WARNING - out of business! We paid online for two cleaners to come clean our home after we moved out in order to list this home for sale. You had to schedule and pay online. Because of the good reviews here we decided to go ahead. The workers did not show up for the appointment. We spent two weeks contacting the office and hearing a variety of excuses before their phone number was suddenly no longer working. We are working with our credit card company to get a refund. :(

Very thorough and effective

Very well, the first experience was with the husband and wife owners, the second time a team of people arrived closely supervised by owners. They were all very hard working and professional.

Never showed up on date service was to be completed after I waited for two weeks. Then then would not call me when I left two numbers and just could not get them to speak to me directlt. They were not professional st all

I purchased this service, booked an appointment. Provider states they showed up, we did not see/hear them or they didn't. We are not sure which. We have nothing on our surveillance camera system for anyone coming to the house that day. Attempted to communicate with provider, we sent messages back and forth. Provider wanted us to pay another travel charge fee, but would not clearly answer the question about how much that new travel charge fee was. Services were never performed. We hired another company to come assist us with our cleaning. Last attempted communication with the provider on 01/05/2016, have not heard back from them as of yet.

Everyone very efficient and careful to do a good job. This was the first time I used a cleaning service and I am pleased with what was done. They are truly Professionals in Cleaning. One of early reviews was wrong; there was some miscommunication.

I was informed that the fee was deducted from my credit card, but the job was never done. (I'll have to go back to re review my credit card statement)

Professionals in Cleaning has provided cleaning services for our home several times over the last two years and we continue to be impressed with their scheduling, follow through, and excellent cleaning services. Whenever we book an appointment via email/phone, they confirm the scheduled appointment, send a reminder closer to the date, and follow up with a Thank You. PIC is peace of mind that the job will be done on time and done right. Great people !!!!

Most of it went very well. However, they didn't dust the cobwebs from the air vents or clean the bugs from the ceiling fixtures. They were extremely polite and professional.

It went okay. They could be a little bit more thorough on washing floors.

This is the second time I used Professionals in Cleaning. They are very prompt and thorough. They informed me after I purchased this offer, that I could have saved $5.00 if I contacted them directly.

The service was fine. It was not like A+, but it was okay. They were on-time. They were efficient. They were just not super thorough. They were good, but I do not know if I would use them again. I tried using them again before, but then, they were not available and they were not very good about returning calls. So, I probably would not use them again.

Service was great. Completely cleaned a 5 bedroom 3 bath house. Bathrooms and kitchen were virtually spotless. Very polite and thoughtful.

What I love most about Professionals in Cleaning is they take the time to dust and replace all the books, knick-knacks on my shelves and they always arrange things to make them look better than they did before. A couple of things weren't done that I would expect to be done with a thorough cleaning, such as - there were still dark lines in the grout of my white tile (they didn't have a brush with them, just a Mr. Clean magic eraser). I took a toothbrush and showed them how easy it is to clean and it came right up. Also the shower head wasn't touched. (forgot the CLR), CLR not necessary as it was darkened which says mold or mildew not Rust or Lime or Calcium. I pointed these things out and they went right to work getting the grout cleaned. They'll want a grout brush for future use. I also noticed after they left that they did go back and clean the showerhead and that pleased me. They want to please, they want to do a great job and they excel at working towards that goal by listening to what you need and going back over it if not to your liking. This is half the battle. Also the stove (flat top) can be difficult to clean with environmentally safe cleaners. This is the ONLY place I will use a magic eraser. That combined with a little stove cleaner (looks like car wax) cleans it to perfection. I will however make sure they don't use the magic eraser anywhere else in the house; It's just too destructive, a FORMER housecleaner used it on the outside of my microwave and scratched it terribly. They have a lot of houses to clean so I have now created a list of reminders (grout, no magic eraser except with my stove cleaner, shower heads) so I can make their job easier as well. I'll send them the list each time I make an appt. My son's birthday is coming up and I plan to have them clean before that as well. They'll be this mom's go-to housecleaners from now on.

