Description of Work: best move I ever experienced. Dennis came and estimated the move and then brought 5 men and two trucks. He had estimated the move would take 12 hours, but everyone was so coordinated it only took 6. They handled everything carefully, wrapped the fragile pieces and moved them to the right floor (we moved into a 2-story home. Everyone was extremely courteous and professional. They pointed out any damage that was there before the piece was moved and Dennis guaranteed any damage would be taken care of free of charge. Dennis was there every moment supervising the move and it couldn't have been better. I have moved a number of times and this was the only move that did not stress anyone of us. I would use him again if I needed to move anything.

Description of Work: I purchased the deal for my move which is to take place in 4 days and the company was not available to perform the work. I am requesting the refund so I can apply the funds to a separate moving company. They were very prompt and courteous.

Description of Work: The 3 guys worked very hard and efficiently. They did a great job.

Description of Work: Job was professional and timely. Dennis provided communication on arrival time and meeting our time constraints. They treated our furniture with care and moved a 3 bedroom house within 3 hours. Very professional.

Description of Work: price covered packing complete. everything moved per stated schedule workers very respective and careful with my antiques, I would consider using them again.

Description of Work: The date and time of the move were changed several times. On moving day I was accused of "adding things" and therefore at least a dozen items were left behind. (My friend has stored them until I can return for them). I overheard his one constant moving helper say that this was not the first time it had happened. Sadly, Dennis talks fast but doesn't deliver. I have moved several times and this was the worst experience.
