Everyone on the entire team from first contact to closing was knowledgeable, informative, helpful and professional. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of financing. They really took what I felt was going to be a complicated job and made the whole process very smooth.

We received an immediate response to our initial inquiry about obtaining a refinance, which included costs, rate, future payment amount and timeline for the process. The information provided answered all of our questions and helped us make the decision to proceed. Names and contact information were provided for each team member who would be handling our loan process. This information was helpful because if we had a question we knew exactly who to call. Mailing labels were provided to help expedite mailings that were needed for hard copy items. This was a huge convenience because we live in a rural area and have close proximity access to FedEx drop boxes, but have to drive some distance to mailing centers. Updates to the status of the processing were provided and offers to answer any questions we might have were also offered throughout the process.. The document signing for the closing process was also very convenient because an agent came to our home at a day and time that was convenient to us. Overall the loan processing and final closing was handled extremely professionally and convenient to our needs. This is the third loan Michael Murgatroy has handled for us and he and his team have our highest recommendations.

I contacted Mike and his team at WCS Lending about refinancing after reading the positive reviews on Angies List. Mike called me back within 20 minutes and we discussed my situation. The entire process went very smoothly. Mike and his team were in contact with me through the entire process. I had a decent amount of equity in my home, but my current bank said they couldnt do anything for me. Alot of the other large banks said just to stick with what I currently had, which I knew was too high. Mike was able to lower my mortgage by almost 3 points and save me close to 600 dollars per month. I also went from interest only to principal and interest. I also received a lenders credit back at closing. I will continue to turn to Mike and his team at WCS Lending for future mortgage refinancing and purchases. I will also recommend him and his team to all of my friends and family. Mike seems to be one of the few out there really looking out for the consumer.

Like a lot of people we have an upside down mortgage and through AL I found Mike. Great reviews so I contacted him. He answered promptly back with me asking me specific questions. He was unable to help me because of our loan to ? ration being too high and he referred me to another company that could help me. He was very nice, professional and prompt in our correspondence of emails. I was disappointed we couldn't use him because he seemed great!

EXCELLENT !!! Absolutely awesome. We we all set to close with another lender whom we weren't happy with and after yet another mistake decided enough is enough. I looked on Angie's list, which of course I should have done in the first place. Mike and his team was great from the start and their professional and communication continued through out the entire process. All questions were quickly addressed. It was a smooth and easy process and they did exactly what they said and when and save us money !! It was absolutely pain free. Don't make the same mistake I did and search the net .. use Mike from start and you'll be glad you did. I have referred him to many of our friends and would use him again in a heart beat. We refinanced our home mortgage with Mike Murgatroy. We had refinanced twice previously with other companies, and this was by far the smoothest and least expensive transaction. Mike was responsive, patient, professional, and attentive, as were the other members of his team. We couldn't be more pleased with the process or the end result - which was a painless refinance at incredible rates. We are happy to give Mike our highest recommendation.

Andrew provided me a very competitive rate for 15 year fixed mortgage for refinancing. The best about WCS lending is that they helped me close the loan in very short time period. They guided me very step of e refinancing process an Deere very prompt in getting back to me whenever I had questions. I was very satisfied with the service provided by WCS lending.

I can't say enough great things about the work Mike and his team have done in getting our loan application processed and approved in a timely fashion. We actually aren't even closing on our new home until March, but the loan is already in place. They are super quick to respond to any questions (usually within a couple of hours), very transparent whenever I asked for a status update, and have a very streamlined process that makes it easy to take care of everything over email. They even disputed and resolved an issue we had with a low-quality appraisal report without any need for my involvement. We locked in a low rate and the fees look like they will be very reasonable, better than I have seen from competitors. What else can I say? I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I was receiving many email and regular mail request requesting me to contact them to refinance my under water mortgage. I had no idea who I could trust. I contacted the bank that held my current mortgage. They said that they did not see a problem refinancing my house at a lower interest rate. I completed their application and submitted it for approval. The bank came up with a lower interest but wasn't but was not as low as what the email and regular mail rate estimates. I was not sure who was making the best offer. I looked on Angie's List for a mortgage broker. That is where I found Mike Murgatroy. Mike and his organization researched for the best refinance rate. They did a great job. The communication between Mike and myself was very quick. They worked several days. Final determination was the bank I was with was offering the best rate. Mike did not charge for his efforts.

I called a number of mortgage companies. Several offered the same or similar interest rates, but the costs of doing business were different. Mike Murgatroy Lending's was less expensive by several hundred dollars. I worked with Andrew via phone and email and he was always professional and courteous.

We had a great experience with them. We just had to put the required mortgage information together and send it to them and they took care of the rest. They got us a fantastic interest rate and managed the process very well, so that it was minimal effort for us. They were very responsive and quick to answer any questions along the way. We'd definitely use them again.

