They're prompt and show up when they say they will. They came in and did the job, they actually had to do a little extra that they found needed attention after they were here.

The guys showed up on time on the date scheduled (which was 3 days after I called to schedule service). All services were preformed within a half hour to my satisfaction. They were VERY courteous and professional.

The crew of two arrived on time, completed all needed repairs quickly and efficiently.

They installed a good timer and it had a warranty. There was one time we went to use it and it didn't work. Charlie's Wells Irrigation came out here to fix the problem and the city had turned off the water. They were very nice about their service.

They are very prompt. They did the whole job in one day. They are efficient and neat.

They set the appointment quickly, arrived on time and finished the project very timely. Pleasant and respectful. The price was reasonable. I would definitely use them again.

I called him first to do some repairs, which he came out promptly. He came back once we decided to get a new system. They came out and did a great job.

OUR SPRINKLER SYSTEM HAS 6 ZONES AND ZONE 6 WAS ALWAYS COMING ON WITH EACH OF THE OTHER ZONES, WASTING WATER. WE HAD 2 OTHER COMPANIES THAT CHARGED FOR ''REPAIRS'' WHICH WEREN'T EFFECTIVE. CHARLIE AND AN ASSISTANT WENT RIGHT TO WORK AT THE SPRINKLER CONTROL BOX, DUG OUT TREE ROOTS, AND REPLACED THE VALVE, THEN CHECKED OVER THE ENTIRE SYSTEM TO ENSURE FULL COVERAGE. THEY WERE A FEW MINUTES LATE, BUT THEY CALLED AT THE SCHEDULED TIME TO LET ME KNOW THIS.

The lady who answered the phone was helpful and gave me a date when someone would be there. I had been having problems with someone else not showing up, and she assured me I would not have that problem with them. She was right! Plus, the man who came, discovered that nothing much was really wrong with my system, just a few things needed to be replaced. Their staff was all very knowledgeable and efficient. I would definitely call them again.

They were the top in everything. They were just excellent. I would highly recommend them.

Prompt, quick service. Very pleasant phone receptionist. It was extremely unusual that they did not require payment until they mailed an invoice. It was a pleasure to work with this company.

After having some initial problems finding someone to come take a look at our problem, we were thrilled with the quick response we got from Charlie's Wells. A serviceman named Darryl came and arrived on time. He was very courteous and spent considerable time with my husband and me analyzing the problem and offering suggestions on how to fix it. He even pointed out additional ways to fix the way the water drained from our house. However, after promising to call with an estimate, we never heard back from him. We called the company several more times for an estimate and no one returned our calls. We finally had to give up on the project for a while. Even if it were a job that the company could not handle, we would have at least appreciated a return phone call.

We had Charlie's Wells cap off sprinkler lines to our backyard in preparation for a construction of a new swimming pool. They were very courteous and professional, on time. Highly recommended!

They arrived when they were supposed to and services a Lawn Irrigation system that had been without service for three years. They had to be recalled to fix one sprinkler that was not working properly, and re-aim one Sprinkler that was hitting the siding of the house. Their price is very good for maintenance work but only average for their bid for the new work. New work was $400 for moving four heads and placing five new Heads on the same line.

Excellent experience. The workman was courteous, knowledgeable and pleasant. He had the proper diagnostic tools and obviously knew what he was doing. Charlie's Wells will be my lawn irrigation service of choice for future needs!

He repaired the pipes, and added additional sprinkler heads for my new garden. Most areas were not covered before he arrived, but when he left the new garden was totally covered. He also inspected the rest of my system and found a link that had been there for years resulting in poor pressure to the back. Several previous repairmen from other companies failed to find it. It was clear he was a seasoned veteran of lawn irrigation, and was very personable as well.

I called Diane to get a credit for the $50.00, she argued got upset with me and told me to F*ck off! Because I said I would not pay the bill. I ended up hanging up the phone after her vulgar language. It is not right to charge a customer and not inform them before hand of their policy. It was not right for her to yell, argue and say bad language to a potential customer and be treated that way. She was very unprofessional. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. NO ONE should be treated like I was over the phone.

Crew worked very hard to diagnose and correct the problem. Work was thorough and efficient. Was treated courteously when scheduling the appointment by phone. Would use this company again.

The company showed up on time and installed sprinkler system with 6 zones. The whole crew was professional, and their work was very neat. Charlie himself was there and answered all my questions. He gave me a discount for being a member of Angie's List.

Fixed several sprinkler heads and adjusted others. They also helped fix the programming which wasn't set right. Very nice people and will use them again.

Thank you Angie's List!! I had almost lost faith in service providers and along comes Charlie! They were great. They arrived on time, worked very quickly, and were very competent and knowledgeable. They were careful with my plants and left my yard immaculate! They did not miss one blade of grass for watering. Everyone was wonderful! The receptionist listened, returned my calls, and she was extremely pleasant. Talk about old fashioned customer service, wow!!! I cannot get over how smoothly everything went! As long as Charlie is in business, he will ALWAYS have us as a customer!! Thank you Charlie and staff!!!!

The two gentlemen who came to my house were very courteous and worked fast. Diana at the office was nice until she knew the bill had been padded with unneeded parts. She told me to deduct the parts from the bill and send a check for the rest. Then she told me to find another irrigation company to work with and then abruptly hung up the phone.

THEY RESPONDED TO ME RIGHT AWAY. THEY DIDN'T PUT ME OFF. THEY CAME THE NEXT DAY WHEN I CALLED. THEY WERE POLITE. THEY DIDN'T MIND ME HANGING AROUND ASKING QUESTIONS, AND THEY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING.

They were extremely professional and courteous. The work was very well done.
