EXCELLENT service with Tommy! An incredibly warm, honest person with integrity that did an AMAZING job making this house livable for me.......Tommy went "above and beyond" to be sure I was satisfied with the service he provided. He was on time, wasted no time getting the job(s) done, and I will HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone in need of their services.......so glad I found them on Angie's List!!!!!

It was excellent. They did a beautiful job. We had a tile and the grout was all dirty and we tried to do it ourselves but it was better to have a person do it. I forgot what the price was, but it seemed reasonable and they did it in half a day. They were very professional and I liked them very much. I would use them if I need to have the the tile cleaned again probably before I sell the house. I have another big room which we call the Florida room which is 26 x 16 and I wanted to have that done, but I just haven't gotten around to it yet. I will use them because they are local and they are only 3 or 4 miles away. I went with them because of their professionalism and the nice email that they gave me explaining everything. I have nothing to compare it to, but it seemed like a good price for what they were intending to do. It was good. I have no complaints at all. The quality and their responsiveness were excellent. They were here right on time when he said he was coming. He was very professional and he knew what he was doing.

Very well. The worker showed up on time, reviewed the area, provided a quote, and proceeded to do the task at hand. He was professional and personable. Al work was performed to my satisfaction.

Firstly, when I made my appointment with Ellen Fagan, she honored a quote she had given me nearly two months ago! She told me my technician would arrive at 8 a.m. , and let me tell you, HE DID, RIGHT ON THE DOT. I didn't get out of bed until 7:55am because of the following: Since I have used Stanley Steemer for the last 6 years, I was NOT expecting such promptness and courtesy! Whenever SS was hired, it was hit or miss and the crew (usually 3 guys) was never the same. A mixed bag of extra charges, trying to sell their products at inflated prices and they were sloppily dressed. I understand it is a dirty job, but I at least thought deodorant and not reeking of cigarette smoke and stained clothes were common courtesy. My technician, TOMMY of STEAM CLEAN MY CARPETS, was none of the above; but let me tell you the rest. Secondly, Tommy waited about 5 minutes more before I let him in, and I was dressed. When I did open the door, he was neatly dressed, courteous and greeted me with a smile and lovely manners, befitting a southern gentleman. We did a walk-through and I showed him everything, and then inquired about the quote I was given. Tommy told me there were NO additional charges for spot treating and he even did the baseboards with his machine extension; something StanSteam NEVER did. He did not leave my front door propped open, for the flies and bugs to get in, and he went to work IMMEDIATELY. Something else SS never did. The latter usually went into a spiel about 'we won't be able to get this clean like you expect'. Tommy, on the other hand, never stated he couldn't do a thorough job, and he did, let me tell you ! Thirdly, Tommy moved the couches and chairs; which I have had to request of StanSteam in the past. He even had to clean the trap on his machine at least a couple of times, because there was so much dog hair collected from my 115 lb Black Labrador and 60 lb Belgian Malinois. He could have made another Pomeranian out of the hair collected, albeit a black one. I watched as the dirt, hair, grime and fleas went down the drain. EVERYTHING came up, including the hair, and my Lab sheds A LOT, even though I vacuum every other day. Fourthly, Tommy did NOT have to brush the cleaned carpet afterwards, as StanSteam has had to do in the past; and afterwards try to sell me one of their brooms for 'only $32'. EVERYTHING came up with the Rotovac 360 and NOTHING was left behind. The results were immediate. I could once more BREATHE in the freshness; and not some cleaning products. My carpet is over 22 years old, PINK and made of wool. When Tommy was finished, they looked brand-new again, as when they were first placed down in the house in 1991. Fifthly, and the most remarkable was, ONLY TOMMY did all the work! He was like a cheery busy-bee, never stopped once, except to empty the machine trap, and attacked every nook and cranny along the baseboards. He even told a couple CLEAN jokes, while working, which had me laughing out loud. I was amazed at his professionalism, courtesy, clean appearance and phenomenal work ethic. Finally, NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVEN CONTEMPLATE USING STANLEY STEEMER !! STEAM CLEAN MY CARPETS is A++++ in my book, and I will be recommending them to *EVERYONE* I know ! I promised Ellen when the appointment was set she could take before and after pictures of my carpet. If you go to their website, they should be up there. Mine is the PINK carpet...and no, I didn't choose it. The previous owners did.

