Description of Work: They cleaned several carpeted rooms. Very pleasant to deal with. I strongly recommend them to anybody who wants to support an independent small local business as apposed to using the big name guys.

Description of Work: "This is the 3rd time I have used this company to clean my carpets. The equipment they use is Rotary Steam and is absolutely fantastic. My carpets are white Berber and tend to show the foot traffic after a year or two. |Ellen is the owner and her, her husband Bruce and Tech Tommy are great...! They are very reasonably priced and if you ""are not satisfied"" they ""will"" make it right -- that is their mantra -- I have never been dissatisfied. |Years ago, I always used Stanley Steamer -- but Ellen's company, equipment and technique are ""Far"" superior. "

Description of Work: This was my second time using their services. Prompt, reliable and good quality.

Description of Work: We had small bulges in the carpet removed by the technician. No issues. He certainly knew what he was doing.

Description of Work: They did an excellent job. I had my kitchen floor grout cleaned and two area rugs. One of the rugs was a oriental rug that was about 20 years old that had had much traffic, two dogs laying on it and basically lived on everyday. Bruce went out of his way to try and get the carpet back to its original condition. He even came back two weeks later to pick it up and take it to his shop for some additional cleaning and deodorizing. I appreciate the extra effort he put forth. That rug does look soooo much better. He even offered to refund my money since it didn't meet his expectations. I wouldn't hear of it since he went way out of his way to clean. I would recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: They cleaned the carpets in two absolutely filthy bedrooms. My nephew stayed with me for a little bit and was a slob, spilled lots of things (and I don't know what most of it was). They got out every single stain and the carpets look brand new.

Description of Work: Tommy was on time and very professional and explained how everything was going to be cleaned. My 3 bedroom condo with two sets of stairs ($239) and a six piece sectional couch ($135) is a rental and had not been cleaned professionally for over five years. The 18 year old carpet looks almost brand new after this cleaning. On time service at the quoted price without a sales pitch by the service person for additional products was a blessing. I would use them again and highly recommend their services.

Description of Work: They cleaned all of the tile and carpet in the whole house. Tile and grout looked like brand new. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: They showed on web that they accepted credit cards. When agent got here he said no credit cards. I pointed out web site info he called his boss and they said ok I can't remember what we paid.our carpet was very dirty. It cleaned well but didn't last.
