Charlie's Wells Irrigation

He showed up when promised, on a last minute call on Saturday morning, got it done in less than an hour, and charged a fair price. Cant ask for anything else, he will be my go to on all things sprinkler/

He looked at my system and said the pipes were broken in several areas and the whole thing needed replaced due to unusual pipes used and totally corroded. Not his fault I had crappy pipes. I did not opt to replace the whole system. I will in the future but not with this company.

Was there when he said he would be. Made adjustments as requested. Told me what was wrong with sprinklers and I requested he repair the problems for extra charge.

He did not know at all about the coupon I had from Angie's list. Shouldn't the company have told him! He left 10 minutes ago and the sprinklers came on. I told him to check the timer. He changed the times because 2 zones had the same time. Why did the sprinklers come on? I called the company. I will NOT use them again

John did a wonderful job, was prompt and clean at the work he did. Planning on using them to replace to other four zones to complete my overhaul on the system. Highly recommend!!!!

All went well, but I forgot to have the tech check the settings on the other optional programs that I had reset causing the system not cut off at the end of cycling on "c" program. I called Diana , explained (my bad ) concern and she said she could have Charlie stop by to check the settings. He explained about stacking program and when one finishes another one could start. They came out on Saturday and Charlie check the timer out and tested and it was set fine. As usual Charlie's team, did a super job and I am completely happy to find a company that takes care of their customers. I would gladly recommend them.

Charlie's Wells Irrigation were good at coming out to my property and giving a good estimate on the cost. After completing the job no one explained to me how the system worked. They left my property with trash including significant amount of papers against my fence area. My landscaper noticed they did not install the rain sensor and or the drip line that I had requested. The sprinkler did not cover the entire area as planned. There was no zone cover placed. I phoned the owner of the company, an employee was able to come out and clean up the issues that the former employees had left. I was very disappointed with this company.

When they first arrived they advised that the repair would take a good amount of time. However about an hour later they were gone. We were concerned about what was going on given the original prognosis but once they got started, their technician discovered it was a more timely fix and they worked incredibly fast. All of our issues were resolved. This was particularly impressive the speed at which they worked given the expectation that had been set. We have remodeled the entire house the done extensive contractor work over the past 5 years. This is only the second time we've had someone just wrap up when they could finish ahead of schedule saving us money. We will absolutely hire them again.

They showed up as agreed too and started to work without delay. My irrigation pump was turning on and off about every two minutes. They found a leaking value to one of the zones and rebuilt that valve. They waited to ensure the pump had stopped cycling and ran the zone with the leak to ensure that completed the fix - it did. I would use them again if any other come up with my irrigation system.

The service technicians had the experience and ability to troubleshoot the system within the first 3 mins of their arrival. Immediately knew the problem which ended up to be the correct diagnosis. Explained the problem and the solution to me and also had the necessary parts to complete the repair within 30 mins. No BS?ing around unlike previous company that I called. Explained that I only needed the check valve vice a check valve and footer valve that the previous company would have wanted order and replace.

I have used them twice and they are a fantastic company. They are punctual, very fair on price, efficient and very knowledgeable. Both times were related to our sprinkler system. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needed that kind of expertise. I would use them again.

They arrived early - did the necessary trouble shooting of our sprinkler system. Replaced faulty parts, fine tuned the rest. Helped reset our Rain Bird box/controller to provide better water coverage of our property.

I had hired someone to move a palm from a location in front of the house. The guy busted my house water line. After scrambling to turn off the water main from the street I called Charlie's Wells in panic mode. Charlie came with a worker of his no later than an hour in. And he fixed all my sprinklers issues during the visit. As for the bursted water line it was fixed in 20 minutes with a click-pipe that seems stronger than the original

When I called to make an appointment - they were able to set a date and time. They confirmed the day before date of service, they called an hour prior to showing up. Upon showing up - they listened to my concerns and needs, they fixed it. The service guy worked with on setting the timer for Sunday watering. They wrote up the ticket and I paid. Here's an added special service that knocked my socks off: This morning I went on line to see the new watering schedules for the City of St Pete. I found that I am only able to water on Wednesdays - and I had asked the guy to set it on Sunday. I don't know a thing about setting the timer - so I called the office to ask if they could come back out and re-set the timer. The office staff said they could walk me through resetting the controls - and they did - didn't have to have anyone come back - and I AM ONE SATISFIED CUSTOMER.. .(The only problem with that is that I forgot to give them my Angies Coupon for 15 off any work over 100. No worries.)

the pop ups were changed and Adam seemed knowledgeable. I was told I would be called back about adding a couple well points. Never received a call.

Charlie and his team did an amazing job with our backyard sprinkler system. His team installed two new zones: one for all the flower beds and one for the lawn. They were on-time for both the estimate and the actual job and completed the job in the amount of time and within the cost that were estimated. We couldn't be happer and plan to use them for additional irrigation work in our front yard.

Did a great job figuring out what the problem was and then fixed it quickly.

They were prompt in providing an estimate to do the work and understood what we wanted done. The work was done in a timely manner and they were very careful to cause only minimal disturbance to the lawn. Charlie also gave us good instructions on the operation of the timer and the adjustment of the heads. It has been operating for a month now with no problems.

This company was rated B and I usually only use A companies. Ive used them in the past though, and was satisfied. I requested that the owner come out, however he was unable to make it. The sent out John instead and I had an excellent experience. He explained everything in great detail and showed me everything that needed to be replaced and why. John suggested that I needed deeper, longer sprayers that came out from the ground higher. He also found may leaks in my 10 year old system. They got everything done in a matter of a couple of hours. I found the price to be quite reasonable. He didn't charge me for small parts and applied a $15 coupon.

Technician arrived as scheduled, working approximately 45 minutes start to finish. Painless, except for writing the check. Labor and service call $90, but I was able to use an Angies list coupon for $15.00 off.

I had made an appointment with them at 8:30am and left my house at 8:45am; they never showed up. I called and the person on the phone told me that THEY DID ARRIVED AND NOBODY ANSWER THE PHONE OR THE DOOR which is a lie since its now 9:51am and my wife is still waiting for them to show up. Nobody called the phone and nobody showed at my doorstep. She called the technician in the field to confirm and the technician told her they showed up at 8:50 and "that i missed them". PUNCTUALITY and SERVICE is the key-word here. 1. If the customer calls you to find out why you didnt show; instead of trying to prove him wrong ask WHY is he calling.... 2. If you are ALREADY LATE... dont look for excuses to justify your bad-service; apologize and try to amend your mistake.

John arrived as scheduled and immediately located a break in one of the pipes connecting our irrigation well to the pump (which was the cause of our problem with the pump failing to pump any water from the well). He also pointed out a loose fitting and recommended replacement and tightening to maximize pump performance. He was able to give me a rough estimate of the cost (which ended up being pretty close) and completed the work immediately. He tested the irrigation system when work was complete, and went above and beyond to give me some tips on how to set and operate the system. He also offered to come back free of charge in the next 30 days if I needed any additional assistance or had any further questions. Overall, John was courteous, knowledgeable, and diligent. Thank you!
