Description of Work: THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THEY FIXED THE SYSTEM. ITS WORKING FINE NOW.

Description of Work: WE HAD A RATHER SEVERE LIGHTENING STRIKE. IT AFFECTED THE PUMP CONTROLLER FOR OUR DEEP WELL, WHICH THEY REPLACED.

Description of Work: LOWERED A STANDING SPRINKLER HEAD TO GROUND LEVEL. RAISED THE LEVEL OF SEVERAL SPRINKLER HEADS AND STRAIGHTENED THE POSITION OF SEVERAL OTHERS.

Description of Work: Three young, cheerful workers came at exactly the time I had requested, diagnosed the problem, tore off to get a needed part, and were back in 15 minutes, and the work was done, and our sprinkler system is working just fine now. They didnt even ask me to pay on the spot, but said, "Well have the office bill you." (They did tell me exactly what the price would be before they did the work, and the bill was for exactly what they said. I was very pleased with their service, attitudes, and everything else.

Description of Work: I suspect they are used toputting in shallow wells but we do not recommend them for deep wells. We think much of the trouble was from the sub who drilled the well. It works but we got no paper work and had to ask repeatedly until we finally got an owners manual for a 4-inch submersible pump. We wanted to get an extended warranty on it but have been unable to obtain a serial number. We suspect it may be a rebuilt pump

Description of Work: REPLACED CHECK VALVE, PRIMED PUMP, REPAIRED BROKEN PVC, REPLACED SOME SPRINKLER HEADS. VERY FAIR PRICE. PROBABLY HERE A LITTLE OVER 1 HOUR.

Description of Work: He did alot of extras and didnt charge for them. He even gave me some ideas to help us save money. He had to add two more wells. He helped us get the permit. When I got an estimate from another company, Charlie was almost half what the other company wanted. I would highly recomend him. I am really really pleased. I told him that we were Angies List members and I tiold him I would give him a raging recommendation. He gave us past customers for referrals.

Description of Work: They were to install a new timer in my system, but showed me it was not needed. They serviced all sprinkler heads. Their service call consists of 3 men who worked for one hour at a $35 charge plus any parts.

Description of Work: While putting in my sprinkler system, they broke through my sewage pipe. I called them and told them that I was having problems and they came out and looked and just removed the cap. When I called the plumber they found that the line coming out of the house had been shattered through duing the sprinkler installation. However, they did deduct the cost from the plumber from the cost of the job. They were very professional in ever manner. When there was a problem they DID acknowledge thwe problem and did what they could to help.

The person who answered the phone to set the appointment was very nice and knowledgeable. The person who came to my house was very honest and knowledgeable as well. I would have them again and I would recommend them.

Description of Work: CHARLIE FIXED SPRINKLER HEADS AND GAVE ME SOME EXCELLENT ADVICE ABOUT NOT DRILLING WELLS. HIS FEE WAS MUCH LESS THAN TROPICAL HOME GARDEN CHARGED FOR THE SAME WORK.
