Overall, it went well. I was happy with the installation. Scheduling was a problem at first. They promised me one person when I called. On the day of the installation, they said that that person wouldn't be available. When you're told something like that, that's who you want. I put off the installation for a week. Everything turned out fine.

Arrived on time. Moved frig. Very professional, courteous, and neat. Kitchen floor looks like new.

They did a great job. It was a good price, good service, and I was happy with the job.

I have used them twice in the past. The people who came out to do the installation were timely and did a good job, they did it quickly, and I was very pleased.

We were very happy with the outcome. They couldn't get our first choice of tile but we found a good second choice and went with that. The salesperson was helpful and patient, this was the first time we had shopped for new flooring. The installers were very detailed oriented, especially the tile guy, he was a master at his craft and it shows in the work he did. The wood installers did a fine job, too, demolition and leveling on day one and laying the wood on day two.

They were very friendly, very nice, and very professional. The quality of their work was great and they seemed to make it just perfect. They did some other work around the house that needed fixing free of charge to me. It was work that another distributor had messed up.

When I hired the company, the salesman assured me that they would work on one room at a time so that I wouldn't be overwhelmed with putting back furniture and other items. However, they did not follow through on this promise. The installer, Joey, argued with me when I brought this to his attention. I also paid extra for felt pad protectors, but I had to remind the installer to provide them even though this was on the invoice. They damaged the bottoms of all my door jams which means they will have to be reprimed and repainted. The trim has been cut improperly in certain places, as well. At the end of the job, Joey remarked that he felt his son was more important as he was in a rush to pick him up. I would not hire this company again if Joey is one of the workmen.

Rick and his team of installers were outstanding. They worked under very tight time constraints, and made sure that every detail was taken care of in the installation. They went above and beyond to make sure that everything was done to our complete satisfaction. The wood floors and baseboard are beautiful, and you can tell the installation was done with great care. The carpet looks great, very tight installation with smooth transitions to the wood floors. Overall, I thought they did a great job and would recommend them without hesitation.

It went perfectly. Greg Carr significantly beat the other two bids we had sought and was professional, considerate and accommodating, and his crew did excellent work. My wife and her sister bought part of the flooring as a present for her mother and Greg was great about dealing with us over the phone and with my mother-in-law and her husband in person. Greg said that before he got to Florida his mother had been taken advantage of by service providers and he vowed to make sure his company always treated older folks right. My father-in-law was in construction and is an absolute stickler for doing work perfectly and he was completely satisfied. My mother-in-law remains thrilled with the result. Indeed, my wife's other sister, who also lives in the Tampa area, may have the company do over her floors. We would highly recommend Floor Depot to anyone.

The crew members ( one man, Rick and one woman) showed up as per scheduled. After talking about installing the laminate flooring they went about doing the job in a very professional manner. After ripping out the old carpeting they found a dampness problem. The addition of concrete moiture emission sealer added $905 to the bill.The job was completed over three days Rick and his partner did a wonderful job and my house looks so much better.

The 2 man crew called ahead and then showed up as scheduled. We talked about the detail particulars of the job, and they went to work. They carpeted a portion of an interior raised concrete slab and installed new tack strips and a transition trim strip to an entry way portion of the floor covered with stick down tiles. The guys asked me for input anytime that they had a question, due to the unsettled portions of my overall installation. Other than that, they went about their business professionally until completed. They ran the vacuum over the new carpet, checked with me if I wanted to keep the excess padding and/or carpet, and helped re-position furniture once the install was complete. I was happy to serve a coffee and a water to the crew, and one used the bathroom. The only issue was that I was not made aware at the time that I ordered the install that there were different colors of trim strips available. If I had known that, I would have requested 18' of bronze color trim strip. The crew only had silver trim with them, and based upon their comments, they were fortunate to have enough of the stuff for my job. It looks good, but bronze would have been perfect. Those details were not brought up at the time of order, so that is the reason for the FAIR grade for Quality. The install crew rates excellent for Quality.

We had major water damage to a large area of an oak parquet floor in the dining room and hallway. We considered having the damaged portions replaced, but there would be a big color difference between the parquet that was at least 15 years old and new material. We decided instead to replace the entire floor with glued down plank flooring. We obtained several quotes and were told by other companies that they would not need to remove the old glue, but we felt that this needed to be done to provide a smooth, solid base for new glue. The two men from Floor Depot removed all the old parquet flooring and hand scraped every bit of the old glue off the terrazzo floor which took an extra day in the installation process. They completely removed all the debris of the old floor. They also replaced all the quarter round trim and the reducers between seven doorways. It took three days to complete the job. The installers arrived on time every day and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of the day. They were very professional, polite and easy to work with and did an excellent job. We would recommend them highly.

