Description of Work: I called Mike to ask him a number of questions about refinancing, including a technical question that I thought I already had the answer for. Three other mortgage brokers told me the same thing - which was wrong. The rule had changed. Only Mike knew of this change, and then to top it off, sent me the Fannie Mae Announcement of the rule change. Just to double check he wasn't seeing something that wasn't there, I called back one of the brokers I had called earlier. She confirmed the change. Mike was right! We are still some months out from obtaining our mortgage. All I can say now is Mike knew what other brokers did not. Thanks Mike for steering me in the right direction!
