The installation went very smoothly. It was a pleasure dealing with this company. We are remodeling our home and they are the only company we have dealt with that has been on time, within budget, and delivered what they promised. What a treat!

WORKED BY HIMSELF AND WAS DONE IN RECORD TIME, ESTABLISHING A UNIT TO STREET DRAIN, TRAINING, ADDED SALT, CHECKED WATER TO INSURE SMELL WAS ELIMINATED AND WATER TASTE BETTER THANK CRYSTAL SPRINGS WATER. SUGGESTED I GET WATER COMPANY TO DOUBLE METER INCOMING FROM WASTE VOLUME TO SAVE ON RATE CHARGED. ESTIMATE IN FREE ESTIMATE PRIOR TO INSTALL WAS BOTH THE SAME AND NOT ONE PENNY MORE. OUTSTANDING PRODUCT, PRICE, INSTALLATION AND PROFESSIONAL INTERACTION.

Got a call the day after I purchased the Big Deal and they came out that day to look at the water softener. It was determined that the water softener was no longer operational (which I suspected since my plumber told me to get the unit checked out since it was restricting water flow into the house) and I was given a quote to fix the existing water softener, or install a new unit. Since it did not make any sense to add salt to the water softener, I was given credit for delivery of two bags of salt in the future.

After searching for about 4 weeks during the Summer and having two other companies come out to our home for an evaluation during this time, we were not pleased with what was out there. I decided to join Angie's list in hopes of finding a quality water company that was honest. Florida water treatment immediately caught my attention with the reviews and customer satisfaction. Matt the owner of the company came out for a free evaluation and was not only professional but knowledgeable in his products and answered ALL questions my husband and I had (which was many). What I really appreciated is that he did not try to sell me products that I did not need vs the other companies were pushing products that I knew I did not need or ask for. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a quality water treatment system.

I got a good deal for $1195 water softener system installation through Angie's list. The owner Matt was very responsive to my inquiry and scheduled a call. He explained everything about the systems and where it needs to go. After consulting a few more companies and reading the reviews, we decided to go with Florida Water Treatment. They could fit us in within a week. The technician was experienced and did a good job.

I purchased this water softener tuneup deal for $39.00. The service person said he was unable to tune up my softener because it needed to be replaced. The softener is still not working.

It was done professionally by the company I've had doing this for 15 years.

I needed to talk to my spouse and get back with the service technician before going forward. We were certain now we needed a new system. We were skeptical about venturing out for a new filtration system with a company we had never heard of before. We were so relieved when the owner of the company called us and was willing to meet with us if needed. There was never any high pressure sales tactics used as with company before. He explained his company, it family origins, it' 62 years of respected service, quality custom products and his upstanding business in the community. He gave us options to consider going forward. He listened to our needs and concerns and bent over backwards to help us. We were very pleased. We only wished we had found them 9 years earlier.

It was fine. It was good. They did everything they were supposed to. They honored the price of the big deal. The big deal was great.

New system put in and plumbed. All parts of old system removed. Installer was efficient, courteous and worked cleanly. I will definitely use again.

Did a water softner check and filled it with salt

My water conditioner needed replacement. They gave me a new one and hauled off the old. They are letting me pay for the new system in three installments.

The water softener and purification unit was installed without any problems and is providing excellent service. Was very pleased with the installation process and the individual that installed it. I highly recommend Florida Water Treatment, Inc. and will use them to service my unit whenever it needs to be serviced.

They came out and performed everything as was agreed to. They meet all my requests. I am very pleased.

Well the tech was on time and found problem of non performing Water Softener immediately but provided grim outlook for rebuilding at the whopping price of $895.00. New unit with install, same capacity was $1295.00. Now I am sure they may have a few perks or tweaks on their units but a comparable 32k grain unit with electronic control from Logix/Pentair can be delivered to your door for under $595.00. if the measurements of tank are the same, which most times are, anyone can swap it out and program it in a two hour time frame. Would definitely recommend them for the home owner that does not have to balance budget and wants it done now and fast.

Installation was professional.

Everything turned out very well. The company responded quickly, their technicians were highly knowledgeable about the product, and everyone with whom I dealt was friendly and courteous. There was a leakage issue about six months later, and they weren't able to locate the leak until their third visit in June of this year. They also charged me 100 dollars for this third visit which I disliked because the issue wasn't new and was ongoing.

We recently purchased our home and was not sure when the Williams water softener was last serviced. As a precaution, we ordered this deal. Communication and punctuality was good, however, my wife was sold the idea that we needed a new water softener at a cost of $1300+. The tech demonstrated to my wife the decayed core, which of course looked horrible! We would have been happy overall, but by chance I asked our plumber to take a look at it. The plumber contractor (Gus Plumbing) is performing lots of plumbing work for a large remodel we have underway. After examining the softener, they concluded that with a few rebuild parts, they will have us back up and running for less than $250. Based on the fact that our softener could have easily been rebuilt and saved us a lot of money, I was disappointed that FWT did not at least offer that as an option. Clearly more focused on trying to sell us a new system. Update 8/12/14: The feedback from FWT is off the mark, although I respect and understand their perspective. This review is not about making them look bad, simply reporting our experience. The Williams system we have was installed in 2007 (we have the original receipt from the previous owners) and I watched the plumber replace the internal parts and valves. Everything was new, and the system was incredibly simple to rebuild. Since it was rebuilt, system is operating very well, cycling properly, and the water is soft.

They did a good job. They were very nice.

My husband primarily dealt with them. They indicated we need a new water softener but were not pushy about this. My husband was very happy with that part. The technician listened and was easy to work with.

The service techs were punctual - they arrived when they said they would. The schedule was confirmed the day prior. All was handled professionally, and the ultimate installation was done with pride. Plus, both guys loved on my dog :).

I decided to go with them because of a combination of things. I had them come to check why I did not have soft water. It was the system I had as service. They told me that it would definitely not be worth fixing. The people were very willing to explain everything to me. The price was reasonable, and I really needed soft water. My water softener had not been giving me soft water for months and it was driving me nuts.

I am not really happy with them. They are not very attentive on any problems I have. When they were changing my system they made marks on my wall which took part of my paint off and they did not acknowledge it. I am not happy with management there, but I would like to find another company that could service my system that I have. I have been using them for about four years, but it was because of the person before me that had this house. I had a new system put in last September and I was entitled to salt for a year so that is what they are doing now. I have not had any maintenance or anything done. In December they are due to come out again to look at the system and I am not thrilled about having them come out.

While here checked our R/O system which has not been working correctly for some time. System replaced and we were happy with the price special.
