It was a very positive experience. The sales staff was very professional. They gave me a great price. The installers were punctual. They did a great job laying the floor. They gave us some tips on how to maintain the floors. I am very much satisfied with the finished project. It was a very nice process. I would use them again in the future.

With one of the jobs, the wood flooring, we were very satisfied with. The second job, however, they replaced some carpeting and they chipped some tiles. They did not have enough carpet to finish a section, and it took multiple calls to get them back out. They did eventually get the carpeting taken care of, but the tile is still chipped.

They are really good. I was very pleased with their work. They did the job quickly. They are knowledgeable and detailed. I would recommend them to anyone who needed the work.

Everything was an A+ except showing up on time. The workers took longer lunches than I expected. I was extremely happy with their work. The owner and manager are accessible and easy to work with. If you need them you can get them in a heartbeat. I am recommending them to everybody.

It went very well. They showed us some carpeting and came out within a couple days and the installers were very professional. They called the next day to make sure I was happy with the work.

After receiving the estimate, we stopped by their store to pick the pattern for the new vinyl and schedule the work to be done. None of the vinyl in stock was the appropriate color for the bathroom. We were then shown another product called vinyl tile and was told that we could choose the vinyl tile for the same price. The pattern/color was ordered and the work scheduled. The work was done in a couple of hours as scheduled. Plus, they even took for disposal some extra vinyl that was left when the house was built that we no longer needed.

Tim and Adam did a fine job removing old carpet and installing new carpet. They cleaned up completely before they left.

They were good. Arrived on time, did the work they said they would to my satisfaction. Cleaned up after themselves.

Initially there were problems in scheduling. A worker removed the old carpeting, then left for the day (Friday), explaining that he had to complete another job first and did not know if he'd be back that day. When it was apparent that he would not return, we called the company. They assured us they would have a crew out the next day (Saturday). Two workers arrived on Saturday and knocked the job out in a day, much to our satisfaction. Despite the bumpy start, we would recommend this company, as the quality of work was good and they did immediately address our scheduling concerns.

In the end, I had to remind them to do this which they did with no problem. What was suppose to be a two day job, took two weeks. The man that was doing the work did good quality work and was responsive. The tile work around the tub was a little complicated and there were a lot of chances for the job to go wrong but, I was very happy with the final work. It was a little inconvenient that it took two weeks but, it wasn't a big deal. The job ended up being a good quality job which is what I was mostly concerned with. I would go back to them again.

Everyone was on time and professional from initial bid process through installation. They did a beautiful job and we thought their prices were fair.

They came on Monday and removed the old floors. They called later that day and said they weren't going to come back until Wednesday, because they needed to let the floors air out before laying the new floors. I requested that they come on Tuesday in order for the job to be done in the promised 4 day time period. I agreed to sign their waiver releasing them from any warranty on floor. They laid the floors Tuesday. Was told that they were going to come on Wed to sand and stain. Wed at noon I called because no one came. I called and spoke to JP who was very rude. He said no one was coming back until Friday. I told him that was not acceptable and someone needed to come to my house to finish the job as promised. This prompted my husband to call. He got them to come on Thurs to sand and stain. They came Friday to polyurethane. The next Tues they were to finish job. No one showed up Tuesday. I called and they agreed to come Wednesday (9 days from start of 4 day project) and finished.

Greg, General Mgr, came to give us an estimate on taking up carpet in our living room and hall and installing hardwood flooring. He was on time and very polite and knowledgeable. He was very patient in explaining about all kinds of woods and answered all our questions. We went to the showroom, where everyone was very helpful and chose our Red Oak Natural hardwood floor. We were very lucky, they had a date open the next week. Joey was our installer. Request Joey. He installed the flooring and baseboards (also painted the baseboard) with the skill of a seasoned cabinetmaker. I cannot tell you how happy we are with the results. They promised they would be finished in two days. Joey stayed until 6:30 pm day 2 to make sure. I will be using Floors-R-Us again. You should too !! Thanks, Greg and Joey for a job well done. The installers were courteous and efficient. The job was completed in one day. We're very happy with the results. The only problem we had with the company was that they gave us no advance notice that they were coming to do the installation. They called to let us know when they were on the way to our home. I had to leave work to come home to remove all of the items in our wall unit and hutch so that they could move the furniture. Apparently someone dropped the ball in their scheduling department.