Exceptional service and attention to detail ! Ellen responded almost immediately to my initial e-mail and after providing her with the total square footage of the rooms to be cleaned, we came to an agreement on the price and I made an apt. Ellen's Team showed up promptly at the designated time we agreed to and expertly steamed cleaned three fairly large rooms. After completion, the rugs in the three rooms looked 100% better and were restored to an almost new look. The technician was professional courtesy and prior to leaving, ensured we were completely satisfied with the carpet cleaning performed. I would recommend this company to anyone who required carpet cleaning or any other type of upholstery or grout cleaning or restoration.

The husband and wife team arrived on time and with their equipment, cleaned and sealed floor tile/grout in all the four area of our one story home. We have over 500 12x12 tiles in the L/R, Kitchen/Dining Room, Family room a small hall leading into one bathroom. The GROUT was very dirty . Steam Clean My Carpets brought back the original color of the grout and the tiles. They also cleaned our wall to wall carpet in the three bedrooms. They applied a Grout sealing. We are very pleased with the job they did and highly recommend them. The had the highest of the three companies we contacted but feel that they had the best presentation.

It was great. Bruce arrived on time with a smile and a great attitude. As I've never had large rooms of tile floors before, I'd tried many different ways to clean them with little success. I feel like an idiot now because the floors are so clean it's like I've never seen them before. It took about three hours to deal with the dirt left by all the people and pets (especially pets). Bruce also did the carpet in one room and it, too, looks good. He was very helpful with information on upkeep and was kind enough to move a piece of exercise equipment I couldn't budge. Bruce showed me the gunk he removed from the floors and carpet that collected in the filter. It wasn't a pretty picture, but I was glad to see it. He helped make sure the animals didn't escape while also removing the charming animal smell that had been building up. We can breathe! It was the most pleasant experience with professionals coming in that I've ever had. This is the first review on Angie's List that I've ever written, and I'm not sure I provided all the information necessary information. Bottom line: I'd recommend them to anyone and will be using them again. Oh...and the bathroom looks good, too. It was a life-saving and life-changing experience for us, and we are most grateful.

I am completely satisfied with the performance of this company and have recommended them to family and friends. From the start, you could really tell the professionalism, integrity, and honesty associated with this company. Which I am sure you would agree, is hard to find with other companies these days. One of my pet peeves is attention to detail. This company met all my expectations with complete attention to personal respect of property. The placement of little foam pads under all contact points of furniture throughout the home was really a surprise. Of course that was after they moved and replaced all items exactly where they belonged. The heavy traffic areas were gone. Accidental spots no longer existed. I only wish I had the tile cleaned while they were doing the carpets. If you are looking for a true surprise when you return home from work. I used to have to look for a new carpet cleaning company every time I had to get my carpets cleaned. With cats and a child, I like to have my carpets cleaned on a regular basis (every 3-4 months). Tommy did a great job! He arrived on time & was very professional. He 1st moved the furniture to one side of the room or to the middle of the room. He 1st sprayed a pet odor treatment then cleaned my carpet and finally sprayed scotch guard on the carpet. He moved the furniture to the other side of the room & repeated the process in my master bedroom & walk in closets. He then followed the same process in my living room, then my dining room & finally my family room. He replaced all my furniture back where it was in each room as he finished cleaning that room & placed protective pieces of Styrofoam blocks under the furniture that had metal legs, etc... He removed all his equipment out to his vehicle & came back into each room that had tile floor near the carpet he had just cleaned & made sure that the tile was clean near the carpet & made sure that there was no wet spots. He suggested that I place towels on the tile floors where we would walk from the tile to the just cleaned carpet for our safety. Otherwise, we could slip & fall until the carpet had a chance to dry. He left us shoe protectors to go over our shoes to ensure that we wouldn't track dirt onto our just cleaned carpets until our carpets had a chance to dry. I really appreciated the fact that Tommy took his time in each of our rooms checking to make sure that the carpet was clean before moving onto the next area in each room. We have 2 cats & he showed me the cat fur that out Kirby vacuum cleaner had missed. I also appreciated the fact that he cleaned up the tile near the carpet he had cleaned making sure that the tile was dry & the safety suggestions he made & that he left the shoe protectors for us. He said that it would take 6 hours to dry & it did.

