Good even though they had to order more wood which delayed the project by a couple days. Overall they completed the job with excellent results.

They did a top notch job. These guys are experts, and sell a great product. We originally contracted to have new tile installed and our hardwood floors sanded. However, mid job it was determined that the hardwood floor could not be sanded and had to be replaced. There were several snags in the job. The previous owners had installed tile over tile so it took extra time to remove the original tile. The hardwood floor had to be removed by a special company with an industrial machine. This threw us off our schedule. However, all in all everything worked out for the best. I was miffed that we weren't told that the hardwood floors couldn't be sanded down until mid job, and thus had to be replaced. But it was for the best since the "house smell" disappeared once the old floors were out and the new were in. The workers were professional and polite. They did an expert job, and took the time to do it right. We definitely got our money's worth.

Wonderful. Crew showed up on schedule. Needed to order additional items due to construction of stair well. Maintained contact to keep us informed and actually texted a picture during the installation to show me an area of concern. Mike showed up when expected to measure and give quote. The floors are absolutely beautiful. Will hire them to install more flooring on the second floor when we are ready to do that.

They gave a good price, showed up on time, and did a great job with the installation. I was very pleased with the service they offered.

We met with the owner, Mike, and he helped us choose a hardwood-look tile for our home office. He was courteous, helpful, and took the time to answer all of our questions. Installation was scheduled for a few weeks later. Peter came out to install the tile and he did an outstanding job. We chose a herringbone pattern, which is very time-consuming. He was extremely attentive to detail and we could not be more pleased with the outcome. We will definitely be using them in the future - highly recommend!

Excellent service and excellent installation in challenging circumstances. It involved he removal of some tile - two layers deep - and many, many cuts as the rooms (and closets) have almost no right angles. The crew did a very good job dealing with a difference in height with adjoining existing tile. Very nice detail on transitions between different tile surfaces.

The sales staff we worked with was excellent. We felt very comfortable and didn't get any other estimates. The installers did a meticulous job! I am extremely happy with the final results. The floors look beautiful. My only feedback is to recommend that they communicate better with their customers. After the initial measuring and signing of t he contract I did not receive confirmation that they were coming on the scheduled date. I had to call then to confirm. Got a call back that they were behind schedule and had to change the date to the following day. The installation went perfect. Installer moved furniture, very careful, and worked hard! I was very disappointed that I did not receive a call from the owner to ask me if I was satisfied with the job. Please stay connected with your customers.

They we on time everyday. Covered and taped area off to lower dust to the rest of the house. Did a wonderful job.

Excellent Job. They worked with us to get the hard to fine Australia Cypress flooring. There installers were very professional and careful and efficient. It took 3 and half days of two installers to complete the job, which was slightly shorter than what they estimated. Would use them again.

Their communication was really poor. We scheduled in July with them and then nobody had called us. We hadn't heard anything since July so we had to call them. They said they were still coming. The crew did decent job but they didn't tape off or plastic off any of the rest of the house. My entire house was coated with dust. The crew member discussed how they were going to lay the tile. They laid the entire tile. It was something that we didn't need to even discuss. After that, I went to the store to complain to them. They were close by the time I got there. I called them immediately the next morning and they said they were coming back. It took almost all day to call back. They said they had a management meeting and I never got a call back. It was a really bad experience for us. Their price was pretty good. The crew was good. The customer service was really poor.

It went great we are thrilled with them. We will be using them again!

Dave and his crew did a wonderful job. The floors are beautiful and far exceed our expectations. The job took 3 days. Crew was punctual and courteous. All work was agreed to and completed. Dave went above and beyond in helping to move furniture, point out any issues and kept us updated throughout the job. We would definitely use Floor Depot again.

Floor Depot has become the only place we go for flooring - they have done 4 rooms of solid wood flooring that is perfectly matched and blended in to the wood flooring already in our home. They are experts at repairing solid wood floors, which is a very difficult thing to do properly. Unfortunately we did not know about them years ago when we first installed wood flooring in most of the house and have had many issues with the poor installation done by the previous company. The rooms they installed are perfect and you cannot tell where the new begins and the old starts. The repairs they expertly wove in blend in so well no one would know the floor was repaired. Excellent company - they stand behind their work 100% - use with confidence. They have also done a small laundry room ceramic tile floor and our kitchen backsplash.

