Description of Work: They did a very good job. It took some time to get them scheduled as they were quite busy. This was my first time to try a cleaning service, and it was more expensive than I thought it would be. My wife was very pleased with their work, and since it was a gift for my wife, that is what mattered.

Description of Work: They were unable to complete the job. Some rooms not cleaned. Tile floors not mopped. Sweeper not completed. This was due to them being too closely scheduled in their work loads. Thus my housework was not completed and I had to finish it myself. I think Angie needs to look in to the time limit to complete the proper cleaning of a house and not overbook them and then not give them enough time to complete their job. Felt my money was wasted and I was not left with that CLEAN HOME FEELING. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Hi [member name removed], You purchased a standard cleaning. The deal is only good for 6 man hours. When you divide that by the amount of people that went, which was 3, it comes out to 2 hours worth of cleaning. It had nothing to do doing with being over booked. Also, when we left you expressed satisfaction. We try really hard to satisfy our customers and even being booked so far in advance we still do things the way we are suppose too. I remember trying to change so many things just to accommodate a date for you. I can only say in our defense is that if someone gets paid for a certain amount of hours to perform a job, we shouldn't have to work extra for free. It is not fair. There were other coupons available with no time limits. Unfortunately, you chose the cheapest one and therefore Angie's list has those coupons with time limits. Again it isn't fair that we worked really hard during those 2 hours and because we wouldn't work for free we get penalized. The point is....yes we were there for a little over 2 hours. But, the spaces we cleaned, were cleaned beyond a standard cleaning. Wish you the best on your future experiences and can only advise you to read any future deal you purchase in full.

Description of Work: They were supposed to clean my house but only cleaned two bathrooms, two bedrooms, and vacuumed. They also cleaned the kitchen. They did clean all my fans in most of my rooms except for three bedrooms. They did a good job on what they did but I had expected them to do more than just what they did. I thought my whole house was to be cleaned but as it turned out only half was done. I was disappointed as I had expected more and did not get it. Even though I was disappointed I would use them again as they did do a good job on what they did do.

With all due respect, it seemed like you we aggregated from before we arrived. Nothing that we did satisfied you. We did our very best. We stayed about an hour over our time. As far as never hearing back, when you called me on the phone you were rude and quite frankly overly disrespectful. Yes I understand that a table wasn't cleaned. But, when I offered to stay longer for the additional charge you got upset. Please feel free to take the time and read the coupon you actually paid for. It says 6 hours of standard house cleaning. We were there for 7 hours and we did a little more than just standard house cleaning. As a business owner I try my best to go above and beyond to satisfy my customers. But, I can't deal with unreasonable demands.
