Great! Have worked with Mike Murgatory and his wonderful team, on many occassions. They have always come through in a timely manner. Very helpful for seniors that aren't that computer savvy. Original loan was 3.5 and financed down to 2.5%. Completed all the paperwork at home and never saw anyone until closing. They came to the house. Even during this time of Covid it was quick seeing as they are located in Florida. THANKS TEAM

I have nothing the best to say about Mike Murgatroy and his team, including Peter, Monica, Geneva, Teri, and Connie. I've done business with this group 4 times now - the mortgage on my previous home, the mortgage on my current home, and 2 refinances. I had just refinanced my current home in January, and was surprised when I received a message from Peter informing me I should take advantage of the even lower rates available to me now. They really look out for the best interest of you and your family. The team makes the process so easy too! They are all very responsive, professional, and informative. They will follow-up with you quickly regardless of the time. Their method for collecting all the documentation they need for underwriting is super intuitive, and the flash close process makes closing go so effortlessly. I've referred a few friends of mine for their home loan needs and they've all had the same great experience. I would not hesitate to recommend this team to anyone. I have refinanced my mortgage before but it was never as seamless and efficient as Mike Murgatroy Guaranteed Rate. Furthermore, I already had a very low interest rate but they were able to go below that without my having to buy points. What's more, they are in Florida, I am in Washington State and the company is familiar with the real estate rules & laws within my state. One of three conversations I had with brokers, Guaranteed Rate was chosen because of how I felt talking with Peter - he was very direct, knowledgeable with a sense of humor. Mike & his team did an amazing job with my loan. And I'm not easy because I'm self employed. And, I left for a vacation a couple of weeks before my closing so they had to do some extra work digging around for last minute documents to make sure my loan closed on time. In this day and age distance is no barrier. Finding an individual/company that is fair and honest is the goal. As I have learned, shopping for the lowest interest rate is not a viable option. Companies can advertise a low rate but, in the end, they can add on additional fees that will cancel out that advertised low interest rate. In addition to tricking you with a fabulous interest rate, when you start the process, you will lock in the current rate. If that rate drops prior to closing, the company should decrease your locked in rate accordingly. BUT, how do you know if they choose not to? It benefits them if the rate is higher. Michael Murgatroy and his team prove again, that their goal is to represent you with amazing integrity. During this past month as I started my loan process, my interest rate was initially quoted at 3.75% but at closing I was surprised to see the rate at 3.375%! The online process is incredible smooth, easy and fast. From start to closing was less than 4 weeks. Communication with the team either by phone, email or messaging is timely. They want to make sure that all questions that you may have are answered. I highly recommend using this team for any new mortgage or a refinance of a current mortgage. Just remember, you want individuals that have your personal interest as their priority.
