Moved 3 bed townhouse with speed and easy. They showed up early and did a great job price was exactly what I was quoted and they were very careful and professional I would highly recommend A+

The crew arrived on time, taking a few minutes to go over what was staying and going. They were well organized in the loading phase of the job. Unloading went well until the later stages when fatigue began to take it's toll. They continued to give their best effort, but small amounts of damage to the furniture began to creep in. They finished well, in a comprehensive manner getting everything done. Overall I was satisfied with the job done as a whole. This takes into account what an exhausting job moving furniture is.

Dennis was very responsive to my request and made every effort to accommodate my schedule. The crew showed up timely and got to work right away. They were a very nice group and were pleasant to be around. The men were very polite and went above and beyond. They paid attention to my requests and were happy to help. I've moved several times locally and three times across the country. I've had plenty of experience with movers. Not all movers are polite and willing to do their best. Helping Hands Moving met and exceeded my expectations. I will be using them again when I move.

I scheduled the appointment with Dennis and he fit me in right away. The day of the move, Ryan and 2 guys showed up early ready to go. They worked as a team and got everything packed up, and on the truck in an hour. We got to the apartment, and they got everything unloaded in no time. They were nice, and professional. This move is temporary and I told Ryan my next move is to Port Saint Lucie in a couple of months and I am going to be giving them a call. They were awesome.

This company did an outstanding job for us. Dennis scheduled the move beautifully - he returned my phone calls very quickly and called the day before to make sure we were ready. He patiently answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. I wasn't sure all our stuff would fit onto one truck --- Dennis assessed how much furniture we had and sent 2 trucks. Worked out beautifully! Ryan and his crew showed up as scheduled - there were 4 men in total. They all worked very hard, very efficiently, in a friendly & professional manner and were very polite. It was a smooth move --- well orchestrated and organized. Nothing got damaged and the men finished sooner than expected. I highly recommend this company. I would use them again without hesitation.

The team arrived early and worked quickly, but there was little damage to our apartment or furnishings. There was a small scratch on the wall upstairs, and when Dennis found out about it, he immediately offered to come fix the problem. I also have an antique library table which the team moved with special care. The carpets were not yet finished being cleaned in our new townhome so the team could not place all of our furniture where we needed it, which was certainly not their fault, but it was obvious that they wished that they could completely finish the job. All around, this was easily the best moving experience that either my husband or myself has ever had! Thanks in large part to the Helping Hands moving team!

These guys are awesome. I may update this review later as I get more details, but here's the story: I am out of town on business this week, so we packed everything ahead of time and stuck to our moving date. Dennis' team showed up right on time, moved everything in record time (under two hours to empty out the whole place and load the truck) and even went out of their way to move two bicycles (locked together, key in my pocket out of town - that's what you call above and beyond). Even though this was a job paid by the hour, the crew at times ran back and forth in order to finish faster. Never seen anything like this before. My very pregnant wife called me to tell me how happy she was with this service. I'd definitely recommend this company. Way to go!

They were terrific. It was three guys and they were quick. They did it in the three hours that they said they would. I was amazed.

My experience with Helping Hands started with an email to Dennis. He responded right away and stayed in touch regarding our move. Nothing short of outstanding communication! The movers he sent were polite, professional, and serious about their work. They not only did a great job moving our stuff, but went over and above by rearranging the storage unit so everything fit. The 3 guys sent out to move us did a great job. They were constantly moving and working hard. The office called to confirm prior to the move and the day of the move to tell us they were on their way. We were moved in the 3 hour time frame we paid for and the office checked in half way and after the move to make sure everything was going well. I would highly recommend Helping Hands Moving LLC.

I contracted them to move me out of my rental home and into a storage unit, since I had a stroke and needed to downsize. A night before they were scheduled I called to tell them that I was unable to pack everything because of the stroke, and they came the next morning fully prepared to help in any way they could. Three men packed for the entire day, and they had to come back the next day to actually move, which, I am sure, threw their schedule off! They were punctual, to the minute, polite, professional, and very caring. They were not slow, very careful, and tried to do a careful but quick job since they charge by the hour. In short, I could not have moved without them. They are a godsend, and for all the work they did, very, very reasonably priced.

It was great. I paid $425 for 3 hours of moving services through Angie's list. Normally I would have been concerned paying by the hour that the pace would be slow. The many great reviews this company had assured me that would not be the case. I agree with the great reviews I read. Ryan and 2 other men (wish I could remember their names) arrived 10 minutes early. I showed him everything that needed to go. They began working immediately. Within an hour everything was cleared out and we were on our way. They kept the same pace during the unloading. The owner had given me a heads-up when I scheduled that my move probably would go over the 3 hours because of the size of my home and the distance to my new home. Ryan and his crew finished right on time. I couldn't believe it because I didn't believe it could be done that quickly. They are amazing, hardworking young men who were very respectful to me and my belongings. Also yesterday afternoon, I received a call from the owner asking me if I was satisfied with the job they did. Great, old fashioned, excellent customer service.

