OK - Seemed like the real purpose of the "inspection" was to sell their product

I'm really happy with my interactions with Matt and his team. FWT was highly professional, and did high quality work. We are really happy with our water softener's performance, and the installation performed. I also feel the price was very good for the work performed.

They recommended I replace the water softener.

I don’t know the guy that was here but I felt they did an excellent job. I was happy with their charges because they had to put something else in the water softener like a cleaner or whatever. I liked this company a lot. They were prompt. I was very happy with what they were doing and the results I got out of it. I think the price was good.

Initial appointment was with Matt, the owner. He came and looked at home and recommended two options that would condition and soften our water. After reviewing our options, we selected FWT because of their customer service, great attitude, and a very good price. We then scheduled the appointment, they arrived on time and installed the system. They also added 60 lbs of salt and tested the entire system, they also showed me which outside faucets were raw water. The technician was great, and I would recommend FWT.

Excellent. New system works fine and improved the taste of the treated water. Replaced old system with one of their upgraded ones. Price was less than what I had paid for the old system from a competitor and had more and better features as well. Salesperson was very knowledgeable about the unit and installation for the upgrade went fine.

Never had a water softening system before. Had questions after the initial installation and the company was helpful, responsive, and easy to deal with. System has been in for over a year now and still very happy with it. Money well spent.

Chris examined the system that was previously installed by another company and explained to me that it would not take care of the problem I am having with Sulfur odor because it was for removing Iron only. He clearly explained everything that needed to be done to get the quality of water that I was looking for. I was very pleased with this first encounter and will be using this company to get my water problem taken care of. I was quoted a price for the System I would need and found it to be a very reasonable figure for what I need done.

I contacted FWT on 11/25/2014 via Angie's message center. I was called promptly, and was able to get an appt the following day. Matt, the owner, came out and looked at our broken water softener. Due to the age of the system, we really didn't think fixing it was a good option. Matt showed us the available systems at FWT. He explained how the systems worked and the pricing. No pressure sales. We decided to go with the Rainbow four. We set up an appt to start work on 12/4/2014. Due to my crazy schedule, we had to move the start date to 12/10/2014. The installers showed up early (sorry I don't remember the names) and got right to work. They removed the old system and hauled it away, dug a new drain to the street ,removed the old drain that went to a bathroom sink and replaced the p trap. They installed the new system. The installers were pleasant and professional. The new system works great and the water taste better. I also signed up for the salt delivery service. I am very pleased with how the system looks and works.

I saw the glowing reviews from Angie list and then saw that they had a special going on through here as well. Matthew Zarra came to my home did a quick test to show the hardness of the water and just as i knew it would be an issue of the hard water being very high. Matthew was able to answer my question since I been researching water softeners and the fact they use valves from the best rated company around was a plus. I thought i would get my system the same day but as per Matthew each owners system is built to order which is nice to know and tested at their facilities before being sent out. The price was very reasonable for my size home of 3500 sq ft. A week later on the day of install i had the pleasure of meeting Jason and Ray, they also answered all my questions and what i need to look for on the system these guys were awesome. They gave me tips on how to wash the bin out once a year and let me tell you now I have no problem just drinking water from the tap. This will most likely be the best investment I made in my new home which i have no regrets.

My water system working good .The maintenance person after checkup and replaced gasket from bypasss value cost $ 89.00 + 49.00 checkup said need buy new system ? Better then maintenance or upgraded?

Matthew, the owner, had men come over and install a full water treatment in my house. He had to come by and make some adjustments. He sent his professionals to come and treat the water again. His employees were extremely professional and did an excellent job with the service. It was an extraordinary experience overall.

Great products, great price and very professional.

I originally purchased a deal for 2 bags of salt for a soft water & cleaning for unit that was not functional for a long time (10+ years). When Matt (the owner) came out to deliver the salt and do the maintenance, he told me that the unit was not working and that it would cost more to repair the unit than to install a new one. I knew he was telling the truth because it had definitely been awhile since the unit was fully functional and was clogged with years of sludge. Matt rolled in the cost of my Angie's list paid coupon towards the cost of a new Rainbow One unit, and allowed me an 8 months same as cash deal. When his tech arrived to install the equipment, they removed the old unit and installed a new shut-off, drain and new pipes. I am super happy with the unit and the service I received from Florida Water Treatment. Thank you Matt!

All I can say is that this company went over and beyond to satisfy us. FWT is the professional company you want to use for your water treatment needs. I'm very thankful we selected Matt and his team to do the job. Matt, I owe you a beer!
