I cannot express fully how IMPRESSED I was with the services of Professionals in Cleaning. I called on a Friday for a Tuesday/Wednesday cleaning the upcoming week and Santiago was able to accommodate. He was very kind and answered all my questions. I had always wanted to have a professional cleaning and my husband finally agreed after trying to assist me and seeing how much needed to be done. My husband and I have opposite days off so that we don't have to put our girls in daycare, but that means we each kind of "single parent" because the other one is at work, making it very difficult to find time, or energy, to deep clean. That my husband offered after years of saying "no" was a miracle in and of itself! The team of 4 that Santiago sent was amazing. Not only were they on time, Santiago called 30 minutes ahead to give me an ETA, and they were so nice upon arrival. I took my girls in the backyard to play while they cleaned so that we wouldn't be in the way, but they said we could have stayed inside if we wanted. My house sparkles - they detailed every item they cleaned. I don't think the microwave has ever looked so clean. They moved items on furniture to dust - the surfaces of all our areas look spectacular. The bathrooms look and smell great. They cleaned things I would have never thought to have cleaned. They reached the top of all our ceiling fans, cleaned floorboards, and detailed spills on the front of cabinets. The mirrors are so clear - not a streak or milky a finish that happens when I clean them sometimes. The tile floors FEEL clean to walk on in bare feet. And did I mention the clean smell? I can't stop inhaling deeply. It's weird, I know, but it smells so good. If you have children, you'll understand. The walk-through after the team finished cleaning confirmed how above and beyond the team went. They showed me everything they did and I was blown away. They truly did an outstanding job. If it would have been appropriate to hug them, I would have. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a clean-looking and clean-smelling home!

It took a couple of tries to get a time when they could come and when I could be home, but Santiago, the owner, worked it out and they came on a Saturday to make it easier for me. They did a fantastic job. When the the allotted time was up from the purchased deal, the entire house was not finished. I have a big home and considering the attention to detail they were spending, I was not surprised. I asked if they could stay longer and finish, and eventhough it was Saturday afternoon, they stayed and did a fantastic job for an additional fee. Please understand, this was NOT a bait and switch thing. They did a great job doing what they said they would do in a fair amount of time. There were 3 people and they worked for over 3 hours as part of the original deal. I am sure they would have finished a normal sized home in this amount of time. They did a great job and I will call them again when my home needs a good cleaning.

Through Angie's List, I purchased a Big Deal house cleaning service from Professionals in Cleaning, Inc. Mr. Santiago Avila and his crew arrived on time, reviewed the cleaning to be performed with me and immediately went to work. They were a very coordinated group wasting no time. Of all the house cleaning companies I have employed, Professionals in Cleaning is absolutely the best. Their attention to detail in cleaning every little space and items was exceptional. Upon returning home from work, my wife was very impressed, saying the job they did was awesome. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that wanted a professional house cleaning.

We made the arrangements by e-mail, and Santiago and two others arrived and introduced themselves. We really didn't know what to expect, but Santiago walked through each room of the house and we mentioned things we wanted and he asked good questions about things we didn't even think about. The thoroughness was amazing. They do more than any other cleaning service or housekeeper I've ever had. Each of them clearly has their "specialty" and so the kitchen and baths and bedrooms and common rooms were given expert service. The products they use are carefully screened by Santiago to be safe (our little dog was in the house all the time). They are always diligently working and even though they are in separate areas, they know their responsibilities and it works in a synchronized fashion. My husband and I were here while they worked and both of us remarked that it was amazing some of the things they did. We couldn't be happier.

Did not have work, 4 weeks booked

We have a 3000 square foot home which has been "cleaned" by another person and we decided to investigate another option after our last cleaner was experiencing some personal problems. The choice of using Professionals in Cleaning was one of our best recent decisions relative to service providers. Santiago came personally to review the home prior to the cleaning date, gave an estimate, provided a date and time and was punctual in both instances. However, the main reason for the "A" rating is the job which was accomplished by Santiago and his other three associates. Wow! What an amazing deep clean they did on our home, from top to bottom, inclusive of baseboards. We had this home built 14 years ago and I'm not sure it was this clean when we moved in. Do yourself a favor and use the best cleaning service anyone could ask for, call Professionals in Cleaning or feel free to reach out to me personally should you have any questions. I initally contacted Professionals in Cleaning because I saw them listed in the Deal of the Week and I was going to be hosting an event at my house. Before purchasing the deal I called them because I didn't want to purchase if they couldn't clean before my event. I received a call back and Santiago was very courteous and accommodating. I was only planning to use them the one time since I usually try to manage on my own. However they did such a great job that I have continued to use them several more times. They arrive with a team of 4 enabling them to be fast yet efficient. The first time they came they even got to some areas of the house I wasn't expecting that I had been putting off myself! What a relief to have everything sparkling clean before my event. I was very pleased and continue to be on their return visits. They use green environmentally friendly products and I appreciate that as well. I would definitely recommend!!

The team meticulously cleaned my entire house and my refrigerator, swept and wiped down the tables on my screen porch, and did a FANTASTIC job. Santiago kept in touch with me, and was extremely reasonable about how I should pay for services. Because the cost is good, and the work is exceptional, I have decided to go with monthly service. I highly recommend this provider. And I have been through a number of cleaners in the past several years. Update: It has been over a year now, and it has been my experience that most cleaners start to think that they have the job, so they can start to slack off. NOT TRUE of this team of cleaners! The quality of service is still just as good as the first time they cleaned, and Santiago is always willing to help when I call. I still highly recommend!

