Charlie's Wells Irrigation

I called on Monday desperate to get someone out to look at our sprinklers since we could no longer get them to work automatically and new sod was going to be installed on Wednesday. They put us on the schedule for Tuesday. My husband and I did dig up the old wire and put new wire down. Steve came out and was very nice. He re-spliced wires together at the valves and timer. Checked all our sprinkler heads and changed out one nozzle.

When they came out to cap the system they were not every good. When I called to have them come back out I talked with the owner and they have since taken action against the person that came out originally. When they came out to fix the zones they did a great job as well as a few other things that I didn't ask them to do. They made up for the first visit with the second. I will definitely use this company again.

Two men came out and after looking it over, made the decision that it would be more work to try to find the leak in the old pipe going into the lake, than to put in a new pipe. They installed a new pipe in a different location and gave me a floating duck so I would always be able to locate it in the water. They did a few modifications to the pipes around the motor and installed all new sprinkler heads. It only took them about 2 1/2 hours and now everything works better than it ever did before. I was very happy with their work and the outcome, however I thought the price was a little high.

CHARLIE SHOWED UP WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD HAD A GREAT ATTITUDE. HE WAS HERE TWICE AND WAS A VERY NICE GUY.

The worker represents the entire company and he told me that because of me he almost lost his job. He was intimidating and had a bullying attitude.

Great- they got out the next possible day, fixed everything, the price seemed reasonable in light of all of the problems. They were in and out of the yard in 2 hours.

I got this recommendation from Angie's List. They came out to take a look at this job. They found the problem quickly! They also helped to fix a problem with my sprinkler heads! They were only at my house for about 1 hour! I was very happy with their response time. They had three guys out and they were all professional. They worked as a team and knew exactly what they were doing. The bottom line is I was impressed.

They came and gave us an estimate within the week we called, then they were able to do the job the following week. On time, clean & neat job.

Charlie's arrived on time with four men. Checked all four stations, determined control panel was bad, replaced panel, changed several bad sprinkler heads, adjusted sprinkler head to fit area, dug a 30 foot trench to bury backflush pipe from pool and set the drain on the edge of the driveway. They also took an existing pipe from the water purifier and extended it to drain on the edge of the driveway (great initiative). They completed work swiftly. Great job.

Everything went well. They were on time and completed work efficiently.

The company and crew surpassed all the hopes and goals I had desired. My property was suffering badly, due to the old hacked together irrigation system. They calibrated all spray zones and came back to add sprayers as they promised.

The phone was answered promptly and the appointment was scheduled within a couple of days. The technician arrived within the window of time that I was given and the problem was taken care of the same day. Excellent Service "with a smile". I will use them again.

I called them for an estimate, I spoke to Diana, she was very friendly and polite and scheduled me in, Charlie himself the owner came out, arrived on time and was professional and friendly. On his first visit for the estimate he noticed two leaky outdoor spigots, he replaced and fixed them without me even having to ask him, and he didn't even charge me for it, and all this was before I had given the approval for the work to be done, now that's what I call great service. I gave him the go ahead for the work to be done, they came out and finished all 8 zones in one day, made sure all the spray heads were positioned properly, did a walk through with me to make sure I was happy with everything. He explained how to work the system controls since it's my first sprinkler system. The whole crew about six or seven were hard working and cleaned up after themselves. I had a lot of existing plants on site, they were very careful not to damage any of them. It was great doing business with them.

Charlie is the best. He was on time, fixed all the issues and had the system running in half a day. Very happy with his professionalism and work ethic.

They did a bad job. They tried to tell me the meter was broken but it was not. They argued with me. The meter was working just fine. I did not ask them to look at the meter. They wanted to sell me a new meter that I didn't need. They started to bill me for the visits I didn't need until they messed with the meter.

People were nice and office staff was pleasant.

Repairmen came on time, diagnosed problems, suggested needed repairs, and gave me an estimate. Work was performed quickly. When invoice arrived in the mail, it was $10.00 less than estimate.

Excellent tells the story. He was very knowledgable, and was happy to tell me why he was doing things as he did the work.

Excellent. In my opinion, you cannot go wrong with this company. This is the second time I have used them. Phones are actually answered by a pleasant, courteous person. Appointment made immediately. Chas called me at work to let me know he was on the way to my home. He was already checking some basic things when I arrived. He was extremely courteous and professional. Work was completed in less than an hour. Charged me less than I expected. I will definitely call this company for my future irrigation needs.

They were great. I called to set up the appointment, someone answered the phone. There was no leaving messages. They set up the appointment right then within a reasonable time. I think it was one week. They came exactly when they said they would, no window to wait around for. I had actually called to just get an estimate. The guys that came were very friendly and knowledgeable. They gave me the estimate, and I said that I wanted to go ahead and schedule an appointment to have the work done. They said they could do it right then! They finished the job in about an 1-1/2. It was perfect!

They showed up on time. The first person who came out to install the pump explained to me that the incorrect pump had been installed and so it only lasted for one year (by a different company). I then showed him around the system. There was a problem due to the original incorrect pump, so they also installed a few new sprinkler heads because of a change in water pressure.

The company was very good providing timely scheduling, arriving on time, completing the job well and at a fair price.

They were punctual. They fixed the problem. They have come to fix a broken pipe and they fixed it promptly.

They arrived on time and went right to work. Had all the tools necessary. Very professional.
