Outstanding! I've done a refinance and two home purchases using Mike Murgatroy and his team at Guaranteed Rate. They are prompt, clear and professional in all interactions. From what I need to get together to complete the loan to counseling me as to the best type of loan to pursue...they have done an excellent job across the board. First time refinance customer so I was not familiar with the refinance process, requirements, anticipated timeline or what to expect. With each question I had they had an answer or obtained an answer (from appraiser and/or title company). A few hiccups with title company and Mike and his team did nothing but assure me they would handle and follow through and they did just that! Mike's team includes nothing but the best and Patrick diligently went above and beyond! Awesome- I know it's a weird word choice for a mortgage provider, but Mike and team are fantastic and I have used them 4 times now. I have worked with Mike Murgatroy and his team on two separate cash out refinances for home remodeling. Mike, Connie, Matthew, Monica, Andrew and Patrick were all communicative, accommodating and professional. The process was easy and everything was explained clearly. In particular, I was out of town during the second closing but a notary was made available for the signing at a convenient time and location. The rates and fees were the best I was able to find. The cost of services is the average I paid for the services ($1532 and $1590, including lender credit, but not including prepaid interest).
