Viv's cleaned my clothes dryer vent and did a very good job. At my request, they took the vent pipe apart in the attic and took it outside to clean it and make sure there were no obstructions. After putting it all back together they connected a vacuum to the vent and sucked out the portion of the vent pipe that was not removed for cleaning. New flexible venting was installed behind the dryer for connection to the metal vent pipe inside the wall running up into the attic. The dryer was set back into position and leveled. Overall, Viv's did a great job and I will call them again for future cleanings.

1. ASK THEM TO CUT AROUND VENTS SO PAINT DOES NOT TEAR. 2. HAVE THEM PUT ALL SCOPE IN WRITING (AS I FOUND OUT ONE AGREED UPON ITEM WAS NOT PERFORMED. 3. I WAS NOT HAPPY TO PULL OUT MY DRYER VENT TO FIND IT FULL OF LINT WHICH MAKES ME QUESTION WHETHER THEY TRULY CLEANED THE INSIDE OF THE DRYER.

Satisfied with contractor. NOT SATISFIED with the way HOME ADVISOR works. Advertisement is misleading. It says I will see numerous rates that contractors charge for the service. Instead, I was only given this one contractor, no rates given, and he immediately called me. I saw no credentials about him. THIS IS NOT THE WAY HOME ADVISOR SHOULD OPERATE.

They quoted $90 - $120 for the job and of course charged $120 ...and another $20 for hose.. I also noticed there was still lint on outside of home at vent outlet. I imagine they vacuumed out vent but hard to know.
