Superb! Dennis was both caring and professional from our first telephone contact with him until the last item was unloaded from the truck today. He and the two men who worked with him were extremely organized, very careful with each item, and worked quickly. and efficiently as a team. After very stressful moves in the past with other companies, it was refreshing to work with Helping Hands Moving! At our office building, at the storage facility, and at the charity, people who observed the movers asked either Dennis or me for his card. We chose the moving company because of Angie's List. However, in this case, none of the required options that Angie's List requires for an address where work was performed really fits a moving company-especially if there are multiple stops. There was an office building in Palm Beach Gardens for the pick ups and deliveries to a home and storage facility in Palm Beach Gardens and a charity in West Palm Beach. As a result, I almost gave up and didn't submit the review, but wanted others to know about an outstanding company.

Very courteous cheerful and willing to do anything to please. never got attitude or nasty at any time. Pleasure doing business with this mover Most experience in past with other movers was unpleasant.

This review is based on the customer service I received while arranging my move. I ended up canceling the move a few days before it was supposed to happen.

Without a hitch, absolutely phenomenal. They were punctual, professional, and they were so good I even bought them lunch. I gave them a $30.00 tip each for their work.

Called Dennis of Helping Hands because I needed an office moved in a pinch, he quickly scheduled two gentlemen to come out to the office that met my schedule. Josh & Ernie arrived and were clean cut, polite, strong and had a sense of humor. Josh & Ernie were scientists when it came to moving some expensive furniture and equipment. They removed doors, carefully moved other large furniture so that they could facilitate moving through narrow halls and doors. Before I knew it they were finished and had everything back in place. They worked carefully, efficiently and quickly with no damage to anything. I am very happy with Helping Hands, they did a great job for me. Lastly let me say that Dennis hires Veterans to work for the company. As a Veteran I appreciate that effort in providing employment to those who have served our country and risked their lives for our safety and freedom.

Communication was great and the guys were very friendly. The moving day had to actually be pushed one day because when they first arrived the weather was turning bad and it was beginning to rain. Due to the liability of their safety and the potential damage to our property from the rain whilst moving it to and fro, the best decision was made with their advice to come back a day later and proceed when the weather was better (and we just made it on that second day before it rained again!). The guys worked quickly and efficiently and were careful with our possessions. Despite this though one table with very fragile legs did have one break. It wasn't an issue though, one of the guys fixed it immediately on the spot and actually made it stronger than it was before. They also secured a mirror to a dresser making it much more secure than it was before and they did this without being prompted. They were incredibly helpful and willing to offer as much service as we required. We would definitely use them again and recommend their services.

The three workers came on time and carefully took all of the contents to the truck. I was impressed that they quickly adjusted to the breakdown of our elevator given that the condo was on the third floor. When necessary, items were wrapped before they were moved. The three guys carefully placed the items at the spots indicated by my wife and I. There was virtually no damage to our furniture. I would use this company again.

These guys were great. Very flexible, I had a lot of LOOSE stuff, they boxed up quite a bit and were EXTREMELY careful with big items. Padded all the pieces, not a thing was damaged. They were friendly and nice, courteous, easy to work with and very professional. Moving is such a nightmare and they made it so easy. And the price was fantastic, AND they moved me on a Sunday, stayed in touch telling me they were on the way and it all just went so well. I was so relieved. They are GOOD. I would use them again in a heartbeat and recommend them as well.

Dennis was responsive and helpful by phone and email. Movers arrived on time and got all work completed in less than the time allotted. Movers were prompt, courteous, and professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Move went great. The team of movers were on time and got to work immediately upon arriving. The bulk of the time was spent navigating the stairs at the apartment complex, and the unload went much quicker.

Absolutely fantastic! It was a challenging time for me personally so dealing with moving house added to the strain and emotional well being but Dennis took it all in his stride. I felt a huge amount of relief that this wonderful company was helping me move. From the outset the calls, follow up and attention to detail were excellent. When they arrived I was surprised at how quickly and efficiently they worked to get everything into the van. They then had to drive down to Miami to meet me at a storage unit and even there provided a sense of well being as he helped me acquire a bigger unit as I had ordered the wrong size. A week later I met Dennis at the storage unit where again the truck was loaded up then driven to my apartment and unloaded. There were many highlights to this double move but the two that stood out the most were the fact they came back down to Miami to complete my move for me and also putting together the bed that had been taken to pieces for the move (I appreciate that's a given with moving companies but it was done so quickly and effortlessly :). I work for a luxury hotel company that prides itself in offering exceptional service - this company under Dennis' leadership exemplifies everything the hotel company tries to achieve. Dennis managed to turn a stressful event into a painless, easy experience. I had no qualms whatsoever about my belongings and furniture as I myself, felt like I was being looked after and protected so I knew that all my items would be too. I would recommend these movers without a moments hesitation and urge anyone reading this to just book your move - you won't be disappointed!

The move was scheduled for 8 AM and they showed up early! The movers were cheerful, respectful and helpful. My firend said that she has moved many times over the years and that these movers were the best she ever had.

I originally hired a different mover well in advance, but the company proved unreliable. Desparate, I began looking for a different mover immediately. Once I called Helping Hands Movers and spoke with the owner, Dennis, I knew I found a winner. The experience from start to finish was a totally positive and (and almost stress free. It was, after all a major move!). The movers came at the appointed time and moved my furniture from a single family house to a third floor apartment. They were careful and thorough, not one scratch or dent. Matt, Ernest and Nick did an extraordinary job. Would I recommend this company? What do you think? Unequivocally. Thanks Dennis.

