Professionals in Cleaning are too short for their name! Don't purchase their services, they are very unpolite and to pride to understand what customer service is. I lost a day of work and did not get the service. I am requesting a refund.

I loved the service! I paid a fair price for everything that was done. I think i might have been able to find someone to do it for less. But, for the service, professionalism and the quality it would have been a luck of the draw. I have honestly found a needle in a hay stack with this company! We will continue to use them. They are new to West Palm Beach. But, if they clean this good they sure will win over a lot of customers!

Not needing services taking into account the inability to support my schedule.

I did not like 4 people coming to my home all at once to do an hour's housework...things were missed and I will not use them again.

They cancelled the morning of our scheduled service because two workers called in sick, so I downgraded them for punctuality and professionalism. They offered to reschedule but, we needed the work done right away and had to clean ourselves, so I cannot speak as to their ability to clean well. We bought a coupon for service and didn't realize that it was service to be scheduled further out in the future. They did accommodate us on being able to use the coupon earlier than advertised, so that was a good thing.

I was very satisfied. They were very professional and they did a very good job. I do recommend them.

The initial Big Deal cleaning was excellent. Very thorough and impressive, so much so that I scheduled regular cleaning with the company. The second visit was not as satisfactory. I knew that there were things included in the initial "big deal" cleaning that are not part of their regular service, so it wasn't that. There were some things that I expected would be included, are usually included in regular cleaning service in my experience, that weren't done, and that's why I give this company a B (good!) rather than an A (excellent). I think the situation could be resolved if the company made it a point to do a walk-through of the home with the owner before the first regular (not BIG/Super cleaning) cleaning so that expectations could be discussed at that time. I think the monthly cost is on the high side, and given that, I was a little disappointed in the second cleaning. But it was still good!

provider arrived at 9:05. explained what acts they would perform and checked residence. call at 12:45 to say job was complete. inspected residence and found provide had gone above and beyond in their cleaning

Overall they did a nice job. They did a great job in the kitchen and bathrooms and spent a lot of time on the floors, which was nice. I gave them only a "B" rating mostly because of the punctuality issues. They were first scheduled to arrive Tuesday at 5:30pm (this time slot was offered by them) and at 5:15 they call to say traffic was too backed up and they are going to reschedule. So, we arrange for the next day at 11:30am. Once again, 10 minutes before they're scheduled to arrive they call to say they're running late - and end up arriving an hour and a half later. That annoyed us greatly. The two female cleaners were very courteous and friendly and the price was very reasonable for the amount of time they spent on the house. Although there were some cleaning items we spotted such as fairly large dust balls left under the bedroom dresser and bed and the dining room windows not cleaned. They cleaned 2 bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and 2 baths. Their attention to detail in the kitchen was excellent. They really did a fantastic job cleaning out the refrigerator! I'd consider them for an ongoing plan if they offered it but only need a basic cleaning every two weeks, not a 5-hour effort.

I'd say they did a pretty good job. They arrived on time and went right to work. They were here for a few hours and worked around my wife, myself, and our cat. They had a checklist that they worked through which included a lot of the usual stuff and cleaning out our fridge. I would use them again.

They were here on time and got right to work - even called when they were on the way to let me know when they would be here They absolutely knew what they were doing and were done in less than 3 hours Then they walked me through the house describing what they had done in each area to assure satisfaction I was fully satisfied

The team arrived on time. They did a thorough job and walked me through their work as they finished. The team was very professional. I was very happy with the deal and will consider using them again.

I purchased a big deal for thorough housecleaning and had the service scheduled on two different occasions. Both times the company cancelled last minute on me. While the excuses they gave me were valid (injury of an employee and then their car breaking down on the way to my home), I find it very inconvenient to keep having to reschedule them. The company was responsive through email, however I have a busy schedule myself and I do not have flexibility to continually change appointment times at the last minute. I would rather go with another company who has more contingency plans built in and can provide service when it is scheduled.

They did a superb job. Everything shined and smelled good. They went beyond the package we bought, worked an extra hour to finish. They also changed their normal schedule to meet our need. Will use again.

The name says it all!!! Santiago and his team are true professionals and consistently deliver quality work. His prices are EXTREMELY reasonable and he takes customer service seriously. I have used him for deep cleaning, standard cleaning, appliance and window cleanings.

My house looks better than we first moved in! I thought the team was fantastic, super professional. Plus they were nice and went above and beyond what I expected. I highly recommend this company for house cleaning needs, and we'll use them for future cleaning down the road too.

Wonderful. They had great communication as we set up the appointment, they arrived on time and did a wonderful job (my mom actually stopped by to make sure they were doing a good enough job--and actually gave them a full two thumbs up. And mom is picky!). They were thorough and went above and beyond in making sure everything was done perfectly and even thought of a few things I hadn't. I found them totally reliable and trustworthy. The best compliment I can give them is that I will be using them on a regular basis going forward.

Santiago and his team of 3 ladies have done a great job cleaning my house. I am very picky and have a large house (6 bedroom). I have never had a cleaning service and can dig and pick and find things wrong, but they are minor items that probably no one else would ever see. That's not fair though and I am continuing to have Santiago come to my house monthly to clean. I love the professionalism; he's very easy to work with and so reliable. I have found reliability and trustworthiness is SO hard to come by in central Florida.
