Dear member, I’ve reached out to you multiple times before responding. Your overall C review is not deserved nor warranted. Based on all the members we have been so fortunate to assist I have found how much they rely on these reviews. To post a review based an item we have no control of in this case the low appraisal makes no sense. The industry changed years ago in hopes of helping the consumer in regards to lenders now not being able to select the appraiser. Below is your email to us when your appraisal didn’t work out so members can review correctly why you gave a low overall grade. “ I can't believe how low the appraisal came in. It appraised a lot higher in 2009. No, I didn't want to bring escrow compounds to closing. Considering this, I'm going to hold off on refinancing at this time. Then I would tell the next one that no one returned my emails or called to help and they would say, don't worry---and never to be heard from again. Dear member, based on my research I found an email I sent you spelling out the exact steps that needed to be done in January of 2014. You replied about derogatory items on your credit report. I asked you to send me your report so I could give you advise and you never did. You reached to us in August and my team member followed up with you and reviewed the mortgage guidelines for your specific scenario. You stated you already had a lender and you would keep our information as a backup. We offered the same or slightly better option than this lender. My team member that last spoke to you stated "I did return every phone call and I would have never thought from my conversation with her that she would submit an F report". I'm sorry for your experience. Members will see this from our outstanding reviews the information in your review is either a fluke our information is missing. We pride ourselves on giving members the best advice, mortgage options with best possible rates, terms, & costs, & best customer service is a given. Several of the reviews submitted by members are purely done by members because of the awesome advice we give. We are transparent and educate you on all your options based on your specific scenario. Description of Work: Mike & Peter and their team were very responsive and informative. They answered all of my questions promptly and professionally. They followed up with me and kept in touch when I had been gone a week on vacation. I appreciated the follow up. I had done a short sale on a previous property within the last 3 years and I need to wait until the summer of 2015 before I can purchase another home. Peter was up front with me about that and put me on his calendar to follow up next summer to help us in our next purchase. We are looking forward to working with them.
