They were very responsive. They were booked up during the time frame I needed to make an appointment. We did schedule a time, but it ended up not working out for me. Since we weren’t able to work out the schedule and I had to cancel the Big Deal. It was a decent experience.

These guys were GREAT! An absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. They were by far the most reasonably priced, and we couldn't have asked for more capable and professional movers. Helping Hands helped us move our 4000sq ft house into a storage facility. Without them there is absolutely NO WAY we could have moved all of our belongings into a 30ft x 10ft facility, which is now saving us hundreds of dollars a month. The team was punctual, professional, capable, and clearly cared about doing a great job. We would absolutely use them again, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

They wrapped all the furniture and were very neat. Everything turned out very well with the move.

The service was excellent. The company was early, and worked quickly. Once we arrived at my new apartment they dodo not just throw my stuff any where. They asked where everything went and would move it again if I changed my mind. They even stayed to make sure all the furniture was exactly where I wanted it!

Took my call on Sunday morning. awesome. Asked a few simple questions to understand the size of move, location and date. My answer was ASAP. i was given two choices within three days and i took tomorrow afternoon. I was sent a text with instructions to provide details to an email address. In less than ten minutes my move was negotiated, priced and scheduled. I could enjoy the day. Day of move I received a call to confirm and then a call from the driver. The crew was prompt, neat and got straight to work after simple paperwork and a tour of the house contents. The crew worked at a good pace and were careful to follow the few special requests I made with fragile items. They also removed a heavy shelf to the dumpster area for me. After a walk through, we were on the road to my new home. The unload was also at a good pace, organized and careful. The job was completed as requested, ahead of schedule. Perfect execution. Handshakes, smiles were shared with my compliments and a tip I was happy to give to these hard workers. The Truck, tools and supplies were all clean. Best move ever.

He was wonderful! He was very fair, caring, careful, and prompt and did a great job. As soon as he saw something that wasn’t right (broken furniture) he would call and let me know and that way I could take pictures of it and let the loading company know what had happened. I would definitely recommend him and I would call him again if I needed to use him again. He was very nice and very prompt in his responsiveness via phone and email. The price was more than fair and he was much lower than the other two places I had called.
