Expensive.

Without hesitation, I highly recommend Exceptional Exterior Improvements. The job became far more complicated, more equipment was required and far more man hours needed. Without complaint, Exceptional Exterior did what was required to complete the job beautifully. Their integrity is outstanding!

Great Job, fast and easy to set up an appointment. Chris and his crew memeber were here on time. Fast and clean removal of the sidewalk poured the new sidewalk and smoothed it out caame back next dy to remove the forms and replant the sod that was removed.

For this job we needed a broken sidewalk removed - we didn't plan to replace it. They showed up on time, were polite and did just what they said they would do. I would hire them again.

Couldn't have been more pleased with the job done by Chris and his employees. I was pressed for time (family visit) and needed it done quickly. Chris got me on his schedule,(Even got it done earlier than expected) showed up on time, answered and returned calls, came back to seal the driveway when he said he would, cleaned up the work area. Polite, professional and courteous. Respectful of my time and my money. Not once was there any "surprise" charges to the estimate he gave me. I've had many of my neighbors swing by and compliment me on the work. AAA+++. Simply couldn't ask for a more professional team. Thanks to Chris for a job well done. Great experience and quality work! I met with Chris Arellano the owner based on the reviews that I had read on Home Advisor and he did not dissapoint. He and his crew offered outstanding customer service and the work was done on time and exceeded my expectations. I struggled with an old downspout that was not buried and they did that too without me asking. It was a nice surprise. Very happy!

Across the board, everyone I worked with was exceptional. From scheduling the work to the workers who came to my house, everyone was willing to take the time to answer my questions and let me know what was happening. I would highly recommend Exceptional Exterior Improvements and Driveways for all your concrete work. They were able to demo my front walk and stoop and pour new concrete, complete with rebar mats in one day. The work looks great.

Chris is very personable. He and his team were always on time and they work quite well together. They got my driveway done in record time and the cleanup was great as well. I am very happy with all of work they did as well as a couple of other little projects that they went out of their way to do fo me. Chris and his work crew met and exceeded all of our expectations. From the initial bid proposal for the drive way and sidewalk work to the site clean up, everything was conducted in a professional manner. The tear out of the existing old concrete was accomplished very quickly. Despite having to schedule the work around inclement weather they worked the required hours necessary to get it done. Chris also came by personally two times after hours to ensure the accomplished concrete work was protected and sealed from the changing weather. Based on our experience, I would recommend this company without hesitation..