Their selection of cork flooring is very limited so I did not seriously consider them.

They did an excellent job. They were working within a very tight time frame. They accomplished a huge amount of work in a very short time frame. I had to have them come out to fix a problem that was not any fault of their own. They were here within hours.

I was given a quote of $200 to remove and replace 4 tiles in my eat in area in my kitchen. The appointment was scheduled for 6/19 and I called to cancell (1-2 days ahead) until I could talk to them about differeint replacement tile. I went in and consulted with them about what to do about the tile I had selected that was slightly smaller than the original. It was decided that the grout lines would just have to be bigger. I was unable to reschedule the work until 7/6 "because Frank had a big job" and would not be available until then. I received an appointment card with the date and time on it. When Frank had not arrived within 1 hour of the appointment time, I called Floors R us and was told that they had no record of my having rescheduled. They could remember that I had cancelled and had been in to see them but not that we had rescheduled the work. We rescheduled for 7/10 at 0900 and when Frank had not arrived by 0930 I called and was told that he was on his way and he did arrive by 0945. He did the work well. Together we decided only to replace 3 of the 4 tile. I asked if the price would be reduced because less work was done. Frank said he would talk to management and let me know. I went into the office the next day to pay the bill and was told that $200 was the minimum charge that they would accept for coming out to the house to do any work. I voiced my displeasure, They asked what would make me happy, I stated that a $50 reduction in the charge would make me happy and they said that would mean that it came out of Frank's pay. We could not reach an agreement.

They were responsive and got back to me whenever I called them. They were also professional and punctual. Their pricing was very reasonable. The quality of their work was very good and I was satisfied with their service.

Floors-R-Us are pretty responsive. They first gave me an estimate over the phone. They then came to my house and gave me a written estimate. It didn't cost me anything to have the come and give me the estimate. The person that came to my home was very good. They would be my first choice if we decide to do the work.

We were not home when they did it. They just handled it. They did the work, cleaned everything up, and then left. I didn't have to watch them. They did more than what they even promised. I left the check on the table. We were moving at the time, and before we knew it they were done. They got the job done quicker than promised. They were there at the time they said they would be. They quoted me the best price. They were there the next day. Everyone else wanted to wait a week to even start. I am going to use them in the future for a carpet job.

Brent arrived as scheduled and after we discussed options, he suggested we sand the floors first to see the scratch could be minimalized or removed so a new floor would not be required. We set the schedule. Rick, Jeff and Danielle were there on time, very pleasant and efficient. Rick asked me to stay while he worked on the scratch and it appeared we wouldn't have to refloor the house. That was a great relief and a big savings. They worked quickly and after the next 3 days I had beautiful [lighter as expected with the old finish removed] polished floors. About 5 small blisters where the laminated wood partly detached developed and Rick is fixing them Tuesday. All with a smile. I HIGHLY recommend Floors R Us. They were ALL great to work with.

Good experience from time we entered the store until job done. The hardwood floor installers have many years working for company. This was important along with not using subcontractors. Was referred by neighbor who was satisfied. Also offered 12 month same as cash option. Good customer service and responsive.

We bought hardwood flooring for the whole house. They were very good and had great quality. I would use them again.

The bumpy unfinished floors were a problem, so it required more days of work and additional base coat...My cost rose but very reasonably! These guys are great workers and polite to boot. I am very pleased with the results. I would surely hire this company again.

Overall I am very satisfied with the work. From the salesmanship, to the estimates, to the installation and workmanship, Floors-R-Us continues to show it's customers the standards that it maintains throughout the entire contract it takes on from start to finish. No doubt we've already decided to use them on another project. In essence they're our go to guys on any other flooring projects that we will need and of course that any of our friends may also need. The experience was generally positive, although it took them longer than they thought it would take, and that's understandable. They had to level my floor too and they just seemed to know what they were doing. It was unusual for me to find a single company that does all 3 of these things. You can find a company that can do refinishing or do the wood floors, but hard to find someone doing all the 3. The one problem was that they didn't quite fix the tiles in the bathroom. I deducted $50 from the final payment, and they came in the very next day to fix it.