This is a top notch company!!!! There were extremely responsive to my inquiry about an appointment. I received email update reminders and they were here on time to perform the cleaning. At the end they provided a walk through and checklist and I was exceedingly pleased with the quality of their work. I have already requested a quote to have them clean on a repeating basis.

Did not use them. The small print said they did not even clean the baseboards for $169.00!!

I am happy to share that I was quite pleased with my service from Professionals In Cleaning Inc. I would use their service again, which indicates a job well done. Appointment set up was prompt, professional and at my convenience. They arrived early, and called to confirm their visit. The session started with a walk through and discussion of my greatest areas of concern, we communicated expectations and prioritized areas to be cleaned. Everyone got to work immediately, I genuinely felt they cared about doing a good and detailed job. I was very pleased to see that they did know how to clean, as it seems to be a lost art. Areas I thought were a lost cause were remedied, and alot of elbow grease was put forward. All the cleaners were professional, respectful of property, and diligent. I am a tough customer in this area, and they did a great job with my home.

Maria and Yolanda arrived and were very pleasant and professional. They described exactly what services were going to be provided and got started immediately. When they were finished we walked around the house and they described what they cleaned. The results were fabulous - my house was super clean!

I purchased their special and wasn't sure what to expect as I've never had someone come clean my house but it piled up on me and became too much so I went ahead with this. You hear some crazy stories sometimes with bringing people into your home but this is not one. Maria and Santiago were amazing. They arrived when they said they would and are very friendly, courteous and professional. They did a very through job cleaning up the kitchen (oven and fridge included), living and dining room, bedrooms and bathrooms. They worked non-stop for 5 hours to get it done. I would absolutely recommend their services!

Sanchez went above and beyond the call of duty working with me and my difficult schedule.

Perhaps our house was too big although several hundred feet less than 3,000 sq. ft. in the ad. A retired couple with physical limitations, our home needed a thorough cleaning which is why we selected this company based on their ad. Apparently, at least it appears that they work 3 hours and leave. It seemed that another 30 minutes to an hour would have finished the house that they could easily access. We did not expect them to do some areas because of the collection*. My husband, with his heart condition, had to move items to help them. That will not happen again as we will not reuse this company. We asked them in a message before hand to concentrate on the kitchen and two bathrooms then to vacuum and dust what they could access as my husband is a collector* and some areas have things on the floor and furniture. However, areas of the bathrooms they cleaned were accessible for dusting the doors and mirrors as was the bedroom headboard. The kitchen and bathroom floors were basically clean but some corners had not been reached as visible loose particles remained. The bath tub wall area had some places that looked untouched although the area immediately around the toilet looked good. The kitchen was the best room overall although the left side of refrigerator needed a bit of follow through. They did not open the refrigerator at all to clean shelves nor did they clean the inside of the oven. The ad, now at $249, indicates they work the time needed but there is much more they did not do [based on the content of their ad] before they left after 3 hours . For the price of $199, we would not reuse them for just 3 hours or based on what the ad said versus what was done. To others, the price and amount accomplished might be more acceptable. Maybe we expected too much based on previous experiences at lower prices. We had waited a month for them to get to us. Our expectations were based on their ad so we were disappointed overall.

They were okay. The only issue I had was getting them to schedule the time and a couple times they would come and they wouldn't tell me. When I confronted them about it again they said oh you never told us that we needed to schedule a time. Finally the last time they came in, I had no clue they were coming that day and the caretaker calls me and I was like I'm done. They were okay. I kept them on for a couple of months. The only issue I had is because I do work full time and I take care of a senior with severe dementia full time also. I always told them, listen I need you to schedule the time and just write it on the calendar I just want to know when your coming and a couple of times they would come in and they still wouldn't let me know they were coming. The fact that I know I told them several times to schedule with me ahead of time bothered me when I know I told them. If they don't know how to schedule things and people are busy that's a big weight for me.

They steam cleaned the carpets! Love their work!

They cleaned the windows to my home. They actually took the time to get the screens out and clean them as well. Thanks guys!
