Description of Work: team arrived ahead of time, waited patiently for us - tho we were also early. Polite and efficient they went about their job, inspecting the interior of the home the electric and plumbing and attic and outside - explaining things to us as they did. Even offered advice on correcting minor things. Were very pleasant to deal with. They found nothing major wrong with the villa and so soon after they left the deal was verbally closed - as they had stated that very little wrong was found upon their inspection. The next a.m. I had the report with pictures on my computer. I was very happy with the report and forwarded it to the sellers also. They said they appreciated it as they also learned some things that they would find useful in their search for the new home they would be buying out of state. I would recommend them and/or use their services again.
