Excellent experience with Mike at Viv's. Called immediately to set up appointment. Accommodated my schedule for late in the day. Called in advance of arriving and arrived on time. He was careful, experienced and thorough, even checking the vent on my roof. Left the work area clean before leaving. Will use again and recommend them highly.

I had my dryer vent cleaning done last October by Michael and the charge was $125 that I agreed to and I gave Michael my credit card, when I got the statement I noticed that I was charged another $50 and I talked to Michael about it and he said he would get back to me and never did, I never agreed to the additional charge of $50

Excellent service! My new dryer arrived and could not be hooked up because of the lint build-up. I contacted Viv's and Mike responded in 5 minutes. He was there within an hour.
