I hired Professionals in Cleaning to do an in-depth cleaning of our new "previously loved" home, specifying that it was 10 years old and I gave a very specific detailed list of what I needed done: blinds, fans, windows, insides of cabinets and vanities, outsides and topsides too, the areas where the appliances were, the ceiling fans, and bathroom fixtures. I wanted the floors thoroughly cleaned because the previous owners had a dog. I knew there would be grime and needed an industrial level clean. They called the day of the service and stated they had trouble cleaning the windows because the previous owners had used the wrong type of cleaners, but that they would take care of the rest of the list. I said I understood and would look into that further on my arrival. When we arrived, May 30th, the insides of the cabinets had sticky residue and crumbs inside, the tops had not been touched, the door faces were greasy. When we walked across the floors, our feet turned black. The blinds were probably swiffered but not taken down and washed properly. It was not a job for 2 people, but a team. I had said price was not the issue, rather I needed things done that I could no longer physically do. I would have paid twice what I was charged for what I needed done. There was no lack of communication on my part. They specifically said they could do an industrial level clean. When I called for an explanation, they made excuses: it was an hour away, it was really dirty (!), they spent 3 whole hours cleaning, the owner and his wife personally did the work, etc. The part that upset me the most is that I was clear about what I needed and why. They promised then didn't deliver, leaving me with a stressful problem instead of the solution I thought I paid for. They refused a partial refund. They offered to come back, but I didn't feel they were the people for the job. In response to the owner's statements below, it would have taken more than 2 people three hours to clean the house in depth. The owner was told it was a premove-in clean of a "used" home and that I would not be moving in until May 30th. I was never "too busy" to check on it. I was simply not in the state of Florida. There were no "movers" just us moving boxes in from the POD. That is indeed my foot and is reflective of my daughter's feet as well. I am still attempting to get the floors clean. I have a bucketful of white cleaning cloths so black, the dirt would not come out in the wash using hot water and bleach. As I suspected, the floors were not in bad shape, but needed to be thoroughly scrubbed. I was never rude. I never threatened a negative review, I just decided to place one. This is the only bad review I have ever written. In response to them coming back out, I didn't see the point. They should not agree to perform services they are not set up for. His response below speaks for itself. I'm sure he means well and if your house isn't overly dirty, he is capable of a light cleaning. My father was a janitor and my parents cleaned office buildings and I know the difference between light and industrial.

Everything started out great, they were there early and very professional. The thorough cleaning package is suppose to include a thorough mopping of all floors, cleaning and disinfecting all fixtures and treating any mildew, shower door tracs, vanity, cleaning doors, trim, dusitng . Online it also says deep cleaing services include window sills, ceiling fans and other high dusting areas. With that said I was very surprised to find dirty light fixtures (on fans and hanging lamp) as well as master bathroom vanity lighting. The window sills still had dust and cob webbs. I even called and added the blind cleaning for an extra charge but all they did was hand clean/wash one blind and dust the other 8. "Thorough" mopping, more like they spread around the dirt. I thought it was clean so I let the kids walk barefoot and to my disgust their feet were filthy. No type of rinsing was done to the mop. The thorough cleaning also specifically states it includes treating any mildew but the lady told my husband that "there was some in the master bath shower and we would have to get a mildew specific cleaning spray for it ourselves. They dont have that kind of cleaner" I personally think they took advantage of the fact that my husband was there alone with our two kids. I wish I could have been there, house smelled great when I got there but I was not expecting what I got . Waist of time and money. Everything but the stove and refirgerator needs to be redone. You would think since the house was completely empty and there were things on the thorough cleaning package that they didnt have to do that they would do the other things to perfection...but wrong! Cleaning and passing a swiffer/dusting are not the same thing! I guess it makes sense that every other company I called was booked solid for a couple of weeks but this company fit me in first thing Monday morning (I called them on Friday).

Two housecleaners arrived promptly, worked non-stop for 3 hours and did a very good job. My house had not been cleaned in a couple of months after my nightmare with another service, so the fact that they managed to work quickly and efficiently was so important - as my son's room and bathroom was a time consuming chore. I am hoping to have them clean twice a month and then we focus on certain areas a little more, that cannot be focused on during the initial clean. I appreciate their hard work!

They arrived earlier than scheduled, got the job done, packed up their cleaning supplies and left. Good workers. I would recommend them! I'm pleased.

