Professionals In Cleaning, Inc. 5/19/2014 Is the house empty? Customer 5/19/2014 No, the house won't be empty until the 13 of June. We will start showing the house the last week of May. Customer 6/5/2014 can you be here the 13th at 9:30? Professionals In Cleaning, Inc. 6/5/2014 Yes. You actually are on our schedule for the 13th @ 9:30-10am. Professionals In Cleaning, Inc.6/13/2014 Hi Customer, This is just a confirmation email that we will be at your home tomorrow between 9:30am and 10am. So, you see even though the initial date that we gave you didn't work, you did request a different date that did work. When we showed up to your property no one was there. We later received a message via the message center stating that you thought you canceled. Unfortunately, unless a customer calls and calls or requests a reschedule or some type of emergency happens on our end, we just don't decide to cancel or not show up to a customers house. I honestly feel that this review is very misleading on your behalf. None the less we wish you the best!
