I repeatedly asked for a written, detailed job quote/contract to show my neighbor, who was to share the cost, but I never received it. Unfortunately, the neighbor was a bit indecisive and a couple of weeks passed. I emailed, texted, and voice mailed KD, apologizing for the delay & asking for the quote, but he never responded. Too bad, because I think he would have done a great job."
