Bay Home Inspections was amazing in handling a quick request to get a home inspected while out of town. Report was thorough and accurate. I had several questions before and after the process and Mike was very helpful in all my requests. Would highly recommend them.

Mike did an outstanding job. He was on-time, extremely thorough, honest, and fair. I don't live in the area at the moment so I had to rely on someone else who I could trust. Mike came through for me. He was very thorough and found some items that the seller is now correcting. Some of the items I would have never thought of such as a refrigerator on a GFI circuit. He is correct in that if the GFI trips and you are away, you could lose all the contents of a refrigerator. That is just one of the items he found. I would not hesitate to use him again. Michael completed our home inspection with 4 Point and Wind Mitigation. He and his partner were efficient and extremely professional. They took their time and inspected every inch of the house before walking us through and patiently explaining the findings. The process went so well we had Michael come back to re-inspect the seller's repairs prior to closing. We highly recommend Bay Home Inspections and will be using them in the future.

They arrived early, explained in detail the whole inspection and made sure I had a full understanding of every item. I will leave you with a snippet of the email he sent me the evening of the inspection: "Thanks again for the opportunity to serve you. I know that the report isn't due for a couple of days yet, but you seemed anxious so I thought I'd stay at the office a little late tonight and knock it out for you." This sums up my experience, I wish every company could deliver this level of service.

Michael and his associate arrived on time. They first reviewed what they were going to do and allowed time for us to ask questions or point out concerns we have with the house. Michael worked the structural and exterior review while his associate worked the interior of the house. Over the course of the 3 hours they were there, they looked at every conceivable part of the house. This included doorways, windows, roof and trusses, concrete driveway and walkways, vegatation, electrical systems, walls, ceilings, a/c and heat output, vents, outlets, light switches, plumbing, water heater and the outdoor pool system. After their review, they discussed their preliminary findings and recommendations for what issues should be followed up right away. Michael indicated the inspection report would be available within 48 hours but worked that evening to have it for us the next day. The report was everything we expected and more! We will most certainly use Bay Home Inspections again and strongly recommend them for anyone requiring an inspection.

They did a very thorough review of the home and provided a comprehensive detailed report, which assisted us in making the decision to purchase the home. I hired Bay Home Inspections for a condo inspection after reading the Angie's List reviews. I arrived at the property about 10 minutes early and the main inspector was already almost done with his external inspection. The HVAC expert showed up early as well. They were very professional and thorough and explained everything in detail, answering all my questions. The report arrive via email the next day. Awesome! I will use them again.

They arrived on time and did a thorough inspection inside and out. They pointed out problems any problems they found. They also did a wind mitigation inspection and upon finding we qualified for discounts offered us a discounted report. They did this inspection free of charge and only offered it based upon the findings that qualified us for additional insurance discounts. They were honest, helpful, and I felt very comfortable with their work. They have offered help as needed and I feel they care about the outcome of our buying experience. I highly recommend them! This service was performed at the villa to be purchased.

The Bender's arrived on time and began the inspection promptly. At the conclusion of the inspection, findings were reviewed with us on site. In a few hours we were emailed a URL to a beautifully constructed document which included all pertinent photos and commentary. Found this company to be professional, easy to schedule, prompt with both the arrival and delivery of the report. Will definitely use them again and will happily recommend to friends and family.

Michael and Jennifer were fantastic. The arrived early and stayed later than they planned. They were thorough in every area. I was especially pleased at the amount of time and energy that were spent in the attic and crawlspace of the home. Before they left, Michael covered every item noted with us in person so he could explain. He was obviously very knowledgeable but also down to earth about what issues were something to worry about and what issues were just maintenance notes. We're in a rush purchase situation so Michael worked on Saturday to make sure we got our report as soon as we needed it. I've used a lot of home inspectors over the years, but I've never been more pleased than with Bay Home Inspections.