Team of 4 was very thorough and professional. While I thought I would not use them again because of the price difference, I will be using them in the future because of the results and their professionalism.

Santiago and his team did a fantastic job. They were professional, on time, thorough and efficient. I will definitely schedule them again. Purchased as a deal - it was terrific.

They cleaned the house as requested

Service person was late to the estimate. Person setup schedule to do the work with me. Person never show up and never called at the schedule time to perform the work. Will make complaint to Angie's list because companies are not willing to do the ad coupons.

It was excellent. They went over everything with me before the left to make sure I was happy. They were so courteous and quick.

I purchased a big deal of fifty percent off for eight hours of labor detailed housecleaning. It went very well. They showed up on time and they worked right up to the last minute. They did all that they were supposed to do. It was fair priced. I would recommend them. It was excellent price.

I am so extremely happy with the work that they performed. They did so much more than I expected (Floors, Kitchen, Bedrooms, Bathrooms & more). One of the employees called out sick, but that had absolutely no effect on the fantastic job that they did. Santiago met with me the day before the cleaning to explain what to expect and to answer any questions that I had. They were all very friendly and professional. The workmanship is A+ I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends.

Unfortunately they could not do what I needed for the deal, so I won't be using it. However, I did want to report that their service when I spoke with them was very pleasant and professional. I would use them in the future.

Absolutely great, from the first phone call, to the pre-service walk through, to the finished service! Very professional, hard working, and prompt. Both appointments were on time - they even texted us just prior to arrival with their ETA (some services give you a 2 hour window when they may show up - then they're late). We can truthfully say that Professionals exceeded our expectations in the handling of their business as well as their services. Thank you Santiago, Maria and your Team !

They started cleaning and it was very hot in the house. The previous owner had taken out the filter for air conditioning and did not replace it. The man offered to go and purchase one so that we could turn air conditioning on higher. I really did not want him to go but at the time we were also unloading a truck into the garage. Through all that was going on I said okay. They did not start cleaning for an hour and 15 minutes after they first arrived. I had to go back to my apartment to pick up some more items for the move and no sooner did I get there they called and said they were done. It was two hours and 15 minutes later. I paid for eight hours of deep cleaning. If they were two people then it would be four hours of cleaning each. That is a little more than HALF OF THE SERVICE I PAID FOR! |The man stated that they had nothing more to clean that they had cleaned everything and they could not help if there was nothing else to clean! I questioned him that I had paid for eight hours of cleaning and I was not happy that I paid $130 for only two hours and 15 min. of work by two people which would equal 4 total hours or so of cleaning. Upon more questioning they said they don't clean anything high that they are not allowed to go on a ladder. I questioned the woodwork and they said that it needed painted and they could not clean. I asked about wiping down walls and they said they could not do this because of the paint on the walls from previous owner could not be wiped down. |After moving in my house and moving in over the next few days I found that they did not deep clean as the promotion had said. They only surfaced cleaned the whole house. They made the house look clean and sparkling but as soon as you have the time to look you see all of the places they "forgot." They do not deep clean they only surface clean your house. The floor were quite dirty from the previous owner and they just ran a mop over it. That is not deep cleaning! The woodwork around the wall were not cleaned. The cabinets in the bathrooms not cleaned. The said they cleaned the oven but when I opened the door on the bottom drawer to put in pans it had not been touched. The stove inside they said would have to be cleaned again it was too dirty. Everywhere I looked as I moved in the house they just surfaced cleaned and did not "deep clean" anything! |Do not use them if you have an empty house that needs cleaned for you before you move in! I questioned them about this stating that they should have offered me another service that would have fit my needs better and they said that they didn't know how big the house was and it may have taken them more time! They had an easy job and they did not even do that satisfactory! They basically ran the sweeper, mopped up the floors and cleaned bathroom and window treatments. They said the cleaned windows but I had to redo because they were not even done nicely! Deep cleaning to me should be just that! They only surfaced cleaned the house and did not do a satisfactory job at that! DO NOT USE THEM if you are moving and want them to clean your new house! I feel very taken advantage of! |I called once to resolve my issues with them and all he wanted to do was argue with me and tell me that they did a good job. He said that Angie List takes most of the money they make on these kind of big deals! In other words that is how they justify not doing a good job! He offered to come back out for another hour or so and I told him I would think about it. After calling him back two times and leaving a message both times that I wanted him to come back out for at least another hour he will not return my calls. |Very disappointing service. I could have done what they did in the same amount of time and would have done a much better job!

One of the things they did was crime scene cleaning. They came right out for the estimate.

When we got to the house as usual Professionals In Cleaning did an amazing job. Toilet rings were removed, spider webs were removed, mold in the fridge was removed, the house was super clean. It's hard to describe a service that does good honest work for an extremely fair price. All I can say is once we tried them the first time, they stayed our cleaners since 2011.

The PIC team does an excellent job. They go above and beyond keeping our facility clean. They are trustworthy, punctual and professional.
