The installers were professional and punctual. They gave us an overview before they started, consulted with us occasionally to explain small situations as they arose, always being polite and courteous. There were no negative situations to report.

We had installed very high end laminate flooring in our main entry living and dining rooms the material we selected looks like the real stuff! It's beautiful!!! I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to install flooring. Our goals as a homeowner is to support the "mom and pop" businesses in our community and this company should receive all our business over home depot and Lowes!!!.

I liked everything about them. They gave use a reasonable quote, helped us pick out the tile, were timely, punctual, clean and very hard workers. They did an excellent job. Frank did an amazing job.

Mike the owner came to do the estimate. He was very professional and dates for installation were established. The workers came on time, knew what they were doing, and did an excellent job. The workers were respectful of the owner's furniture and walls and the workers cleaned up after themselves. My neighbors (who know something about installation) praised the quality of the work. I would highly recommend this company.

They were helpful in the showroom picking out the carpeting and they were very good at letting us take the stuff home and back or giving us samples. They came out and measured and within a week they had it ordered. It took a few days to install because it was the whole house. They had to move everything which they did. We packed up all of the small stuff and they did all of the heavy moving. They did a nice job and I thought they were professional. They had a variety of quality and we picked a quality that was suitable for our mobile home. We had been to some other places and we liked them because they had a good quality at a good price point. They called, checked on us, and let us know when they were coming. If there was a change, they would call and let us know. For instance, one day the guy was going to be a little late so they called to let us know. They worked really hard at getting our merchandise in, following through with their distributor, and worked really hard and rearranged their schedules to get the whole job accomplished while we were there. Although by the time I met the guy, I would have let him in if we weren't there.

They did a good job and I give them all A's. I will use them again in the future.

We had two workers, Frank and Francisco, and two nicer guys would be hard to find! They were prompt each day. We were very impressed by their professionalism and attention to details. They worked well together to accomplish much work each day. The quality of the work is very good, and they were very organized about the job plan. We are very pleased with the quality of tile and the work ethic and professionalism demonstrated by Frank and Francisco. We met them as "strangers" and now consider them as "friends" . We are very particular that any one who works at our home uses clean language. This was absolutely no cause for concern with these two. We heartily recommend this company and these workers! We would definitely call them again if we need tile!

They were very personable. They gave us a lot of different options. They passed on their price savings to us. They came in and gave recommendations to us. They get A's on everything.

If you want to see a master class in carpet installation from marketing through execution to clean up and finish get this company. Nothing was overlooked and the fitter Rich was an absolute credit to his employer and himself. Best experience of this type of installation my wife and I have experienced .

Great. We visited the showroom and the person on the desk was very helpful in guiding us to the type of carpet we wanted. We then made an appointment for them to measure the rooms. The owner of the business came to our home, arrived promptly at 11 am, gave us good and fair advice on what we needed, and was extremely professional. We made an appointment for them to install the carpets. Two installers came, did an excellent job moving furniture, cleaning the areas, and installing the carpet. The only minor glitch of the whole experience is that the installers were running two hours late as they had run into a problem at another job. It would have been good if they had called us before we had to call them to ask where they were, but really this was a very minor glitch compared to the overall experience which was otherwise excellent in every way.

They did a nice job but did not tell me that when they sanded it should have been restained because it changed the entire color of my wood floor. They did not restain it, and then they sealed it so the entire floor is a whole different color and looks entirely different. This company never informed me that it should be done or that it needed to be done. They just said they were going to sand and seal. They did a nice job with the painting, sealing and sanding but my floor looks entirely different. I will use them again in the future.

Our expectations were met and exceeded

A completely satisfying experience with a very professional contractor. Mike and his son came out for an estimate within days of our call and we had a very reasonable proposal before they left. The work was scheduled to begin within two weeks, and started on time. The two men who were doing the work were friendly, answered all of our questions and were very careful with the inside of our home. I was planning on this being a very messy job with sanding residue around for weeks, but their equipment left very little behind, which they warned us could happen. Stain and then three coats of varnish were applied. The floors look magnificent, and we have received compliments on them. The bedrooms have probably also been covered with carpets for about 40 years, and the floors in there also look like they will turn out nice. We will definitely call Floor Depot when we're ready for that!

They did a great job. People that I have shown have been impressed by this work. They offered us a great deal on this flooring. We chose another company before this that was making this project difficult and Floor Depot gave us what we wanted and made the project easy. They had to tackle three problems that the previous company had problems with and they did not even act as if these were that big of issues. They made these issues very easy.

Submitted in error. I had several requests going at the same time and entered this report with a low rating in error. My apologies. This company has contacted me and we are proceeding with getting a quote.

They did a remarkable job. I purchased the floor already from a different vendor. I did have to wait awhile to get the floor installed but I completely understand that they had to install their own customers floors first. I was very pleased with the workmanship and I will use them again to install my dining room floor.

I had got a lot of quotes and their price was good. They were prompt and did a good job. I would recommend them. Their price was fair and the service was prompt and they did what they said.

Needless to say I would never recomend or use this company again.

From the first time we went into the store, we were impressed with the knowledge of the salesperson on duty. We were permitted to bring home several sample of laminate to look at in various phases of natural daylight and artificial night lighting. The salesperson (Brent) who came to our home was professional and very thorough. He even provided some suggestions on how the floor should be laid to get the best look. The work crew of Jeremy and Paul was very professional and a hard-working team. I was particularly impressed with Jeremy who was a very hard worker and very meticulous in his work; which was reassuring. He demonstrated his leadership abilities, and is clearly a "team leader" and "problem solver." He was able to resolve any issue confronted with during the job. Both Jeremy and Paul ensured the required work was done correctly and professionally. Once the job was complete, my wife and I were amazed of the beauty of the laminate flooring, and how much it improved the interior appearance of our home. I was so impressed, that I personally contacted the owner (Mike) to express my pleasure on a job well-done and ask that he pass this on to Jeremy and Paul. Without doubt we would use the services of the Floor Depot, Inc. for any of our future flooring needs and would highly recommend this company to any one considering laminate flooring. Although we did not use their other services, which include carpet, tile and natural wood flooring, I think it's safe to say the results would be the same - SATISFACTION!

Overall Floor Depot did an outstanding job from start to finish......I would gladly recommend Floor Depot, they provide the best value for the money spent. Do's : Perform research before going out shopping for wood floors. The World Wide Web has tons of articles on how it's done. If you're not "connected" go to that old place that contains all the old books........let's see, oh yeah it's called a library. Dont's : Do not go with the lowest bidder unless you are very sure they can do the job and have the past performance to back it up. Word of mouth advertising is the way to go......oh yeah Angie's List is as close to word of mouth as you can get without being there to hear the other person actually say it.

They did the perfect job. My husband likes things done right and they went above and beyond. We are a 100% satisfied. We are so impressed with the company. They took a lot of time to show us how to take care of the floors. We worked with John and Joe who installed the floors.

Based on solid recommendations of other Angie's List subscribers and what we judged was a fair proposal, we did not take multiple proposals. Work started as promised on Dec 27 and was completed ahead of the scheduled 5 days. The team worked hard, took short lunch breaks and did a really nice job. I certainly recommend this firm to anyone considering new flooring. One open issue with carpet seams has recently been resolved to our complete satisfaction.

No problems. There was a slight adjustment in scheduling but it worked well for me.
