Mike promptly returned my call and was very courteous. I found him to be very honest because he told me that my dryer vent only has 1 angle and was therefore very clean. He suggested that I wouldn't need another service for several years. He could easily have recommended annual service - so I appreciate not getting taken advantage of. A stand up kind of guy!
