The Team texted ahead to say they were ahead of schedule with a new ETA which was very appreciated. There was a break in the rainstorm so the exterior Inspections were completed for the roof and AC Compressor first. The garage was next for the Breaker Box, washing machine hoses and the HW heater. Next was the plumbing in the kitchen, bathroom and powder room. Finally, the air handler in the attic accessed thru the walk in closet in the hallway. They were punctual, engaging, friendly, professional and worked to a plan. As they left, they set my delivered parcels inside my front door! Very courteous! I had my written report via email within 30 min. complete with photos from their IPad. This was an exceptionally pleasant experience! I have their business cards and as president of a condo association, I will happily refer Bay Home Inspections, LLC to others!

We hired Bay Home Inspections for our new construction home inspection in Wesley Chapel before closing. Michael came out to do a home inspection and left me feeling very confident that he was able to suss out all the major problems & then some possible issues down the road. He's got an extensive background in carpentry & restoration of old homes among other things. Michael and Bay Home Inspections performed an excellent home inspection of a home that my wife and I were looking for purchase in Riverview, Florida. The report was very detailed and easy to follow.
