Great service from a polite, thorough, licensed, Afghanistan veteran!
Todd was our plumber that showed up on a Sunday evening for an emergency leak. He fought through tourist traffic for parts and made sure our job was done right.
..AND they were the only ones in town (Niceville) to return our weekend call.
We just moved into an older home in March from OH, and are so grateful we have a plumbing company we can trust and depend on.

James at Prime Plumbing was great to work with! He answered my call after midnight and immediately went to my condo to fix the issue that was going on. He was very nice, prompt, and responsive. He communicated what was going on and how he was going to fix it. Thank you to James who helped resolve a potentially very bad situation. James is out to-go plumber from now on!