Colin and Tom arrived a few minutes early. They worked very hard loading all the furniture and boxes into the truck and moved it to the new condo. They then unloaded everything, set up the bedroom furniture, dining room set (the table had to be put together), and the entertainment center. They even dropped off a few items at the bulk pick up site on their way out. They were very careful and professional. I would love to use them again if I need to move!

Dennis called to confirm the day before. He showed up with 4 other guys 15 minutes early. He and his crew, led by Ryan, did a whole walk-through of the house confirming what was going and what was staying, They then got to work. They moved FAST. They were very careful with everything, very deliberate with the order they went through the house and they used every inch of space in the storage units. Dennis coordinated everything inside and Ryan coordinated everything going into the units. His guys worked fast and carefully. I would not hesitate to use them again; in fact, I'll be calling them to take the stuff back out of storage as soon as I move. After using We Move On Demand before this, I'll never go to anyone else. The difference between Helping Hands and We Move on Demand is night and day. On a prior move, We Move on Demand underquoted me on the space which would be needed, so I ended up having to pay for extra time. This time, I had We Move on Demand come out again for a quote and I knew he underestimated. Dennis nailed it. He knew exactly how much space I was going to need and didn't undershoot it to make extra money. They actually finished within the 3 hour minimum, which was great.

They were really good, they are a nice company, they were very professional and they would really care for furniture, there work study, you know they were good guys. They treated me well and they are very respectful. They did a good job and I would definitely use them a gain.

This is the second time I used this company. The second time was even better than the first! Ask for Ryan to be the lead on the team. Both times they completed the work within the 3 hours that I paid for on Angie's list. They were aware of the time frame and made it work. They are great and I would use them again!

One of the most significant aspect of this company was that it has one of the people on staff who knows how to move a sleep number bed. The 'Sleep Number" people are very unhelpful with moving a sleep number bed. They will dis assemble it one day and then return a day later to re assemble it at the new location. But they will not move it They will not do both the same day.. They also charge nearly $200 for each visit or nearly $400 total. Helping Hands has someone who disassembled the Sleep Number Bed and moved it to the new home then re assembled it. They tested all the functions of the bed and were very careful. Ours was the most complicated and most expensive of the Sleep Number beds. Helping Hands has a Great crew. These were all dedicated, clean cut young men not afraid of work. They were a team and worked very well together.

I could not be more impressed with Helping Hands Moving. The day before the move, the owner contacted me to confirm the time window, between 9:30AM and 11:30AM. The day of the move, we were expecting the movers to get there towards the end of the time window, if not late, because that has been our experience with other companies in the past. You can imagine my surprise when the movers called when they were 15 minutes out saying they would arrive by 10:00AM. As soon as the 2 gentleman moving us got to our town home, they got to work. They surveyed all of our stuff that needed to be packed and began moving it into the truck. I have never been more impressed with how hard 2 people have worked. They did not stop to take breaks. They wrapped some of the things we missed, and were pleasant the entire time. It only took them an hour to load everything and get the truck ready. And I want to make an important note that they did not damage a single one of our items. After they left, the owner called the make sure everything went smoothly, which impressed me further. I cannot be more happy with our choice to use Helping Hands Moving for our move. They added peace of mind when there was none before.

Very Happy with service. Confirmed prior to move date. Also sent insurance to my Condo assn. as requested prior to move.Arrived promptly on time. Worked very fast and experienced. Poor guys sweated their butts off and never complained. Hard workers. I was very impressed - Best move I have had. Highly recommend!

It all went very well, starting with their prompt arrival at 8 in the morning. The men were very professional - organized, cooperative, thoughtful, and careful of our property, as well as pleasant to work with. They were very helpful, especially when 'combining' the remaining items from 3 storage lockers into one, as well as when 'moving' items around at our direction within the apartment. Also, they worked efficiently - did not have to 're-pack' the truck, which help keep the 'overage' time [beyond the 'coupon' deal] to a minimum. What more can I say? They showed up at the appointed time. They proceeded to pull the furniture from the storage lockers and load it onto the truck. They drove to the apartment building, and there proceeded to unload the truck and carry the various items to the apartment, where they placed it at my wife's and my direction. SIMPLE, STRAIGHTFORWARD, PROFESSIONALLY DONE ! What more could we have asked for?

Small move for home to home

I booked through a third party company and ended up with Helping Hands coming to unload my POD storage container that had been delivered to my driveway. The booking was for two hours, with the caveat that each additional hour would cost $80. Knowing this, I expected the crew to slowly unload the container and take extra time. However, the crew that came from Helping Hands was amazing. They arrived within the stated window, got right to work, and moved everything in quickly and efficiently. They put all the furniture in the correct rooms and assembled it all, then moved it to the exact place that we wanted it. Not only did the guys finish in under the two hours allotted, they actually were done with our entire 16' POD within 1 1/2 hours. No furniture or walls were damaged, and they took care to put padding down on the floors when they were assembling the furniture so that it didn't get scratched. All in all, it was a great experience and I would definitely call them again if we need help with another move!