We were very pleased with their work. They advertized as being on Angie's List, and so we joined Angie's List because of them. They were super. I loved them. We haven't had any complaints about the work that they did for us. The floor looks great, and it was so professionally done. The workers were all clean, cut professional guys, and went out of their way to make us happy. The price was very reasonable for the work performed. I can't say enough good about them. They came by and did an estimate. The quality has been outstanding. It still looks new today. They paid a lot of attention to details. We had video cables that needed to be rerouted, and they had machinery that could cut grooves in the molding under the flooring, and they could hide the cables. That was not included in the estimate, and they didn't charge us for it. There are no cracks in the ceramic tile grout. They were on time, they started on schedule, and finished on scheduled. There was an accident by the front of the house. A Christmas ornament fell and craked the board, and they redid it. They didn't skimp on anything. They were very disciplined, they didn't need anyone standing on their shoulder to do the job.

They were advertising that they belonged to Angie's List and we joined Angie's List because of the work they did for us. Those guys were super, I loved them. We have not had any complaints about any of the work they did. Everything was so professional and our floors still look great. They were very good and the prep work was outstanding. The workers were all clean cut professional guys and went out of their way to make us happy. I could not say enough good things about these guys and the price was very reasonable for the work performed. They came by and gave us an estimate. The quality has been outstanding and it still looks brand new today. They had good workmanship on the trim work and paid so much attention to detail.

Mike was very nice and provided me with samples of his products and explained services completely, however I went with another business.

It was really good. It took about eight days total due to a wet sub floor, but they were very professional and thorough. The two technicians knew exactly what they were doing.

The samples they had were not what would be exactly put down in your home and they didn't tell us this upfront. The only thing we saw retail-wise for the vinyl turned out to be seconds. We weren't very pleased with the pricing either. We ended up not using them because of those reasons and when we took the samples back to them they were not very nice. My husband took them back and he said we were going to go with someone else and they got really nasty with him.

They did a good job of cleaning up every day. The job took about a week. The pricing was very competitive.

I checked around anb it and they were the best estimate I found! I have recommended them to friends.

how did it go? well, i will tell you. The first thing I really liked was that the installers are employees and not sub contractors. I was somewhat nervous when i was told the tile alone would take 5 days. Frank teh tile installer arrived Monday and was ready to go. I guess i was not ready for all the dust. LOL. I was nervous when teh dust was everywhere and started to second guess myself if i did the right thing. Well once Frank started to get the installation going i stayed in my office with the door closed and when i came out for lunch and he had almost the entire dining room done and when i saw what it looked like a smile quickly came to my face. Becuase I changed how the tile and carpet were going to be laid out (tiled dining room which was carpeted, tiled hallway which was carpeted, change angle of tile through foyer straight through to the hallway) there was a lot of uncertainty. Ok next, Frank did an incredible job on the angles and there were some very very small cuts to make sure the angles were straight. WOW! he did it. I was truly very pleased at his success in getting it all perfectly straight and then the care he took with the grout which now only shows a veyr thin line.Woudl not hesitate to use them again for tiling. OK NEXT the carpeting. Well, first i was somewhat amiss that the entire carpet was being cut in my driveway with the weather not perfect. Had to keep running inside and out to cover the carpet form getting wet. It did in fact get wet in a few places. The installer was smart enough though to cut most of the pieces and put them inside the house for the different rooms. although a little tense at times it all went well. I now have all new floors in my home and it looks great. Now its just getting everything back where it belongs. Thank you Floor depot.

They tile and carpet look good, but they damaged the baseboards when taking them off to put in the tile.

Picked out in stick carpeting explaining the whole time I wanted the carpet installed before I moved into the house on 8/14. Measurements were done and called and setup appointment for Monday 8/11 and put a $500 deposit and was up on the schedule. I left work early to be at the house for the carpet to be installed. At 3 pm I finally called to find out where the installers were and was told I was put on the schedule for Monday 8/18 not 8/11. I made myself very clear I was moving in 8/14 and what part if that did they not understand. I told to refund my deposit and I went elsewhere sine I was going to be moved in by then. They called me a couple of hours later telling they were looking for outside installers. But I said do not bother I am getting it from someone else.