The move went well from start to finish. Dennis contacted me very quickly after I called and we scheduled the move. He also confirmed the day before. Dennis and his team were punctual, professional and polite. They worked quickly and efficiently. I made this same move in reverse, Pompano to Miami, a year ago with the same belongings. The company I used took twice as long and were more expensive than Dennis. If you want your move done right at a fair price, call Dennis at Helping Hand Moving. If I ever need to move again, I will definitely use Dennis and Helping Hand.

Communicated with Dennis to schedule the move. Had to make his crew stop in Boca Raton first to pick up some furniture from my Mother-In-Law's house. Then it was on to Hollywood to load up everything from our old house. Finally, they took our stuff to the new house in Cooper CIty. The move went extremely well. The guys were professional, prompt and communicated with me throughout the entire day. We finished everything within our original estimated time and I couldn't be happier with the service.

The move went well and it's a great company. Dennis was nice to work with and professional. He was very prompt in returning my call and confirmed again the day before. I highly recommend the company and will most likely use them again for my next move in the next year or two.

I contacted a few providers regarding a move I was planning. After speaking with Dennis, I was convinced his team would do a great job. Without getting into the details, I had to have movers come in and pack all of my belongings and move them to my new home in one day. There were supposed to be 3 guys at the house for 6 hours of moving and packing. Although only 2 showed up at the start time, because 1 works another job, Dennis gave me 3 wardrobe boxes to offset the price during the hour that the 3rd guy was not there. When the team arrived, they really didn't have a good idea of what they were in for because I said I didn't think I had that much to move. LOL!!! Now that it is done, all I can say is OMG, I had no idea how much I had. Anyway, the guys worked quickly and effeciently. I had a couple friends helping so everything went much quicker. When everything was loaded, we went to the new house and the unpacking began. Well, the only thing that got broken was a picture, and I was the one that broke it. The move was difficult because items were marked for different rooms, and there were 2 flights of stairs to go up/down for everything. Matt, who I nicknamed Ox because he was sooooo strong, moved several very heavy items by himself, while Ernie put together beds so we would all have something to sleep on that night. I have not moved in several years, but the last time I dealt with movers, it was not a good experience AT ALL. At the end of the move, they worked 8 hours, so the bill was higher than the original estimate, but that's business and I fully expected the price to be higher than it ended up being due to the stairs and amount of work they had to do. If you ever need to move and want responsible, pleasant, hard working movers, I would definitely recommend Helping Hands Moving. Thank you Dennis, Matt and Ernie for making a difficult move the most pleasant experience ever. I cannot say enough good things about you guys.

They were reasonable they got in and out very pleasant to deal with, they were extremely nice guys, I did have to pay an additional rate for being out side their service area and they told me about it before so I didn't question it,

They exceeded my expectations, they really work with you and want you to be satisfied.

Dennis and his crew showed up to our house in Miami Thursday morning to help pack our items. Well, did I get a lesson in proper packing. I always thought I was a good packer but when his crew came in, I could not believe the thorough job they did. Every single inch of every item was wrapped and sealed for proper moving. Not to mention, the super heavy and large dresser that had to be moved down a flight of stairs that was so tedious, i thought it was impossible. There was not one scratch on the wall or hardwood floor. i could not believe it! They worked all day without taking one break. We had to force them to take lunch. They worked quickly and efficiently the entire day, even after the time the job was suppose to be over to ensure everything was ready for the big moving day. The next day was the big move and again, everyone showed up on time with smiles on their faces ready to tackle the job. Due to the great work that was performed the day before, the loading of the truck went perfect. Again there were no breaks taken and lunch was eaten on the road to our new home. Once we arrived, our items were unloaded to every area of the house that we requested, even up a steep stair case. There were a few items that would not fit on the truck so some of the crew had to drive all the way back to Miami, load and drive back to Boynton. All of this done in a days work. I do not know of any crew that would have done this the same day..two round trips. One crew member, Ernie, stayed behind and helped me unwrap furniture, put the nursery together, put the master room together, even offered to help make the bed....wow what service. I was able to almost unpacked the entire home while the other items were being picked up. I am not sure how these guys do it. I was exhausted by the end of the day, and they just kept going like the energizer bunny, not one piece of furniture was scratched, not one wall dinged. They took such great care of all my items. We had a storage unit that needed to be moved as well, so the following Wednesday the same crew met my husband back in Miami and moved the items. Again, everything was wrapped, moved, and placed in the new home perfectly. I love these guys and the company. Everyone worked so hard and did such a superb job that I will always use them in the future. we are building a home and will be moving into the home next year. I will definitely be giving them a call.

We contracted Helping Hands for a move within the same city (10 miles apart). Dennis, was always very prompt about answering and returning calls, he and his crew arrived on time and since we had moved much of the smaller items on our own, and had prepared the larger items for moving by taking things apart and leaving them ready to be packed onto the truck, they were able tomove our items onto their truck quickly. The unloading was also similarly done efficiently with the whole operation taking exactly 3 hours for which we were charged the special price that Helping Hands offers. Everything was transported safely and great care was taken with the more delicate items (furniture containing glass, or soft leather). This mover is highly recommended, especially after some rather disastrous moving experiences in the past.
