He gave me a lot of information and explained the whole process and prices.

Needed annual maintenance on water softener and was glad they were offering a special to get the work done. They responded quickly to my request and promptly completed the work. Even replacing a part which was under warranty.

Excellent service with practical and professional advice.

Unit no longer functions. Man was honest and offered me their products. No hard sell.

It went very well. Arrangements were made and it was delivered and operational a week after first call.

Service man opened our Water Softner and it had a resin coming out which je called a resin Volcano and said that we would need a water softner. Then gave us prices of new water softners which we did not want to spend over $1,000 on. My husband went on line and the only thing the water softner needed was the resin changed. Called another repairman and he changed the Resin and cleaned out everything for $200. Do not waste your time with Florida Water Treatment Inc they are just interested in selling you a new water softner not in cleaning and inspecting your lines on your current one.

Customer service and technicians were very courteous and professional. I couldnt ask for any better. Ty Florida Water Treatment. Ill be calling you again for a filter for my sprinklers. :-)

These guys are great. Do NOT worry when you hire them for your water needs. This is the second time we had them check on our houses in SCC. Both were A1!

So far I would have to say that I am very please with what FWT and the system they installed. I was given several options and they didn't try to use any of those high pressure sales tactics.

Went very well. I have had a few questions and they have been very helpful. When a technician had to come out we arranged a time, the called ahead, and were very prompt. I'm very pleased with the job done and responsiveness. I would highly recommend with no reservation.

The individual who looked at my old softener was a "straight shooter" and not a car salesman. He presented the facts & pretty much left the decision making to me. No pressure. I found this to be a very enjoyable experience.

Excellent! Matt came out and was very nice and informative. He wasn't the least bit pushy, just asked me what my concerns were, what I was looking for and showed me his product that fit the bill. His price was competitive for the system I wanted. I had interviewed Culligan since they had installed a system at my old house, but they were two high priced now and their sales person turned me off. Matt was great he explained what the installers would do, and how. After reading good reviews I hired them. About 3 days later two guys came to install the system, did a great job in installing it, were neat and cleaned up any mess and really hid the drain line used outside to back wash the system very well. I had to have them show me where it was. My water quality is excellent, and very soft. Drinking water is great again. I'm so glad I went with them, they made it very easy and painless and they have an excellent product to boot. Very pleased.

Everything went according to plan and we are very pleased to have installed this water softener in our home. Florida Water Treatment is a very professional company and I really am glad we chose them to do business with.

It was fine except that we found that the system needed to be reconditioned or replaced. I didn't have the funds for that right now and we are not even sure we want to do it. We may want to go into another system. They left me a recommendation on the work and it included his name and address for me. He is a solid B. It was a good Deal. I knew that if he was making any money on it, he was hoping to make a sale. He was there the next day. He was right on time. Everything was exactly the same when they left as when they got here.

The technician arrived on time and followed my instructions with my daughter perfectly. He readjusted the unit and left 2 bags of salt as instructed. Perfect. I would highly recommend Florida Water Treatment as the best company for water softeners in the area. Thank you guys for many, many years of great service (23 years)!

I was kind of disappointed. The price was too high. They could have done what they were supposed to do. They were supposed to service my water softener and not just tell me that it is old and I needed a new one because I really don’t.

Steven Jacobs came out to service my six year old RO and water softener. He reported that both units had significant damage from the chlorine in my water. He replaced the bladder on my RO on the spot and took my water softener tank back to the shop to refurbish it after discussing my options. He returned the next business day to reinstall my rebuilt water softener in short order. Steve was everything a customer wants and needs from a technician. Prompt, professional, clean, courteous, honest, and skilled. I could not have asked for a better experience. I am also happy with the quality of the equipment from Florida Water Treatment since I suspect that six years is a reasonable lifespan on the equipment. It was still in good enough shape to merit only a rebuild.
