The service rep was on time and very nice. When he started the project with his drill and brush I noticed it was tearing the vent. This was not his fault, it really needed to be replaced. I feel he should have taken a better assessment of the situation and refused to do the job, sometimes its better to walk away. He replaced the hose he had damaged and charged me the full amount which was $110 for the service. Knowing how companies are these days I expect to pay their service call regardless.
