Description of Work: The team was extremely punctual and speedy. They were communicative when a roadblock was identified and moved all items in a professional manner.

Description of Work: They moved furniture out of a home in Stuart, FL and moved furniture to a condo in Stuart and a condo in Del Ray, they also reassembled furniture at both destinations as well They were absolutely fantastic in every respect. They were on time, courteous, had great attitudes, and made what could have been a very stressful day a very good one. The price was great with the Big Deal and I added an extra three hours and still found the price to be very good.

Description of Work: They arrived on time and wrapped furniture with care and were very fast. They asked questions as needed and even made sure the glass shelves in China cabinet went in correct place and that my adjustable bed was plugged in correctly and ready for my much needed sleep! I loved their work and would definitely hire them from a small move to a large move.

Description of Work: When I first spoke with Dennis he said it was their goal to exceed expectations and that's what he and his men did. They load our 2-bedroom apartment in record speed and were extremely respectful both to us and to our property. I'd highly recommend you use them.

Description of Work: showed on time....charged 150 per hour...3 hr minimum....had my whole apt packed on truck in 1.5 hrs and whole job done in 3.5 hrs....fast...cant think of one thing scratched or damaged and took care to wrap everything well....I would recommend them

Description of Work: I want to start by stating that I do not do reviews unless they are good but this company really upset with me their dishonesty and manipulation when they only needed to be transparent. I scheduled an appointment and confirmed it. The Sunday before the appt at 12 noon I receive a call from the owner Dennis asking to come over for the appt now rather than the scheduled appt on Monday. I told him I could not and confirmed Monday's appt. I get to the house I am moving only to receive an email stating I am not going to make it two of my team called in sick and I have to work on the truck moving people. In his email he clearly states, "We are doubled booked". Not a coincidence as you can see and Dennis should have been transparent on Sunday telling me he was not showing up on Monday and I need to see him Sunday or cancel. I took time off work for this apt and no call in the morning just an email I may have missed if I was not checking emails. When I spoke to Dennis is stated he did not know just ask his guys. Really??? I am a professional as I thought he was too, and all he had to do was be honest and transparent with me from the start. He could just have easily told me that he will be over after the move he was doing since he knew I had taken off of work already and did not offer that either which shows me he as not honest a manipulator. He only offered 2pm the next day. Fortunately there are others I can call for this move. He is overbooked and understaffed due to his discounts. Asking a potential customer to take two days from work , rather than come after the move you had to do because people were sick. He also told me on the phone "you should see I am working my a** off right now". Really, great way to have a customer conversation. I don't know about everyone else but I am tired of companies taking advantage of the customer's time like it does not matter or it is of no value to them. I am tired of companies thinking my way or no way. I am tired of the new strategy of the company comes first not the customer. I am also very weary of companies that think it is ok to lie, manipulate and disappoint their customers to suit their poor management skills and planning. When I asked why did you not call me he told me I don't call customers that early. He can email that early but not call. It was 730 am when he emailed not sunrise like his response stated. Why would a company double book when they already have appts? When I sent an email expressing my feelings back to him he changes his mind and states" I can come today after all , only after this move." Clearly I don't want to do business with someone who double books, is dishonest from the start and only after I am upset they change their mind and decide they can come. I give this company minus 1 star.
