Provider checked my current water softner (which they had installed about 5 years ago). I learned that it was sadly in need of being replaced. I also learned that it is average for water softners to go in about 5 years. I decided to upgrade one level in my water softner as it will now use less salt, and is expected to last longer. The tech gave me all the information and used my Angies list deal towards the purchase price of my new softner...

It went well. Technician came out, assessed the function, gave us an estimate and when work done, cleaned everything up and left. Very professional.

Received the offer in my email on Wednesday and purchased the coupon. I received a call on Wednesday afternoon to schedule the visit the next day. Steve arrived within the two hour window and was very knowledgable, professional and friendly. He showed me what to look out for on my 2 1/2 year old unit and let me know what I could do in the future, when it was needed. I felt very comfortable and confident that he knew exactly what he was doing and they will get my business again when I need it!!

Matt came out and discussed our options to replace 14yr old worn out system. Set an appt and the guys took old one away and replaced with this new .. wonderful system that works awesome so far. We can actually drink the well water. It was a great experience and I would recommend FWT to anyone.

Steve was very punctual. He called ahead with an estimated arrival time. He went through the system and checked it. It was not functioning. Although the deal called for 2 bags of salt, I did not receive them. Perhaps that should be stated that if the system proves to be non usable they will redraw the 2 bags of salt offer. Steve cleaned up and provided information and answered all my questions. Thank you.

My experience with Florida Water Treatment has been fantastic from start to finish. They originally installed the water system on my home in April 2015. Unfortunately, my home was an inventory house and the water in the lines built up a hydrogen-sulfide residue within the pipes. This resulted in a bad odor being emitted from the faucets. Florida Water Treatment didn't turn their backs on my family. They have gone out of their way to help us get rid of the problem. They have returned multiple times to bleach my lines and they did not charge me for this service. The water in our home is fantastic and I highly recommend this provider.

Serviced water softener that they installed a year ago, but had a miscommunication regarding the osmosis water system. Only two filters were installed out of the three. Charge $99.00 service call and $11.79 for one bag of salt, and $$85.00 for 2 filters. Rescheduled and the 3rd filter was installed a few days later for $25.00. Chris was very polite, understanding and professional.

Overall, we are very happy with the results. Highly recommend.

All went great.The space conservative unit was installed w/i 2.5 hr. It had a 5 yr. warranty and had an Angies List special.Jason & Radin were professional;gave thorough instructions and left no mess.My neighbor recently bought the same unit from FWT,also.We are all very satisfied with our choice.

We were looking for a solution to bad smelling water for my parent?s mobile home. We met with Matt, who was great at explaining everything to us about the options available. We went with the Rainbow Elite Plus water treatment system set up where the water comes into the mobile home. The appointment for installation was about a week later, and went very smoothly. The installer was very kind and explained everything about the system fully. It has been about two weeks and there has been no more bad smell to the water. We couldn?t be more pleased with the system, the quality of the work, and the professionalism of Matt and his team.

The company estimated for the work on 6/12 and performed the installtion on 6/19 to fit my schedule. The installers ran the back flush pipe according to our request to have it drain into the sewer clean out connector instead of running it down the drive way at no extra cost. Their employees were very professional, prompt, and courteous. Also they sent ahead a company to drill a hole in the granite for the filtered water faucet, no worries their either. The difference in the feel of the water is amazing. We don't have to do anything with this system except put the cheapest salt crystals into the container, it automatically determines the level. The installer gave us valuable information on making sure we used the right salt, and that we keep the clock set correctly if there was a power outage. There is a decent sized tank with the osmosis system, so the water comes out of the faucet at a good pace, unlike one we had in a previous home that was as slow as molasses. This installation was definitely worth the money.

Purchased the $39.00 special and contacted the company for an appointment on the AL site. They replied promptly and scheduled the inspection for the following week. Technician was on time and performed the work quickly and efficiently, as described in the special promo. The tank was installed by the same company so I plan to have them check the system once a year to make sure everything is operating normally. P.S. The resin that needs to be added periodically can be purchased online in a gallon container.

Outstanding, they showed up on time, I was called the day before what time to expect them. They went over all of my expectations and requirements for the project, made some recommendations that were much better ideas than I had...performed the install, it looks very professional and neat. They took the time to pay close attention to the details, for example where they drilled holes through the wall to run the pipes, they went back and filled in the holes with filler without being asked. Explained everything they were doing. After the install was complete they went to every tube and sink and test both hot and cold water. They even removed the filter screens in the sinks to clean out the build up to improve the water flow. I cant say enough about how great of job they did at a very fair price.

The techs that Florida Water Treatment sent out were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. They recommended the best water softener model for my needs (their least expensive model) and installed it quickly and effectively. They even replaced the old piping feeding into the unit. After they were finished, the tech explained how to use it and answered my questions. They didn't charge me for the initial service call since they were unable to perform any services on the existing unit and were flexible in scheduling the installation the next week when I was off work. I would highly recommend Florida Water Treatment.

They were very professional, informative and they did a little extra work which was not part of the original deal for free. They have good customer service. The professionalism was good because of the way he went about the instillation and they moved the old equipment. They explained everything and they were very courteous.

Florida Water Treatment is easy to deal with and provides outstanding customer service. From my initial contact with the company through installation, it was seamless. They even called after the installation to see how things went and if I had any questions.

It worked fine, I was not that impressed with the service provider.

I suspected my system was not working but the repairman pointed out all of it's faults. It was a mess. They installed a new system inside the garage to avoid a lot of the downfalls of the previous system which was outside. They did a great job and have all levels of service should I choose to have that.

Excellent, Old system removed. Updated external plumping installed. Cement pad for unit to stand on. Power cable & drain line buried & inside a 25' PVC pipe. Entry point into wall for electrical connection professionally done. We did have bad smell w/hot water for about 4 days. But after Hot water tank drained smell is gone. Water is soft and the family is commenting that the tab water is as good as the refrigerator's filter water is. Very Happy!

They were really friendly, on time and left the place without mess. A small leak was fixed a few days later without any problem and for any question I had after installation I got a quick and professional reply. The water smells way better and even the dwarf rabbits have not problem with it (the have such sensitive stomach that hey even didn't tolerate some bottled spring water).? The only thing I ever could complain is that they only informed me after the installation that I have to manually switch to bypass the filter every time I fill up water to the pool because otherwise the filter will be destroyed. That's a little pain because I don't want the pool guy to do this (because he will forget or forget to switch back ...) and now I have arranged that only I fill up the pool. If they told me in advance I had requested to put the garden hose outlet to a place prior to the filter for small amount of extra cost where I didn't have to switch to bypass. Now the asked for 99$ to do this.? But overall is was a very professional work, they are very friendly and cost was quite reasonable compared to other offers.
