The concrete is not a great quality

They did a good job. Good price. Happy with my patio.

I definitely recommend this company! Locally owned and Chris was Fantastic! I really enjoyed his eagerness and willingness to work WITH us every step of the way. He really wanted to make sure we got the product WE wanted, not just another job to get done. I appreciate his communication and understanding of the job. His crew came and labored the first day and poured the next and we LOVED the product and felt the pricing was extremely fair and reasonable. However, do make sure you have your plans in order for your irrigation and drainage, as we did not. Totally our bad though. We definitely plan on having him do our future products!

Came early in the morning and I had a new concrete patio by the end of the day.

Well done. Clean up was unacceptable to my wife and a option within the job that was recommended and I accepted was not completed.

Homeowners Beware! I have completed multiple remodels/upgrades to my home over the past 5 years, and have always had something positive to say about the experience/work completed by these contractors. However, I recently hired an Exceptional Concrete Company, owned by Chris Arellano (Not BBB Accredited), and cannot find one positive thing to say about the interactions with the owner or the work they performed. It has been 3 months since the concrete was poured, and here are some of the issues the owner refused to fix/complete. Note: All quotes below taken directly from text messages; apparently he would not say them during face to face interaction.1- Concreted two 2x4s into the concrete slab. Refused to fix. 2- Multiple gaps in sidewalk and slab. Said it was not a structural issue, and he would have to unnecessarily fix. Commented that the gaps will be covered by dirt anyways. Refused to fix all. 3- The retaining wall is crooked and offset. Stacked two 2x4s (vs. single 2x8) for an 8 inch high wall. Refused to fix. 4- Tossed concrete/water mix waste and sludge across my lawn. Refused to clean up. 5- Left dozens of metal stakes and multiple 2x4s with exposed nails on the property for 2 weeks; endangering children, pets, and personal property. Had to have hauled away. 6- It did not match the existing concrete color/type as promised. Cannot fix without complete tear-out. After asking multiple times if he was going to fix these issues, the owner stated *I hate dealing with homeowners* and walked off my property; reinforcing that he is not a man of his word. Based on all these issues, it is my opinion this company and owner seriously lack competency, skill, work ethic, professionalism, and respect for myself and my property. When I mentioned that he will be reviewed accordingly, he threatened. I will take legal action if that occurs share this in the hope this experience does not happen to you, helps your research, and allows you to please choose wisely.

Chris was attentive to our requests . He kept in touch with us during the project since we were out of town. The workers were professional. Our new driveway came out very well.

This company is very reliable and on time. Very nice to work with, great people and hard working professionals.

Chris was quick to respond to my inquiry. Emailed me a detailed estimate that matched what we talked about. His crew constructed the forms, poured the cement, and cleaned up after themselves all in one day. The end result is beautiful and I couldn't be happier!!!

They showed up when they said they would. They have affordable prices, work around your schedule, they do quality work, and very professional.

Everything was great except for the weather. Chris was very cautious and didn't want rain to ruin the job. Had a number of wet days but finally got a break in the weather. Awesome job! Forms setup in a day and pour in a day. Work is awesome. Chris is a great guy. A pleasure to work with. Keeps you updated all along the way. Chris and his team did a great job and were careful with their work and paid close attention to detail to make sure our sidewalk and patio look great. Another piece beyond the work was Chris' leadership of his team. He genuinely cares for his team and made sure they not only did a great job but had the opportunity to improve and finish the job. When the concrete pump truck failed to show up due to a schedule conflict, Chris's crew wheel-barreled the concrete to the site to get the job done. I thought it was great to hear Chris ask his team how they were doing during the physically demanding wheel barrel movement. I'd highly recommend EEI for any of your concrete work.