I was given a quote for installation and materials from Brent during our initial meeting. I obtained quotes from 4 other reputable sources and decided to go with this contractor due to their flexibility and affordable labor costs. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that they were willing to work with me even if I decided to obtain the materials myself, charging only labor costs in that instance. I did shop for alternative materials but decided to purchase via the contractor as their mfg. reps were willing to work with us on material costs. I also requested some repairs to a hardwood floor that was installed 5 years previously in another room and Brent was able to include this small repair job at no extra cost. I thought this was especially thoughtful since I did not request this as a prerequisite for obtaining my business. The installation of the first three rooms were trouble-free and the only obstacle was in obtaining the custom wood for the fourth room due to supplier issues.

The overall experience with this company was one of no frustration in communication, reliability, and quality of work. No complaints. If you want work done in a timely manner, call them! Keep up the good work!

Excellent work. My 2 bathrooms had linoleum that was just starting to show it's age. Floors-R-Us did a great job, they took out the linoleum (most companies would just put the tile over it!) which took over 2 hours! They took out both toilets and put in the ceramic tile. They replaced the toilets with new seals. Excellent work! Both floors are beautifully done. I have laminated wood in my living room and one of the baths butts up to the living room. They put in a wood t-strip and it didn't look right. They took it out and came back the next day with another strip and worked on it some more. Now it looks great. I am very pleased with the whole experience.

I spoke to a salesperson several times about the wood products I wanted installed in my house. They finally scheduled someone to come out and measure and write up an estimate. They showed up on time and the person was in my house for about five minutes. Wrote some numbers down and left. Never heard from them about follow up. I called and asked about numbers and they told me that they would follow up by the end of the day. No follow up...glad I went with someone else.

Sales service was good with certain salesman. Brent was the most reliable and knowledgeable. Tile demo was messy, alto of dust. The demo crew worked very hard and got it done early. We initially chose a wood that had to be back ordered, we waited 2 months, but, the order never got filled from the manufacturer. If we knew it would take that long, we would not have waited and picked something else sooner. When we did pick another wood, Brent had it delivered to our house within days. The installation team looked young and inexperienced, but the three installers proved us wrong. They worked extremely hard, treated our home with care, were courteous, polite and very professional. The finished product was astounding, the detail was superb. We could not have been more pleased.

That was where the great first impression went right into the toilet! Was told I was the first job of the day, they begin at 8:00am. Would be at my home around 9:00. By 10:15, no one & no call. I called, was told the workers were unloading their truck, were in line to load & get to the job. 11:00, no one & no call. I call again, was told the workers were still in line to load! If this was a problem, I could reschedule! I told them to just get there & do the job I was promised. 12:00 still no one. I called again, was told the workers now had trouble with their vehicle! Was told they would be there within half hour, 15 minutes later, I get a call from the installer on how to get to my house! They didn't have the directions! Showed up at 12:45, they did get the job done, 2 square rooms, nothing fancy. Came to me to sign off on the job, I looked in the master, the floor covered in scraps. Asked if they were going to clean up, he sighed & said if they had to they would! UNBELIEVABLE!

They did what they said and in the time given. Good choice and good service.

They were punctual, came out the next day to measure, and installed it the next week. They were very neat and worked very quickly.

JB and Greg both did everything they promised. Greg showed up on time as he promised, and was very professional and customer focused. Chris, the installer, was very friendly and competent. The company worked with me on a reasonable price and offered a quality carpet and padding. This company did the best job of any carpet company I have ever worked with and I will be a customer again and again. I will definitely let people I come in contact with know about their quality work and products.

The finished work looks beautiful. The installer was extremely knowledgable, professional and dedicated. The work was done fast and despite an uneven area in the kitchen, he took a long time and great care to make the tile completely smooth and even. The initally quoted price was low compared to other companies, and we suggested they re-evaluated the work before a written agreement. The company representative declined and the day of installation, they realized the amount quoted was lower than it should be. Despite this finding, the company honor their written agreement and did not cancel of request any additional payment (we just had to provide the sealant which they applied). We would definitely use them again if we have another home project.

Don was on time, polite and did a very good job.
