Potential surcharges- Crawlspace (under house)--- $100, Home over 50 years of age--- $50, Swimming pool— $50, Dock or seawall--- $35 each. Other products- Wind Mitigation inspection----100.00, Four Point Inspection----$100.00, Wind and four point together--- $175, Roof certification----$75.00, Other inspections, including commercial property, by quote.