I found Bay Home Inspections, LLC through Angie's list and all the reviews were very positive, so we hired them for a buyers home inspection. Michael and Jennifer were both very professional and very thorough. They have tons of experience and were very knowledgeable. Michael went though the outside while Jennifer went through the inside. During the process they tested and checked everything both inside and outside. They also took pictures throughout the entire process. Once they were done they took the time to walk me and my husband through their findings. Luckily the house had no big issues but they did point out small maintenance issues to touch up to prevent any damage from occurring in the future, things we should make sure to stay on contract with and maintain, and provided tips on how to go about the small fix ups and maintenance. They sent over the detailed report very timely, within an hour of completing the inspection. The report detailed out what we were shown during the walk through and provided pictures and explanations. Michael also said if we need anything to feel free to reach out and use him as a resource in the future. My husband and I had a great experience with Bay Home Inspections. I would definitely use them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone in need of a home inspection.

I have been in my house for 15 years and wanted to get a home inspection as if I was preparing to purchase this house so I could find any issues that needed to be addressed as standard maintenance of my house as it ages. Michael and Jennifer came and completed an inspection quickly. They were very through and talked me through all of my findings including what they would recommend I do to fix some items. They were very nice and professional in the process and I was very pleased with the review and the results. I had my formal report in my mailbox the same day as my review. This was a great experience working with Michael and Jennifer, what a team. They are professional and give five star service. They met us at the house considering to purchase, worked for 2 - 1/2 hours combing over the house, the pool, the roof and the yard. We returned to have them go every area that was either a safety hazard, major or minor defect, needed repair, requires a professional consult, needs evaluation or just needs cleaning. We needed the report quickly and they accommodated, instead of in two business days we had the comprehensive report the next morning. First and foremost they are honest! They showed up on time, are very professional and answered all my many questions! And their fees are VERY reasonable. $495.00 for a 5200 sq ft house is great! They will continue to be my first choice for myself and my clients!

Michael Bender was extremely patient with the many time/date changes that accompanied this home inspection. We were working with a less than user friendly Listing Agent and they would not allow us to do the inspection when we had initially scheduled it. Once we settled on a time frame Mr. Bender squeezed us in as he understood our small window of access to the house. His communication both by email and via phone were always in a timely manner. The inspection report was very thorough and objective. Everything was spelled out so it could be easily understood. Pictures were provided to further explain the write up. We have purchased a half dozen homes in the last 20 years. This is the most comprehensive report we have ever received. The pictures were priceless and very much appreciated as we certainly could not access all the spaces he and his associate did. We received enough information to know the price of the house was too high for the structural work that would need to be completed eventually. We highly recommend Bay Home Inspections. We will not hesitate to call them again when we find an appropriate house in the area.

Everything went extremely well. Michael and his partner arrived five minutes early. They were friendly and very professional. We appreciated very much that they wore protective covers over their shoes before they entered the house. Before they began the inspection they asked if we had any questions or concerns that they should pay attention to. The two inspectors worked independently of each other. They were very thorough and efficient. When the inspection was completed over three hours later we were told about everything that was found and any significant problems that were noted. We received the well written and very thorough report before noon the next day. We were extremely satisfied with the excellent and very detailed inspection. Michael and his partner were both wonderful people, who were very easy to speak with and patiently answered all of our questions in detail. Michael even took the time to give us a lesson on the various types of settling cracks that your house may encounter and what causes them. Based on the excellent inspection, we felt very confident about meeting with our builder for the walkthrough the next day. It was money well spent and we would would do it all over again. The only inspector I will ever use!!!! We have used Michael twice now and he and his partner are phenomenal. They take their time to walk you through everything in great detail and are very knowledgeable and courteous. We also had our full report in our email within 24 hours. Michael Bender and his crew were great. He was on the home site in Plant City on time. He scheduled extra time for me since I was buying an older home. He scheduled 3 hours but was there for four. He is a former contractor and thus is very knowledgeable on how the home should be put together and what is required by code. He took a lot of time explaining faults he found and giving tips on how to fix these as well as which products work the best. He even did a courtesy inspection on an item I did not originally request. His on line report was very detailed and even impressed my realtor. I now have a written checklist to go by to fix up my property as time allows. Such detail obviously helps in negotiations as well. Bay Home Inspections, LLC is my choice if I ever need another home inspection. Michael takes pride in what he does and it shows for sure. I wish all business owners would work this way.

Michael was so very nice, informative, and told me that if I ever needed any more names of people to hire, to feel free to call him.