The women were sweet and professional, and did a fantastic job. The house had been sitting on the market for some time, and definitely had signs of that. The toilets were yucky and there was a layer of yuck on lots of surfaces. They did a great job! Clearly took their time and did a very thorough job. They also had to deal with the pest guy and a rude locksmith and handled it all very professionally. The house looks spotless and I'm very grateful! Would definitely recommend them and would use them again in the future!

The company really helped us out in a bind as we were getting our house ready to put on the market. For all they did, the price was very fair. Every thing looked great when the job was done. The only thing I would say is that the people who cleaned our house need to pay a little more attention to detail. We found a few places that they just seemed to miss. It was nothing glaring or obvious, but cleaning the not so visible places is still part of the job.

They crew is always so friendly and cheerful. They always do an amazing job on my 3,000 sqft home!

. JUST AWFUL. I CANNOT NOT SEE HOW YOU COULD RETAIN PROFESSIONALS IN CLEANING ON YOUR LIST. THEY ARE COMPLETELY IRRESPONSIBLE AND UNTRUSTWORTHY. AS I WROTE ABOVE THEY WERE SCHEDULED FOR AN APPOINTMENT TODAY AT 2 P:M AND THEY NEVER SHOWED UP OR CALLED. THEREFORE I HAVE SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT WITH SUZIE'S CLEANING TO DO THE DESIRED CLEANING. I SINCERELY REQUEST THAT YOU ADVISED THEM TO REFUND THE CHARGE OF $159 THEY TOOK FROM MY ACCOUNT AS OF JANUARY 5, 2015 AS I DON'T WANT ANYTHING MORE TO DO WITH THEM. I WOULD APPRECIATE ANY THING YOU CAN DO TO ASSIST ME IN OBTAINING THE REFUND. THANK YOU ROBERT H. THORPE

Very well. They were very thorough. They were very accommodating and we continued to use them on a biweekly basis.

Professionals In Cleaning, Inc. and I could not agree on services I needed versus services they were willing to perform. Their schedule of availability did not coincide with what I needed.

It was wonderful. They cleaned everything in the house.

Did not show. Did not contact me until several attempts were made, including an attempt by Angie's List. When he did respond he claimed that an email or text had been sent to me in response to my several email, voice mail and text messages to him. earlier. The attachment he sent as proof had no time line or evidence of actually being sent but was just a copy of an email. Client had contacted Angie's List, and while client was on the phone with Angie's List, just after also sending an email to the vendor through Angie's List, the vendor called. "He actually had the nerve to state that he was not calling because Angie's List had contacted him) He was extremely aggressive and rude and attempted to intimidate client. He claimed he was ill. Client asked him which day he had gotten ill and he responded on Friday, 12/19/2014. Client asked then why was no contact made on that date, instead of not making contact or showing up on date of scheduled service 12/22/14. Vendor became even more agitated claiming client was not "professional", leaving him a message at 8:30 am in the morning, when his business hours of operation started after 9:00AM. " Client had paid almost $250.00 for services and had called the vendor from 8:30 Am to 11:30 AM, before getting a negative, rude response, with an offer to do the cleaning after the holidays. it became apparent that the vendor had over-booked and wanted the provide the service after the scheduled date. " His final statement was that he did not care if he got an F rating. Avoid these people..

They were very professional and very thorough. They even washed my dishes. They were done in 2 1/2 hours. I'm usually leery about having someone else clean my house, but I have a toddler and it was nice having someone clean the house for me.

The crew was prompt, nice, polite and contacted us twice before they came. We are a foster home with multi-handicapped young adults. As such, I really have a hard time getting to everything, and things like dusting get pushed aside. I told them that the dust in our house was something Stephen King would write about, I want to be up front about how bad it was. The family cleaned the refrigerator (very well, I might add, it wasn't too bad, dirt-wise) and they cleaned the stove and the whole kitchen well. However, the dusting was done as a wipe-over ,nothing moved, and the floors weren't swept or mopped (that I could see). The bathrooms were done nicely. I was charged additional money for the extra work, but they stayed only four hours to the minute and were gone without doing the thorough cleaning that was advertised.

They were running late but called with entry of warning and still stayed to ensure everything was done.

Three cleaners came in, they were very professional and provided a thorough cleaning throughout the house, in all areas that were outlined in the deal. I am very happy with the end results!

They did an amazing job with the housecleaning, and they were very pleasant to deal with. I will definitely choose them, and only them, in the future for my house cleaning needs.

They have made the appointment several times. The first time no one no called no showed they said they did not have it down. The second no call no show something happened owner was in hospital. The third no call no show stated the truck was stolen. They showed up today 1 1/2 hours late and stated it would cost more money to clean the home.
