We are a full service electrical contracting company doing small to large jobs both residential and commercial. We specialize in electrical service work. We have 25 top notched employees to assist you in your needs. We operate out of fully stocked dispatched service vans. Our management staff has over 100 years of electrical experience. We are fully licensed and insured. We have won the AngiesList Super Service Award every year from 2013 to date because of our high level of customer service and excellent pricing. We were awarded the Northwest Florida Better Business Bureau TORCH AWARD which was created to publicly recognize businesses that insist on exceptionally high standards of ethics in dealing with customers. Description of Work: Responded to service call for in house circuit power outage. Troubleshot the job and repaired failed breaker. Checked and repaired wiring to ceiling can lighting fixtures that had not worked for several weeks. Technician was clean and efficient.

Description of Work: Both Don Joiner (office / PM) and Roger (installer)were a pleasure to work with. The pricing was fair and timely; and the communication between us and Gulf Coast went smoothly. All communication was handled via phone or email to establish the scope of work, materials to be used, and time to have work performed. Roger called ahead of time to confirm the appointment; arrived when he said he would; and had all the necessary materials to complete the work. They exceed our expectations.

Description of Work: I was having issues with my breaker to A/C going off. On a Sunday, I had problems and company in 98 degree temps here in Florida. While I had to pay overtime for a weekend and emergency visit, they were very nice, helpful and on time.

We are happy to learn you are satisfied with our service and that we were able to get your A/C up and running in our Florida heat and humidity. And although you graded our pricing as a "C", we hope you understand we must charge a premium during the weekend and after hours during the night. This is a necessary cost associated with our policy of appropriately compensating our talented electricians during these off hours. Our on-call electrician must remain by the phone and on an "alert" status while covering these unusual hours, while sacrificing their personal and quality family time. Fortunately, we have a number of electricians qualified to pull the on-call duty so they do not have to sacrifice too often. Nonetheless, Gulf Coast Electric recognizes we must pay a premium to garner and retain our highly qualified and talented service electricians, which therefore influences our week-end rates. Description of Work: Mounted and assembled several expensive chandeliers, one of which weighed close to 90 pounds. Repaired a small crystal, and was very careful in unpacking and assembling all the crystals. Insured nothing of importance was inadvertently thrown away. Thoroughly cleaned up after nearly three days of work. Rarely took any breaks, and worked steadily until each job was completed. Ensured he did not track in any mud during rainy days associated with this project. Very knowledgeable and courteous.

In reasearching your call I see you called our company on August 28, 2013 and scheduled the work for August 30, 2013. We showed up as scheduled on the morning of August 30, 2013 and completed the work on that same day. I also noticed in the electricians note on the invoice that you requested a quotation on some additional electrical work that required the responce of one of our estimators. This did not get accomplished untl several days later and unfortunately the work you requested a estimate on was not work that we perform. I apologize for the delayed responce in responding to your estimate. Thank you for your repeat business it is appreciated.
