The plumbing inspector summed it up: "Nice job guys." This was the only company of 5 contacted that was not intimidated by the need for a county permit. Matt Zara, the owner, was very helpful, Hilarie in the office was patient and responded promptly. The installers (the other) Matt and Jeremy were efficient when faced with difficulty and completed the work in neat and clean manner. Jamie completed the patch and paint quickly and even matched the paint. Thank you.

Everything went exactly as planned. The installer Matt did a beautiful clean job and explained everything about the system. Can definitely notice the change in the water. Highly recommend this company.

Workmanship was not satisfactory. The guy that came to install dig too many holes into my wall. He could not find proper way to get the electrical wire from inside to outside. Left a mess inside my house with all the drilling.

It was good. They were prompt, came on time, analyzed the work and informed us what the problem was.

Couldn't ask for better. A couple months back we noticed the water seemed different - turned out the outlet into which the treatment center was installed had gone faulty. They came out right away and got the system all worked out. We hired an electrician replace the outlet and everything has been fine since.

The initial installation went really well. The system looks good and is performing at a high level. The quality and tasteof our water is excellent. However, there was a miscommunication after the chloride was sent thru our house and the system was not set by the installers to remove the chlorine from the water. The valves on the tank that removes chloride and the softener tank were not shown nor explained to me. This resulted in us having chlorine in our water for two days. The installer kept referring to a laminated sheet that explained the operation of al the valves and monthly maintenance. But he did not have one to give me in the info pack. He said he would have one sent to me promptly. I had to call their after hours service because of the strong chlorine in the house. The call back from the tech was very prompt and he walked me through the proper opening of the valves to eliminate the chlorine. He also said he would have a laminated sheet sent to me tomorrow morning, which as Monday. It is now a week later and I still do not have the sheet explaining the valves and monthly maintenance. Again, best water I can remember ever having at this house. But the snafus that occurred prevent me from giving a higher rating.

Everyone was courteous and professional - from the owner to the office staff to the installers. Prompt service and all questions answered. 6 hours after installation and the water tastes great. Definitely a greate contractor to hire

They were very helpful in determining the appropriate solution and making sure that we fully understood each element: water filtration and softening. The price was reasonable for a comprehensive solution. The system was delivered and installed as promised. Once installed, they spent time showing us how to use it and explained the necessary upkeep.

Great. We hired them to help fix an existing water softener that has never worked properly. (another company sold it to us and installed it.) they were able to pinpoint the problem that 2 plumbers missed. We wanted some additional water conditioning options, and ended up purchasing a new system through them. The installation went well &, the system has been working great.

It went great! I'm on well water and the system they installed is giving me the best water I've ever had.

Don't do business with any other company. They manufacture water softeners specifically designed for Florida.

From our initial visit to the showroom to the installation, everyone we dealt with was professional and knowledgeable. System designed specifically for Florida water by a local family owned business is what sold us. Unit has a small footprint and maintenance is minimal. Great water...no more bottles to recycle.

Great, now have a system that gives me bottled water quality water! The water never felt so great in our house, we should have installed this system sooner!!

they're quick to respond, quick to set up appointments, thorough with explaining what you get and what to expect. installers Jason (and i can't remember the other guy's name) were friendly, quick and neat. everything went swimmingly well; just one glitch, when installing the flush line, our cable line was severed, but no big deal, cable co. came out and fixed it the next day. I WOULD HIRE FLORIDA WATER TREATMENT INC, AGAIN......they made this whole thing too easy! VERY HAPPY WITH RESULTS!

It could not have gone any better. Matt came out and gave me a no-nonsense quote and explained what would be done. He said I was get a call the night before and I did. Matt and Jeremy showed up right on time and everything was done, demonstrated and manuals handed off to me very quickly. I had other quotes but Matt, the owner. gave us a good feeling that he would be there if there was ever any problems.

it went well. The tanks were prefilled and replaced. The servicemen were very professional and thorough..