The process was quick and easy, just called Mike he sent us an estimate and we happily agreed. Mike sent us a package to complete and the list of documents we needed.We scanned and emailed everything to him . We just set back and waited for Mike to contact us, he called us when it was time to sign loan documents at the title company. We went in and signed the documents and it was completed. So happy with the service we received.

Mike and his team were very professional. Mike spent time with me answering all of my questions. As questions of the process came up I would email him and often within minutes he was responding with answer. His team kept me updated on the loan process and was able to "fast track" our VA loan application in under 42 days. Our loan rate was excellent. Our 30 year APR rate was as good as most 15 yr loans. I would definitely use Mike and his team again and/or recommend him to a friend.

Mike's group is very professional and does an EXCELLENT job of keeping you in the loop. I was a first time refinancer and the idea of handling everything over the web was a little scary at first. Mike himself gives you a general overview of the process and finds the best overall package that he can get for your area. He then introduces you to the team that will handle your individual loan. I found that any time I called or emailed, I was able to get an intelligent answer back in 24 hrs or less (often in a couple of hours). We did have a small paperwork mess up that pushed the loan closing out past the scheduled date but Mike's team was able to work with the lender to extend the terms and interest rate so we could close based on our original agreement. I delayed posting my review on Angie's List until after my first payments had processed through our lender. I have already recomended Mike and his team to friends and coworkers and would whole heartedly do it again.

I searched Angie's List for recommended brokers to refinance my home mortgage. Mike Murgatroy Lending was very highly rated by a number of customers. I sent him an email and he got back to me immediately. We then talked on the phone about what I was interested in (no-cost refinance) and he asked a number of questions and was able to get back to me immediately with rates. Mike was extremely knowledgeable and personable on the phone. The next day I coordinated with Mike and we went forward with the refinance. All through the process, both he and his staff were extremely courtious, knowledgeable, helpful and, well, I am running out of adjectives. No only did I get a no-cost refinance, it was a negative cost refinance! Yes, Mike found a lender with a credit that more than covered the refinance costs. It is nice to refinance AND pocket money. The rate he found was *extremely* competitive, too. I could not beat that rate at various credit unions I am a member of, some of which I joined years ago solely to be able to get great refinance rates. The whole process was so simple, to include having a notary sent to my office to sign the papers. I have an immense amount of trust in Mike Murgatroy Lending and the staff there. Mike Murgatroy and his team are trustworthy, professional and very experienced in their field of business. I went to Mr. Murgatroy for my first home loan and was very pleased by the quick response and how everything was on time at closing. Mr. Murgatroy also helped me by letting me know what I needed to do to help my credit score for the future, so I could get the best rate. This year in October, my wife and I decided to go back to Mike and his team to see if refinancing would be possible. It was and I received the best rate I could with my credit score at the time. Mike and co. did a fine job in getting our mortgage refinanced. He originally answered all our questions, as some other lenders we dealt with had less patience. Hey we are not dealing with mortgage refis on a daily basis here, and he understands that. Once we got the ball rolling, he kept us in the loop on what was going on and what the next steps were. We were a little apprehensive in dealing with someone solely over the web/phone (we live in MA) but overall we found working with Mike's company more convenient than working with local vendors. We didn't have to make time/drive to anyone's office to go over paperwork and even the closing was arranged at our home, with a legal representative visiting us. We were very satisfied with the rate we got.

I live in California and Mike is in Florida and I wanted to refi my condo to get in on the low rates. Even though he has great reviews, I was concerned that the distance between us might cause a problem. Instead, Mike responded within minutes every time I contacted him. He was always right there as soon as I needed him. When I faxed paperwork, it was handled immediately. My last loan before this one was done by someone local, and I didn't communicate with him nearly as often as I did with Mike.. My refi was initially tough because I got a low appraisal at first. It was a valid, 3rd party appraisal, -similar condos in my area were selling at low prices for a while. In the end, because Mike Never stopped pushing my refi, I ended up with an amazing 2.875% rate. There are a lot of sleazy brokers out now promising the moon, where you feel like they are used car salesmen and trust nothing they say. This guy is just a hard working, sharp, good guy who always is a straight shooter. He is worth the A ratings he gets. When I don't like service I get, I'm very vocal, but Mike knows what he's doing, and I appreciate it. It is not easy to get loans these days- banks are very picky with giving away these good deals. This company helped me make sure I had all my ducks in a row, and had all the info ready that the banks would want. Everything was handled promptly -Peter helped me with obstacles, Connie made sure I had everything organized to be approved,- honestly, I can't say enough good about this company and Mike in particular. Thank you Mike for your persistence, your honesty, your efficiency and the great results you got for me.

They couldn't do the mortgage refi because they aren't licensed in my state but took the time to help prepare me for working with other companies.

The experience was perfect. Mike and his team were easy to communicate and always willing to help. Being that I was trying to refinance an underwater home, Mike was very honest about the challenges and time frame that presented. His team was able to secure funding and close my property within the time frame he estimated and the rate and closing costs were significantly lower then even he had predicted!