Our carpets needed a routine cleaning. There were a lot of carpet stains in my daughter's bedroom. Almost all of them came out. Their service was punctual and professional and I was pleased with the results. I will use Steam Clean My Carpets to clean the grout in the tile floors next.

Steam Clean My Carpets was punctual and professional. They cleaned the carpets in a townhouse my daughter and 2 friends were getting ready to move into. There were many stains from the previous renters and the carpet had a musty odor. They were efficient and polite. Almost all the stains came out. The stairway looked so much better. The carpet smelled fresh and clean. Everyone was very pleased and I will use them again.

The carpet cleaning, tile cleaning and upholstered couch cleaning went very well. The worker was pleasant, friendly, and above all professional. There was an obvious desire to do a good job. The equipment used was unique, up-to-date, and a vast improvement over that used by a well known company in a previous cleaning. The result was outstanding and I completely satisfied. The value received far exceeded the price of the cleaning.

Very professional, arrived on time, my tiles now look like new and he resealed the grouting, plus as a little extra he even deepcleaned the shower floor. I have a lot of furniture but he moved everything so everywhere was cleaned. and put it all back as he went.

I was very hesitant on getting my microfiber 2 sectional sofa cleaned. I have 3 cats and a little boy that have left all sorts of juice and food stains. My previous attempts have always resulted in a bunch of rings left on my couch and stains that did not come out. I was afraid that any water contact would ruin my couch. I have used Steam Clean my Carpets for my flooring before and knew that they did a great job, so I decided to let them come and clean my sofa. As always they arrived on time and ready to go. I asked them all sorts of questions about my couch because I was scared of adding new stains or ugly water marks. They reassured me that all will be ok. It wasn't long before my 2 sectional sofa was fully cleaned. They went over it a few times to make sure everything was fully covered. I could already see the color difference even though it was still wet. Before they left, they helped me arrange some fans around it to make it dry faster. A couple of hours later, I was amazed to see that not only did the sofa look fluffy as when I bought it, but there was not a single stain left, not even a water mark. Earlier that day I was ready to buy a new couch. Who knew that same day I would have a new looking couch just from hiring Steam Clean My Carpets. I now call Steam Clean my Carpets for all my upholstery and flooring cleaning needs!

The Fagans (Husband/wife Team) were phenominal! From the quote to job completion they were professional and informative. My tile had never been professionally cleaned and was 10 years old. After 2 kids, 2 dogs and a cat my home steam cleaner was just not doing the job so I called them. When they left it looked like it did the day of installation! They were on time for the appointment and the best part- THEY moved furniture to make sure they got ALL of the tile. The price was 44 cents a sqaure foot for the cleaning and to have them seal it added another 15 cents a square foot.

I was told they would be here between 9-10, they arrived at 9:45 (I love promptness!). I was told it would take about 5 hours, it was 4.5 hours the tile and grout look magnificent! Almost like new, so happy:) The carpets are old and worn (they started out that way) but now the look CLEAN and old and worn:) The stairs were totally scarring on level of filth before cleaning and the look great now. I will be calling them back for repeat service. I also asked about a product for mold reduction on shower grout. They recommended Mold Armour, I purchased it yesterday, used it today and the mold is gone, YIPEE! I appreciate the truthfulness here and not a goal of overselling something. Highly recommended service providers for carpet and tile cleaning.

She did not arrive on time. I called. She said she was running a little late; later called that she'd be even later. The job was done in about an hour which seemed very quick. Later noticed that the fronts of the stairs were not cleaned and also along all the baseboards. Overall the carpet was fairly dirty and, though improved a lot after this cleaning, was still not as clean as I'd have expected. And without paying attention to the carpet right along the baseboard, the job seemed incomplete.

The work was completed within an hour. Although the carpet had been badly stained in several places, and I was not certain what the stains were, Ellen was able to remove the bulk of the stains completely. The stain that was not completely removed is so faint that it is unnoticable. Ellen was professional and efficient. I will use this company whenever I need carpet cleaning services!

I will use this company again. Her equipment did a superior job cleaning.

They got back to me quickly and set a date. Then they even came a little bit early. I would use them again in the future.

Called the company and got an answer on the third ring. He gave us an estimate by my discription and ask when we wanted it done. He took our number and called us back within 10 minutes with availability. We agreed on a time and date. He showed up on time and with his equipment. We went to breakfast and came back and found the job completed above our expectation. We highly recommend this company and will use them again.
