Inspection was very thorough. Any/all issues with the property were physically pointed out and explained in a manner that even an inexperienced person like myself could understand. Michael went above and beyond, making our written report accessible in very short order, due our current circumstances. This was the second property my husband and I had inspected by Bay Home Inspections. Though the contract with the first property fell through, we were very pleased with the inspection Michael and Jen performed on it. Again, very thorough and they saved us 10's of 1000's in potential repair costs had we not had such a thorough inspection.

Michael was great all the way around. On time, professional, courteous. He was also extremely thorough and took his time with the entire process. Afterward he took the time to walk me around the entire property inside and out to show me all of his findings. Even the seller was impressed with how thorough and knowledgeable he was! Jennifer and Michael were extraordinary in the quality, depth and meticulousness of the home inspection they performed. They were professional, courteous and patient during our interactions with them as we went over the inspection findings from top to bottom. We are moving to Florida for first time and not at all familiar with house construction and maintenance in the region. The inspection was for a 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath with pool. We learned a great deal as we went through the findings as well general knowledge the construction and maintenance of the house. We had lots of questions all patiently answered in detail. We did not feel rushed or that any question we had was not worthy of an answer. Another reviewer said it well "The work they did was well above and beyond what we paid!". We've had mixed experiences with other home inspectors in other parts of the US. Our experience with Bay Homes Inspection is far superior to any that we have had elsewhere. I would give Bay Home my strongest recommendation and would definitely hire them again.

Michael is amazing! He is prompt, thorough, and efficient. He is on time, very courteous. He showed up to do his inspection and once he was done, he was willing to go through the home again and showed me what they found, or didn't find. He explained why he didn't cover certain things and the reasoning. He was more than happy to answer all of my questions and did not let me feel like he was in a rush to get somewhere else. He was very quick to get the report to my mother, and was happy to talk to her over the phone about his inspections. When I have called he never made me feel like I was interrupting him, he took his time to explain things. I will, without a doubt, hire him for all inspections I will need in the future!!!

The work they did was well above and beyond what we paid! They took extra time to show us possible drywall contamination. With health issues in our family we GREATLY appreciated the work that they performed. With all of the information we were able to make an informed decision NOT to buy a home that could present us with problems. One inspector climbed to every corner of the attic to verify the drywall. NO OTHER INSPECTOR would have done this!!! We HIGHLY recommend their services and we will use them on any future home inspection!!!!

Michael and Jen did conducted a very thorough home inspection for a home we were about to purchase. There were some issues that were of an urgent nature and Michael went out of his way to make sure we had the info we needed in a timely manner to support our decision. I asked them to check a few things a little deeper than the basic inspection and they willingly obliged. There were extremely professional, arriving at the home and ready to begin the inspection prior to our arranged start time and completion the inspection in the timeframe they had provided. The time onsite was thorough and professional. Items that I thought would not be inspected where and everything was explained onsite. The final report was on time and quiet in-depth, so much so, the seller ended up fixing things due to the unexpected findings by Michael. WOULD HIRE AGAIN IN A HEART BEAT!!!

The professionalim shown was a cut above. The time spent not only checking out each and every nook and cranny as well as explaining what they were seeing and what potential issues that could occur. It was as if they were checking it out as a potential purchase for themselves. This was a 1100 square foot condo and they spent about 3 hours with us. I would most definitely use them on future purchases
