made sure that his crew was at our house and the system was installed the day before we left! It was wonderful of him to actually go out of his way above and beyond to help us out. We were and are very grateful for that. Every system he installs is specifically made for that very residence and for him to have his shop make ours so it could be installed that quickly is just a remarkable way to do business. My husband and I would highly recommend this company to anyone that would be in need of this type of work and have the utmost confidence in his ability to come through with not disappointing them! The price we were given, we felt was fair and did not have a problem paying it simply based on the service, warranty and the fact they are a local company that has been in business many years. Thank you for the wonderful job and thank you Jeremy and friend ( I forgot the other gentleman's name sorry!!) for keeping my husband busy while I bought blinds for the house!! You two gentlemen were wonderful and did an excellent job installing our system. Thank you!

This company is really great. The installer really was careful and thorough.

They found the resident that is staying in my house had unplugged the unit. The unit was in the clean mode when disconnected. This left the unit in clean mode for a long time rendering the unit useless. The man whom called me from Florida Water was honest, professional and upfront with what it would take to make my unit operational. He made sure it was in bypass before he left. I was impressed with his honesty and helpful demeanor. I will call him when I move down to Florida as a permanent resident. It just goes to show treat someone with honesty and you will win a loyal customer.

I purchased a new water softener via an Angie's List deal from Florida Water Treatment Services. The company contacted me right away to schedule the installation. The installer came right on time and was very nice. He talked me through everything and was extremely helpful. What a great company to work with. My last water softener lasted me 13 years with yearly maintenance service. I plan to do the same with this one and Florida Water Treatment.

Chris called when he was on his way as I had requested, came on time, checked the softener and performed a good, thorough cleaning. I moved into my house about a year ago and knew the softener had some years on it, but has been working fine; Chris told me that it is very close to the end of its useful life and I would need either the resin replaced or a new softener put in place very soon. He provided me with a quote for both a new system (which was very competitive) and a rebuild; I also received the 2 bags of salt and got a follow-up call the next day. At this time I am evaluating my options but I am certainly considering Florida Water Treatment.

Florida Water Treatment was good. They said our water softener didn't work so we needed a new one. I don't know if it was real or they were just trying to sell us something. It was convenient at that time to go with them since they were the ones that came out.

I made appointments with 5 suppliers of Water Softeners in our area on January 30th. 4 of the 5 showed up and 1 didn't even show (Chuck's Plumbing). We did not dislike any of the vendors but really appreciated the fact that the owner Matt came to the home himself. He talked about his business and what I should expect from the softener and the differences in the types of softeners out there. Based on what we were looking for and overall value, it became clear that his company had the product that was right for us. This is so because they manufacture the product themselves... - I did not care that the system flushes itself at 2:00 am in the middle of the morning. - I was not concerned about the minimal amount of electricity the unit will be using. - I was not concerned about the nominal cost of the salt over the years. - It was awesome to see he actually employs licensed plumbers and does not sub contract out that part of the job. For these main reasons we went with FWT. In addition Matt made a follow up phone call to me within days to see if there were other questions we had and if we planned on proceeding with the job. It was done in a refreshingly professional way that we appreciated. On the day of the install which FWT accommodated us on, Radin came out and in about 2 hours total had us connected. The system install seemed to go smooth and the clean up (which Matt assured me his guys always do) was immaculate. Radin had me check all of the valves in the home and explained the simple to use interface on the softener itself. There is very little left to do but thank them for the service they provided. In a case like this it was a pleasure to spend the money.

Everything turned out wonderful. The owner, Matt, met with us first and answered all of our questions. His installers came and did a great job. I would hire them again.
